None of my previous renters or the following renters had any complaints about the mattress - firmness or softness varies with each person.

Very satisfied with property

Family had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for our family. We have stay in several other houses and this was the best equipped and the best one we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and furniture was perfect. We also loved the neighborhood.

Fantastic property

The villa was fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment we needed. The pool area was pristine, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The layout was great, and the neighbourhood was quiet, felt safe and very well located, making our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Perfect Location

We stayed here over the holidays (3 adults, 2 kids). The location is perfect for the Disney parks yet quiet and safe. The house is well appointed and there was no extra charge for pool and spa heating. Payments and deposit refund were handled fast and efficient by the owners. For our next visit to Orlando, we would certainly stay here again.
Response from VrboOwner on 18 Mar 2020
It is nice to get positive feedback regarding our free pool/spa heating - lots of homes charge extra - it is included in our rental.

Perfect Villa and Location!

Great location, very close to Disney, traffic never an issue. Villa was clean, well equipped with a great pool. We had an issue with the air con on arrival but Linda and the local property manager couldn't have responded any quicker, everything back to normal within a few hours, fantastic service! Highly recommended!

Disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work. Nice gas grill. No expresso maker all else good

Occasionally we experience unexpected breakdowns - a service call was requested as soon as we were made aware. There is a coffee maker - but “sorry no expresso machine”.

Home away from Home

This was a home away from home. Perfectly equipped, including a slow cooker. Comfortable beds, living room perfect to unwind from a busy day at the parks, didn't miss a thing, enough linens of any kind, kitchen ware, etc. Amid a silent neighbourhood, at 15 min. from Animal Kingdom, and a huge Walmart less than 5 minutes away. Had some neighbours firing fireworks on July 4th, which added to that pure American feeling. Thank you Linda, for allowing us to use your home during our vacation.

New Jersey Family

We really enjoyed out stay in Linda's Rolling Hills home. Everything from the booking process through the actual stay went very smoothly. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved by the homeowner and the management company, Robin was great. This is at least the 6th home that we have rented in the Disney Area. Rolling Hills is the perfect location. We did a jam packed Disney day hitting 3 parks. At about 4:30 we were tired and hot so we went back to the house and swam. We were at Hollywood Studios less than two hours later. The house was perfect for my family of four. Hopefully, we will return.
Response from VrboOwner on 18 Mar 2020
We are always glad to hear that people enjoy staying at our home - we occasionally experience small problems, and strive to get them solved as soon as possible.

Ants n No response

great location and a nice house but there were ants all over including in the yard around the driveway, the master bed is very uncomfortable and the heat in the spa did not work. Ants in front bedrooms were so bad that they were in our luggage. We requested to leave a few days early but received no response from the owner.
Stayed 6 nights in Jun 2019
Response from VrboOwner on 18 Mar 2020
As soon as the renter informed us about the ants steps were taken to get rid of them - the house has been cleaned before their arrival so the ants invaded after that cleaning. The property manager sprayed as soon as he was made aware - both inside and out. The problem with the heat in the hot tub was also addressed as soon as it was determined it wasn't working - unfortunately it was several days before service people were able to schedule a call. These were both unexpected things that were beyond our control. As far as the master bed is concerned that is an individual preference - I have had no complaints from other renters.

This is a well priced large comfortable property in a great area. The neighbourhood felt very safe and was very attractive. It was 10-15 minutes to the Disney parks and 30 minutes to universal. Ideal! The beds were very comfy. Loads of towels including beach towels. House was clean. No clutter. Large TV with Netflix. Pool area was nice and outlook was pretty. My only negative comment would be that it is a little dated in places. For example, the older bathroom and kitchen fixtures. That being said the bathrooms and kitchen were perfectly functional and large and I think the slightly dated areas/fixtures are reflected in the very reasonable pricing. This is otherwise a fantastic large, well located, very comfortable property. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay .at this villa, clean, well maintained, large closets, plenty of towels. The pool area was clean and spacious. The only dissapointment was the photos on the website, they do not do it justice. The villa is very bright and airy. Will be booking again soon

Perfect Disney Stay!

This was the perfect property for our stay- super close to Disney, clean, well equipped, and the pool was lovely. We had some issues with the spa and were able to have someone there within the day to take a look. We never did get the heat in the hot tub to work, but everything was so perfect otherwise that it didn't matter. We will definitely be back to rent again.
