Condo in River Run w/ Mountain Views, Short Walk to Gondola/Shops/Restaurants

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, third floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The private balcony offers beautiful slope views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs. Premium linens throughout and the bedroom is on our Ivory White Bedding program. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and comfortable leather furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful slope views. It also overlooks the shared pool and hot tubs, perfect for seeing how crowded it is before you head down.

The recently upgraded full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The owner has installed brand new stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen space! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a flat screen TV and a view of the slopes. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Great location in heart of River Run Village. Nice to have hot tub and pool on site. Loved the soft towels. Refrigerator was loud and blinds need repair. Other than that, stay was great.

Great early season stay

My Fiancée and I did an early season trip to Keystone and Breckenridge and had a great stay! Easily walked to a few different restaurants and about 3 minutes to the gondola. The hot tub was down for maintenance during our stay, but they gave us access to a sister property’s hot tub/pool. The only downside is you have to drive 4 minutes down the road to pick up the key cards for access to the property, but it wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. They also sent out a very detailed guidebook with local recommendations for restaurants and property details, which was very useful.
