We have fully remodeled our second-floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, and when you step inside, you will be ready to relax and enjoy the beach. The kitchen was opened up and has new Shaker cabinetry, quartz counter tops, recessed lighting, ship-lap ceilings, and new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate pantry and full size washer and dryer. We also have a new Ninja Coffee Bar System that is pod free and can do single serve, travel mug, half pot or full pot. There is seating for six at the dining room table, plus four beautiful Lextington bar stools at the breakfast bar. The open floor plan allows everyone to take part in the vacation memories! The entire condo has a new, fresh coat of Sherwin Williams paint and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
The king size master bedroom overlooking the lagoon pool has new furniture, new mattress, custom barn door, double-sink quartz counter tops, beautiful tile shower and new glass Inline shower doors.
There are two masters in this condo and the second is equally as beautiful with new flooring, quartz counter-top, and new walk-in tiled shower with Serenity barn-door style sliding glass doors. Each bedroom is equipped with a new hair dryer for your convenience.
The 3rd bedroom has new flooring, and the bathroom has a tile surround shower along with the new cabinet and quartz counter tops. We also installed new Shaker doors and trim throughout the condo to give a modern look.
Now, for those of you who want to watch movies or even sports, we have several large screen TV’s and flat screens in all the rooms with upgraded cable and HIGH SPEED INTERNET. We have also a Roku stick in the living room for your enjoyment. Another amenity is the charging station in each bedroom and the living room.
High Pointe is a private gated resort, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You can experience the upscale shops, restaurants and events of Rosemary and Alys Beach, all within a 5 minute walk. It is a tropical 15-acre paradise with family-friendly lagoon pool with graceful palms, tropical flowers and 6 cascading waterfalls.
Our unit is only steps through the pool area, and you are on the beach, and you are right next door to Rosemary Beach. High Pointe is a family-oriented complex, and once you've arrived, you won't need a car because everything is right here for you...beach chairs, bike rental, wonderful food, Crabby Steve's (the only beach front bar and grill on 30-A), shopping, our beautiful lagoon pool, hot tub, tennis courts, kid's play area with batting cage and more on site.
Yes, but what about the beach? Have you seen HighPointe's new handicapped beach access that has an amazing ramp you can use instead of steps? Those of you that have a little harder time navigating steps will love this new amenity. It is walker and wheel-chair accessible, and the cabana boys/ladies, will be glad to assist you to your chairs if you need their help.
What makes High Pointe so unique? Within a few minutes of arriving at High Pointe Resort, you will know what a gem you have found. Families riding bikes up and down 30-A, kids running to the pool, little ones playing on the playground, High Pointe owners and guests enjoying a bite at Crabby Steve's...It's easy to see why so many people choose Seacrest Beach. One of the best features of High Pointe Resort is the walking proximity to some of 30-A's fabulous restaurants, boutique shops, and fun outdoor festivities!
High Pointe Resort is nestled between two of the most prestigious planned communities on 30-A, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. High Pointe Resort is a gated community with private beach access. Amenities include a 6,500 square foot tropical lagoon pool with six cascading waterfalls, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, clay tennis courts, a golf/baseball net for hitting a few to stay in practice and numerous BBQ areas. Crabby Steve's, our gulf-front restaurant, is the only outside tiki bar/restaurant in the area. You can enjoy a delicious meal or ice cold beverage while taking in one of the famous 30-A sunsets!
Some of our favorite things to do when we visit the beach, besides playing on the sandy white beach, are to put the kids in the stroller and walk down to the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach for a sweet treat, walk across 30-A to view the local artwork or enjoy a nightly band, and stroll down to Alys Beach for dinner at George's. You will be amazed how close you are to everything!
How about a choice of foods within walking distance, with a stroller, that can please "any" palate. Charlie's Donut Shop (Bakery), Big Bad Breakfast (a new restaurant next to Rosemary Beach), Joe Loves Lobster Rolls (American Seafood), La Cocina (Mexican, an award winning restaurant), Seacrest Sundries (American, Coffee Shop), George's in Alys Beach (upscale American fare, also award winning), Caliza Restaurant (Truly upscale, Contemporary, American, Seafood, connected to Alys Beach's exotic oasis pool) Paradis in Rosemary Beach (upscale dining at it's finest, American Cuisine amid wine-country decor), La Crema Tapas & Chocolate (Spanish, Vegetarian Friendly, Gluten Free Options and of course desserts), Edward's Fine Food & Wine (upscale dining, American, Seafood, International, Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options), Shades Bar & Grill (American, in my opinion the best food around), Donut Hole, you may want to drive to, because it is across Hwy. 98, but less than a mile (this isn't just donuts folks, this is good eating from breakfast to dinner).
During the summer season the following activities will be available;
Kids Camp and Kids Night Out (babysitting service) onsite
Food and beverage service by the pool by Crabby Steve’s
Sunday Family Night BBQ by the pool by Crabby Steve’s
