Some of our favorite things to do when we visit the beach, besides playing on the sandy white beach, are to put the kids in the stroller and walk down to the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach for a sweet treat, walk across 30-A to view the local artwork or enjoy a nightly band, and stroll down to Alys Beach for dinner at George's. You will be amazed how close you are to everything!

Amazing beach condo

High Pointe condo is a beautiful beach resort. The condo is beautify decorated with everything we need for our family. It is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is clean and big. I would highly recommend staying here. My family would stay here again. The hostess is very efficient at responding on all our needs.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the property is so lovely. The condo itself was comfortable, full of natural light, had plenty of kitchen supplies, and was super quiet. The property is also quiet but family friendly, and we loved how the pool and beach access were limited to guests only. We would love to come back someday.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautifully renovated and decorated. The view is better than the pictures show- you can see the ocean easily! This condo complex has a great location in Rosemary Beach. We loved having a restaurant on site to get drinks and lunch. We will definitely be back and would rent the same condo again in a heart beat!

Beautiful apartment and great location

Very clean and well appointed apartment in a great area. We were there for a week and didn’t even rent a car because we could walk or bike everywhere. The beach is spectacular and the Whites are professional and gracious hosts. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A really great place to stay.

This place was the perfect location for our family getaway. We loved the quick jaunt to the pool and beach and pickleball court. The ramp on the beach access stairway was helpful for our wagon. It was convenient to have ice cream, Starbucks, and a few restaurants across the street. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

It is truly the most amazing area anywhere in the South and any beach in the U.S. There's nothing like our beaches and the beautiful, crystal blue waters. The Emerald Coast provides a unique opportunity to experience water like that of the Caribbean. There is so much to do in our area and the scenery truly never gets old.

My husband and I have two daughters. We love the beach and love the 30A area. We are so happy to share our place with you. Family time is so important and we want this trip to create some lifelong memories for you and your family.

Why they chose this property

This resort is steps away from Rosemary Beach and it's not super crowded like the other beaches. IUsually, we only have one row of beach chairs, and plenty of extra space around the huge lagoon pool. Guests can't believe when they see the rows upon rows of chairs to the East and West, but they look at our beach and see the one row of chairs with all the extra beach space for volleyball, bocce ball, throwing footballs and frisbees.

Rosemary Beach is full of charm that draws visitors back again and again — which is just one reason why this beach neighborhood was named by CNN as one of America’s most romantic small towns. Come visit Rosemary Beach and let this destination sweep you off your feet.
