We celebrated our youngest son graduating highschool this year & had the best time! The location was perfect for my skiers/boarders & even the ones that just wanted walk to the village at Keystone & enjoy all there is to offer there! We have been coming to Summit County to ski for over 15 years and stayed all over but this location is by far in our top 3!
***WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ***Wide doorways. Open floorplan. 2 bedrooms downstairs. 2 beds up. 4 full baths. Low threshold shower. Alternative ADA shower on 1st floor near pool. we Love Gateway condos. And this one did not disappoint. Well appointed. Walk to both ski bases. on shuttle route. Ground floor has small grocery store, ski rental, cafe, craft brewery.
One of the better rentals we have stayed in for ski vacations. The location was great to access the lifts and the property handled our group of 10 easily. Kitchen was great, allowing us to cook full meals each night. Definitely would recommend for large groups looking to hit the slopes.
The condo is in a great location, above a solid brewery, convenience store, and ski rental shop. Not to mention it’s a 10 min walk to the River Run gondola. Plenty of space too! Would 100% recommend to anyone.
The house is well appointed and well stocked. Beds could use a mattress topper …. Very springy. Great view and we had everything we needed to cook for our family.
Overall, the condo was great. Very clean and as advertised. I can see parking be a huge pain during the busy ski months. For our purposes, it was a great place to stay. The interior lighting is very dim and there were at least 3 ceiling bulbs that didn't work. Other than that, a nice place.

Thanks for the reminder. We're in the process of switching to powerful LED bulbs in all our units.
Nice condo! Well stocked and comfortable. Beautiful views. Had a sink that wouldn’t drain- maintenance came to check it out- said they would fix it later- did not get repaired. Otherwise, we had a great time.
The property was great and the location was perfect. We had 14 people there which made it quite crowded with all the ski gear and winter clothes but all and all a great stay. Personally would prob stay in a house nearby next time we do this family trip in the winter. The summer time would have been fine because you don’t have all the ski equipment and clothing. We had a blast and would definitely recommend to others. Plenty of beds for all 14 of us and plenty of kitchen items for cooking big meals every night for all of us. Great location short walk to river run village!
More than enough beds and bathrooms. Living area a little tight for rather large men but we made it work. Check in with a code could have been done by email I think. Major plumbing issue but fixed in less than 24hrs.

We do not give out the entry code until the inspector calls in to say the unit is ready. Keyless entry with a code from that point on is easy to accommodate.
Our motorcycle association went to Keystone for our annual rally. The place was perfect. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. Everyone has a place to sleep. We were concerned at 1 st because there is no AC but quickly realized that even in June it is 30 degrees at night so we left the windows opened. The only inconvenience was having to go to a totally different place to pick up check in information when it could have all been sent by email. Other than that definitely recommend!
Stayed with another family 9 in total. The bedrooms with en suite baths were all great. Kitchen was nicely supplied except for pots and pans which were pretty sad.
Check in and out process was excellent.
Pros - view of mountains, gas fireplace, lots of bedrooms with en suite.
Cons - limited “living area” and all open so kids watching TV gave no peace to parents making dinner chatting. Also while pool and hot tub in building were nice. The first couple days they were filthy and smelly. This got better later in the week.
We stayed here with two families. A total of 9, 4 adults and 5 teens. Plenty of sleeping space and 2 bathrooms upstairs for the kids was key. The walk to the gondola base was about 15-20 minutes. It is convenient and better than driving and parking for sure. The property has nice views of the mountain through the family room and master bed room. The garage is also nice, but with a big group you may have more than one car. Overall we’d recommend it.If I had one area for improvement it would be the check-in process. We had to pick up check-in details in Dillon, CO from a lock box. Given the building is keyless it was just a piece of paper with the key code and room number which could have easily been emailed. Perhaps the snow storm made our patience a bit thinner as there was such gridlock at the exit it took us 30 minutes to run to the lockbox from City Market across the street.Overall a great value for the cost.
We absolutely loved staying at this condo! There were 9 of us....6 adults and 3 kiddos (9yo, 4yo, and 1yo), plenty of room for everyone! And they even had a pack and play for us to use for our 1 year old!
I will say that we had some issue with the dishwasher...not sure what was going on. I went to run it and luckily I happened to be there because it started leaking water all over the kitchen, someone came to repair it and we ran it again to find out it was leaking AGAIN. Not a huge deal, but when you have 9 people hand washing dishes can become quite the chore. Other than that, everything was great! And we definitely would stay there again!! Beautiful property and VERY close to River Run Village!!! One other thing to mention, mail can NOT be received at this location, just fyi!

Great to hear the condo worked so well for this group. Dishwasher: As it turns out, the problem with the dishwasher "leaking" is that a guest mistakenly used Dawn dishwashing liquid in the dispenser rather than detergent, which caused far too many bubbles and resulted in a water overflow. Once we ran several empty loads to clean out the Dawn liquid, the dishwasher worked properly.
Great condo, plenty of space. Communication with the owner was amazing. He replied quickly and was helpful. Shuttle picks you up at the front door, or it is a short walk to the Gondola.
Only drawback, something was going on with the pool and hot tub area. We tried it 2 times and each time after about 15-20 min our eyes starting burning, kids and adults. My kids would start coughing as well. Not sure if there were too many chemicals or something. I notified the owner of the condo and he said he would communicate with the Gateway management company. After I notified the condo owner, the pool and hottub were shut down for 1 day, and then there was a note on the door saying they were waiting for a part for the hottub. Hopefully the management of the complex was fixing the issue. We didn't try the pool again.
I know it's not the condo owners fault that something was off with the pool, which is why I gave the condo 5 stars. And it seems like they were working to resolve the problem.
The condo was perfect for a large or small group.
The property was a great spot for a group of 7 adults to stay while skiing at Keystone. It was very clean, and it had a great living room setup with a fire to dry gear, a patio, and large windows with views of the ski hill. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, and there was plenty of silverware and dishes to make it easy for us to eat lunch and cook dinner in the property. We loved having 4 bathrooms that were well stocked with towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
There were a few small misses in the kitchen - the left 2 slots of the 4 slot toaster didn't work. There were no oven mits or trivets that we could find to remove or place hot pans, so we ended up using towels.
The beds and pillows did also give a lot of people some trouble. While there were tons of pillows, most of them seemed old or lumpy, and a lot of people complained about sore necks after waking up.
Finally, the check in experience could have been slightly improved. We had to go to Dillon before going to the Keystone condo to "pick up the keys". The "keys" were just a few pieces of paper with the code to get into the room, and a parking pass. I would have much preferred if this information was texted at 4:00 instead of having us stop in Dillon. The cleaners were also not done by 4:25 when the first of our group arrived, and check in time for us was 4.
Overall, it really was a great place to stay, with a few small challenges that should be easily fixable by the host!

We're glad the condo worked so well for this group. As for the stop at the Dillon office, please note that the office is right on the main road into Keystone, so a guest just pulls in, enters the 3-digit combination on the electronic lockbox, and retrieves the arrival envelope. Takes only about one minute. That serves as a BACKUP for those guests who may arrive in the middle of the night or have entered a landline work number rather than their cell phone number. Guests who are going to already be in Keystone skiing that day need only let us know. In that case we can text their unit combo (after the inspector certifies that the condo is ready) so that a trip back to the office is completely unnecessary.
We were so happy with this condo! We had eight adults and 3 young children, and there was ample room for all! The four bathrooms were an extra added perk, for sure! The host was very accessible and answered all our questions and also provided us with a pack and play for our 5 month old. The coffee maker stopped working, and we had a new one in a matter of a couple of hours. All in all, a great place to stay!
