Este condominio de 534 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y tiene un balcón privado con hermosas vistas y una cama king. Nice little place for a ski trip

The place was smaller than I expected, but still very comfortable for 2. Very centrally located and easy to walk to the lifts. Would definitely stay here again.

pleasantly surprised. went in with hotel room thoughts, but was more of a BnB with appliances and extras. was clean and convenient. Also did realize it included heated garage parking. Will stay again.

Excellent location and reasonable price

The condo was very convenient to the lift and River Run shops. Well appointed condo. If there was any recommendation be to remove so.e of the excess pillows and bedding being stored in the closet and wardrobe. Still a great stay.

Nice clean smaller condo, terrible bed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the condo was great for two people, or maybe a couple with 2 smaller kids. The condo was clean and pretty well stocked. I read several reviews and one read the bed was terrible and I agree. Easy fix would be a mattress topper. Good location.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and weather for our college Spring Break ski week. The unit is right in the heart of the village, nice kitchen. The beds could use updating. Not a luxury rental by any means but location location if you are looking for a reasonable stay! Very convenient if you take a shuttle to the mountain and do no rent a car.

Mostly decent condo, perfect location

The condo was very nice, other than one of the patio door blinds being broken and unable to raise. The bed is stiff as a board too so be prepared. Also highly recommend Norski Sport Rentals situated just across the street at the end of the building - They were the closest, cheapest, and most accommodating with my recent rental.

Great location and accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights the first week of March, and we loved it. The space was the perfect size for two people, and the bed was comfortable and firm (good for a sore back like mine). The unit was right on the edge of River Run, next to the ice rink, and was easily walkable to the town and restaurants/bars/shops while still being tucked away and quiet. The underground parking was great and we always easily found a spot close by the elevators. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall we had a good experience, we like that there is a parking garage and the ski lockers, there were enough dishes and cooking ware. There were just minor issues, some dishes were dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the kitchen faucet leaks. We open the sliding door and let the place vent for a bit and the odor went away.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was so easy. Location Instructions were perfect. Getting the key cards was exactly how it was described. We stayed a long weekend and enjoyed time with some friends who also had rented a condo in the area, had a really nice time. Bed Room was comfy, kitchen, living area and balcony were all great. Probably best suited for 2-3 people, not a large space, but certainly comfortable for us. Would definitely recommend location for ski season as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo last minute with Summit County Mountain Retreats. They were great and very helpful. The unit is about a 3 minute walk to the Gondola. It's not the closest but it certainly is not far.The building is fine, parking ample. The unit itself has everything you need. I'd say it's perfect for 3 maybe 4 people, using the bedroom and couch. Anymore than that it's tight.So far I'm really happy with the folks at Summit County Mountain Retreats. They are on top of everything and we have booked another stay with them in the fabulous Lone Eagle next month.

Not Clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a pretty awesome location, but the unit itself was horrifically dirty. There was a brown stain on the comforter, hair in the shower, hair in the towels, old trash in the cans and on the floor, some kind of stain running down the wall in the bathroom, one of the remote controls is completely broken with rattling pieces inside, and another controller had to be programmed to the television just to get it to work. That's a lot of money to be spending for a unit in that condition.

The price of rental was excessive, we assumed that was because of location, but also expect comfortable accommodations. Ive slept in some rough places, but that bed was by far one of the worst. Not only was it about as soft as plywood, if anyone in the bed so much as coughed the whole bed bounced. I moved to the couch to try there but its hard and worn out to the point you roll off of it. The balcony had 3'of snow on it so was completely unuseable. There was bo air circulation other than a monstrosity of a humidifier, that on its lowest setting felt like a tornado. However I did find 3 box fans in the closet, all 3 of which are broken. I would never recommend anyone stay orr stay here myself again.

Not what we expected

Unit was cluttered and not comfortable. Bedroom not as big as advertised. Two chairs that did not fit in bedroom and a humidifier made if uncomfortable and impossible to use cabinet or closet It should be noted that deck is not usable in winter months as there is no snow removal, only communication for 4 days was email as they did not answer or return phone calls. No place to hang clothes as closet was full of junk. Unit did not feel really clean. Had a towel exchange and dirty towels were left in hallway for 3 days. Kitchen utensils worn and hard to clean. Hot tub was nice and location was good but we would not stay in this unit again.

5 stars for value, not so much for anything else

Reviewer Comments: If you literally plan to sleep here and do nothing else inside the unit it's fine, otherwise maybe consider looking elsewhere.The unit was clean but the small size + odd layout + way too much furniture that was way too big meant there was almost no usable space. The mattress in the bedroom was seemed like the cheapest mattress money could buy.The building it's in is large, and older. This shows, but the bigger issue is when it's crowded the pool/hot tub facilities are simply inadequate. The major redeeming quality to this place is the value. At just over $200/night (including taxes and fees) for a two night mid-week stay in ski season with an indoor parking spot on the outskirts of the keystone village. The value is there. I'd consider staying here again in the future at that price, but only if the primary thing I'm looking for is a parking spot and a bed in the keystone village, and in that case, I would only consider this place for 1 or 2 nights max

Great location, most uncomfortable bed ever

The location can't be beat. The separate packet pick up at an entirely different location w/o more flexible before and after hrs is a pain, but manageable if you have your own vehicle. The room was still semi dirty when I arrived. The counters were sticky, crumbs and dried pasta on the floor and the prior guests dishes were still in the dishwasher. There's also a very strong anf persistent curry aroma to the unit that doesnt fade even w an opened window. They provide room heaters, extra bedding and an air humidifier which is nice. However the bed is another story. It's completely worn out - springs and uneven sagging. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I couldn't handle the bed after full days on the slopes. I also found it strange that they ask the guests to remove all the trash upon departure. Where are guests supposed to take it? There were no visible bins/dumpsters on-site or additional info. Also for the cleaning fees they tack on I except trash removal to be included. Place overall is nice for the price and comfortable enough. If you're a ski first traveler the location is really great.

Expedition Station #8574

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was in great condition, clean, etc. My main concern was the check in information given listed instructions for early check-in. But no one on the staff was much help in explaining whether or not I could check in early. If another customer has the unit rented until the day of my check-in then you should not have implied I might be able to check in early. It shouldn't take 6 hrs to clean a unit. I had to sit around Keystone base area for hours with my 2 1/2 year old son waiting for the call that the room was ready.The bed sheets had tremendous static electricity. The room width was very narrow and with the couch and coffee table there wasn't sufficient space to walk on either side of the coffee table. I wish the unit had been a little closer to the base Gondola as it's still a good walk when carry ski equipment.

Expedition Station

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great and price was good. However the place didn't seem well maintained or clean. The shower curtain liner had mold and mildew - why rent a place with dirty curtain liner? Cost $10 to fix that. The mildew in the shower should be cleaned up as well. Another 15 minute fix by scraping out the damaged caulk and re-caulk with new. The bathtub drain was missing a seal so my young son couldn't take a bath. The microwave handle was broken. The ice maker did not work. It was needed for a cocktail after day of skiing. Also, the hairdryer and receptacle in the bathroom did not work. My wife took a shower the first morning and really needed to dry her hair before going out in the cold to go skiing but she was unable to. The rest of the trip she had to change her normal schedule and shower at night because she had no way to dry her hair.
