This amazing home has spectacular ocean views including Battery Point Lighthouse from three different levels. The very top level is a cupola with a 360 degree panoramic view. The hot tub has great views as well. Access to the ocean is just a short walk down the road. Many great restaurants and other attractions are within five minutes drive.

Awesome views from this ocean view rental. Well equipped kitchen, magnificent upper bedroom views, nice arcade machines in the garage area, no complaints. We are happy we stayed!

This is a lovely large home with lots of room to be comfortable. Add in the game room for a big bonus. We enjoyed our stay - walk 5 mins to a lighthouse! One note that the master bedroom doesn't completely block the light from the lighthouse at night which we got a kick out of but others may not. Huge kitchen and tv area. We would stay here again. The one less star on cleanliness- the carpet is stained a bit, a few blinds were a bit broken and we had several flies inside - alive and dead. It didn't bother us - the sunset from the top is amazing!

We LOVED this property! It was such a relaxing, refreshing, and adventurous trip. The house has spectacular views and a fun setup. We loved the arcade games and ping pong. The area is wonderful to explore! Thanks for the experience! The whole family wants to come back! Hope we get a chance!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the hot tub and game room were a lot of fun, and communication was incredible. My reason for not giving a higher rating was that parts of the property were renovated to be a cute beach house and parts were very outdated. There is old carpet with stains throughout parts of the house and the bathrooms are outdated. There are some holes in the walls and other things that need attention, like a shower head held up with zip ties. In the end, we were able to look past these things, because the location, other parts of the house, and hosts were lovely. I do wish though that other previous guests would have made mention of these things because they were a bit of a shock. If the upkeep was better, this would easily be a five star property.

The house was clean, well equipped, the views were beautiful. The walk to the beach was 1000ft away. The hot tub was a nice feature and being able to go home with clean laundry was nice. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the showers was powerful.

Overall the property could use a little refresher. Most notably the carpet is stained and rippling. The hot tub cover is also broken. My biggest complaint is the pungent smell coming from the en suite bathroom on the first floor. It was immediately noticeable upon entering the bedroom. I texted Dave right away (on the same conversation that we’d used previously) and despite the message being read, never received a response. I’m unsure what the cause of the smell is (sewage? something died?) but we ended up closing off that bathroom and leaving the bedroom window open. Not a great experience.

We loved this house. It was very clean, easy to get to and exactly as the pictures showed. Communication was great! Check in and out was very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this house to anyone.

The view was incredible and spending Christmas here was wonderful. We had a great time. The house is spaced out nice and the kids enjoyed the game room.
