Set high in the trees near Bouddi National Park with stunning uninterrupted views over Brisbane Water. This comfortable house is perfect for a family or couples getaway with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining and a large deck with amazing water views.

The house is high in the trees and accessed by a number of steps or an electronic inclinator- very useful for your luggage even if you prefer the exercise. It is not recommended for children under 5 due to the steep nature of the property although there is a child safety gate available.

* Large balcony with tranquil bay views
* Newly renovated main bathroom and ensuite
* Self contained studio downstairs with private balcony, bathroom as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
* Reverse Cycle air conditioning in the living room
* Gas BBQ
* Free WIFI, Smart TV with Chromecast option, and SONOS Speaker
* Internal laundry facilities with washer and dryer
* Off street parking for two cars, however, the access is very steep and not suitable for very low wheel-based vehicles.

Amazing quiet location

Beautiful location, up amongst the trees and very much in a quiet / sleepy part of the Central Coast. Would be nice for a couples weekend or family retreat. Will come back

Great place to relax!

We really enjoyed our time here. The view is absolutely beautiful! Would definately recommend staying here if you need to unwind and enjoy nature. Just remember to bring everything you need with you as it's about a 20 min drive to the closest supermarket.

The house is in a quiet bushland setting with spectacular views of Hardys Bay and was an enjoyable and successful location for our extended family Christmas celebration. Good place for getting away from it all with favourite swimming beach and cafes a short drive. Bedroom spaces good but better if all Queen beds.

Perfect location

Had a very relaxing weekend with terrific views as a backdrop. The house is a great place to spend a weekend with friends, as we did - close to facilities and beaches but with a private aspect. An excellent hideaway!

Amazing views!

A lovely quiet spot to spend a week writing ... the inclinator was fun and the rooms spacious, a generous hamper on arrival was a lovely surprise. But nothing beats those incredible almost 360degree views!! Perfect spot for walks to Lobster Beach and further toward Tallow on the flannel flower track. Our party had gorgeous weather, and all was well in the house, which was well equipped with all the essentials including the Nespresso machine. Property manager Adam is super responsive and friendly and was quick to address a minor glitch. Will definitely be back.
