The host was very much available and stayed in contact. The property was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable!

The rooms were clean but a deep clean is needed. The property management company was very responsive to fixing a light outside so that it was not dark when leaving/entering the house at night. They also had pest service come out to spray for ants inside the room that goes out to the pool.I would recommend that the host do a walk through and determine how much time is needed so as to fix and freshen up this house that has some potential but is not currently at a "premier" level.There is a large crack in the pool deck so the ladder that was once fastened down is now very wobbly. Pool guy comes on Thursday so by Saturday (check in) there's leaves all in the bottom. We never used the pool.

4 star rating given because property not perfect. Home is older but was clean.Adequate number of bath towels and washcloths. Beach towels provided as well. Having a starter kit was nice. Kitchen well stocked,could use a couple dish cloths and Kitchen sink water pressure was low but management very receptive to concerns and responsive. Despite the rain, we were able to use and enjoy the pool. Again, pool decking and pool coping is older and could use some attention. Home is in a great location. It was also very nice to have tickets to some attractions. Enjoyed our stay.

Our whole family enjoyed staying at this house over Thanksgiving and exploring all that St. Augustine has to offer. The free tickets to local attractions were a nice added bonus and saved us some . We especially loved taking a Trolley ride around the town and visiting the Alligator farm. We hosted Thanksgiving with some other family members and needed more silverware for everyone. When I mentioned needing more silverware and also that the cookware was scratched and flaking off, the owner had a new set of cookware and utensils brought to the house for us. We really appreciated that! We also loved using the pool and the fire pit. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

We could not use the pool it was dirty and had algae on the bottom and sides. The dishwasher was moldy. Bugs in the house and beds. The pictures are old. The house doesn't look like the pictures. Very disappointed.

Family Fun

Family time is important to us and picking the perfect place is just as important. Our stay at the gathering was wonderful. We were close to so many attractions and could be as busy or as chilled as we wanted. The house was beautiful, the pool was fun, and the amenities were on point. Thank you to the host. This was just what our family needed.

Warm pool, relaxing stay!!

This house is in the perfect location, only a couple miles from everything. Gas station within walking distance. Pool was warm the whole stay with a nice view from the outside patio with a roof for shade. My kids have been swimming since we got here while I sat in the shade with the baby. Nice fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. Kitchen is stocked with all the plates, bowls, utensils, and coffee. There’s a coffee maker and French press I personally enjoyed. Great place to stay for a family vacation

Great place

My family and i stayed here for a quick vacation. The property is within 5 miles of every place we wanted to visit, grocery store and restaurants. Downtown St augustine can be dificult to find parking and that was the only downside to where we stayed since we couldnt walk there. However we were able to bring our dog and we could go swimming when it got too hot

This home was so amazing I'm not sure where to start. Location was great close to everything beaches, restaurants, parks, etc. It was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. My teens got to spread out and have their own space which was a win for my husband and I. The pool was clean and warm which was great because towards the evening it got a little chilly out. The grill is nice but we got stormed out the day we were going to cook out so we didn't get to use it but we appreciated the option. The hosts were great and kept us informed of any ground maintenance scheduled. I could go on and on. Overall definitely worth it. We've paid much more and have gotten much less. Kudos to the owners/management. They're doing it right! We would definitely stay with them again.

I highly recommend this property! The location is close to all of the attractions. With your booking, you receive one free ticket to multiple attractions. We took advantage of that which was amazing.

Fun Family Getaway in St. Augustine

Our family made the most of our vacation in St. Augustine. The location was convenient for our stay, and the neighborhood was very nice. We were a short drive from all of our local adventures and grocery shopping. The check-in process was easy and the host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool as the weather was a little chillier than forecasted. I was disappointed in the accuracy of the listing, therefore only a 3 star rating. This house is not 5 bedrooms (only 4) and the walls are mostly a dull gray color. The listing shows different colors than the walls are actually painted. The other issue we encountered was the cleanliness of the dishes and utensils. We washed everything by hand before using it as the dishes and utensils did not appear to be clean. The dishwasher could be the culprit; we ran it once and the dishwasher pod never even opened. All in all, we made lots of memories here but there is definitely room for improvement.

Comfortable getaway

The house felt very home-like. I over packed out of worry that I wouldn't have something that I needed. It wasn't necessary. The grill in the pictures has been updated with a larger 4 burner grill. Plenty of dishware. Lots of towels. My only complaint is that I wished there were bigger pans for the stove and sharper knives, albeit, it was hardly any hindrance. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed that it was heated. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. There are a few parks just down Shore Drive to look at the river and wildlife. It was a short drive to the beach. If I come back to Saint Augustine, I will definitely book this house again.

Website photos inaccurate

The photos on the website turned out to be a false representation of the actual property. They show bright beach color rooms & decor, it’s now dull grays. We chose this property for the heated pool which was in poor condition: decking was cracked, the vinyl liner had detached in 2 areas & looked old in need of replacement. No steps just pool ladders whose rungs were slimy and slippery, we slipped off & fell into the pool. Luckily only a bruised shin and stubbed toe. Getting out was unsafe as well so we didn’t use it again. There’s mold behind the kitchen faucet as well as in the master bath. Master bath door to the pool is filthy, as well as having a gap that allows bugs to crawl in. The master shower head is not handheld. Many of the floors have noticeable dips or slant downward as you walk. Overstuffed comfortable chair has been replaced by 2 uncomfortable old chairs that were so filthy we weren’t inclined to sit in them. The cover on the couch needs mending since it’s torn. Overall a poorly maintained property & considering fees charged for cleaning shouldn’t be dirty chairs, doors & windows. The house needs an overhaul/major repairs that a new coat of paint doesn’t fix or hide. It is not a quiet property, it’s so close to US1 that the roar of speeding cars and semis can be heard constantly! This property was not worth what we paid and we will definitely not be back.
