Bellamente amueblada y equipada de dos pisos, casa de troncos de los Apalaches, ubicada en un terreno arbolado privado de más de 3 acres con estanque. Acentos de piedra y madera, pisos de madera noble, techos altos y jacuzzi al aire libre en la cubierta espaciosa. Tres cubiertas. Tres habitaciones con un altillo (3 camas tamaño queen, literas y 2 camas individuales) y tres baños completos. Sala de juegos para niños con TV, juegos de mesa y libros. Very private, lots of places to relax. We lost power the last day, but was a widespread outage. Overall a lovely relaxing cabin with nice furnishings.

Needs updated, beds are hard and small, pillows were flat and uncomfortable, dishwasher leaked, washing machine kept getting stuck mid cycle full of water, had a problem with flies, dirty blanket behind the couch, driveway is washed out. Potential is there just needing some love.

Would definitely go back for another week

Love the privacy! Remember, this is a cabin in the woods so you can hear everybody throughout the house and there may be occasional mouse or ant. If you’re even just a little bit country, you’ll love this place.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was so beautiful. Everything you need is there. It is close to many great places and our host was so awesome at answering all my questions when I asked. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed every minute of it. We will be back to this area again and stay with Mountaintop Realty again.

Nice cabin for the price

The cabin was beautiful. Peaceful and no close neighbors, which is what we were looking for. Access to the lakes made it fun because we brought kayaks and paddle boards. Overall, we had a nice trip. My only complaint was that the Timberline property management sprayed soy oil all over the roads to manage the dust and IT WAS A MESS! We brought two new vehicles on our trip and it caked oil and dirt on them both. Two weeks later, we are still trying to get it off! And our vehicles smell like French fries inside and out! Over all, I’d rent this cabin again though. Nice little spot.

Old dirty area rug, old plastic table covering, old hard towels and bedding and no curtains. Deck furniture was not decent on the one porch at all. No as advised in pictures

It was however a little tricky after getting in our keys to get in touch with someone in the office. I kept getting a VM for a Matt, but Becky always responded and reached back out to us. We are interested in renting Headwaters Cabin next time we come to stay if that is one of yours that you rent out. TY AGAIN for everything! Becky responded to our firewood issue and help us to resolve, Other than that we had no immediate pressing issues during our stay.

You might ask your cleaning team to check all appliances in the kitchen.

You might ask your cleaning team to check all appliances in the kitchen. It would take an extra 10 mins of their time. This is necessary because it appears the previous renters did not use the Dreamcatcher kitchen. I feel for other renters who come in expecting to cook up meals that require functioning appliances. A two-burner Coleman camp stove would have given us as many features as the Dreamcatcher kitchen. And please don't bait future renters with the hope of remedies. Move them to another property. We will not use Mountaintop for future trips to WV. Not good.

We loved Dream Catcher, the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The decks off the master suite is such a great spot to relax, the stream that runs directly behind the house is so peaceful to listen to in the morning with a cup of coffee. The open concept was such a nice feature of the house. It accommodated 4 adults and 5 children very nicely. Only area in the house that was hard to maneuver in with all of us was the kitchen, so only 2-3 of us could really be in there at a time. The front porch was so relaxing to just hang. Only thing we could complain about was there weren't very many bowls or pans to cook with; there were tons of pots, pans, plates and silverware. And the drive to the cabin from the guard shack is a good ways away. But the peace and quiet you get out there is completely worth it!! We would definitely consider renting dream catcher again! We have rented from Mountaintop several times in the last few years and every time their team is so cooperative, their response time is always so fast and they are always very sweet and considerate when you have questions and concerns. We also love the book 3 nights get the 4th free, that is a deal you just can't pass up for this beautiful area.
