One bedroom, one bathroom lower level condo with a private patio. Queen size bed and pull-out sofa sleeps four. Pool, hot tub and game room, tennis courts and basket ball court. Bring your bike, kayak, or paddle board and enjoy the bay.Our condo comes fully furnished with linens, towels, and all kitchen conveniences for preparing your meals, you will find a stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cookware. WIFI internet and smart TV.
When the tide is out, enjoy the sandy beach for beach-combing exploring, clamming crabbing. You are 30 minutes to Downtown Bellingham and Bellis Fair Mall. The property is 30 minutes from the Canadian Border, 2 hours to Seattle, 1 hour to Vancouver

The unit was very clean and had alot of nice little extras in it. I found that the grounds were not as well kept as I thought they might be and the unit is at the back of the complex, not a water veiw. But all and all a very nice place to stay.

The bathroom was fifthly. When I messaged the owner, she responded much later with no solution. No one ever came back to clean. I sent her pictures and asked for a refund for the cleaning deposit. I never heard back from her after my request. We did not use any of the bedding and only used one mug. I knew if the bathroom was that dirty the rest of the house was a total surface clean. Bed was the loudest I’ve ever been on. Every movement came with a squeak of some kind. Living room curtains are as old as the townhome if you have any kind of sensitivity to allergies etc that didn’t help. It was rough overall. Sofa was clean.This was my first time using Vrbo. I was was quite disappointed.

Quiet and across the street from the beach. Beautiful sunsets daily. Great weekend retreat watching movies, reading and enjoying the ocean. The unit had everything I needed to cook a few good meals and be totally comfy and relaxed!

Grandparents getaway.

Great location

Birch Bay

We love Jacob's landing. It is close to the beach and all the activities in the area. We love the C-shop and we love the pool. We had a great time at our family reunion.

Family get together

Our whole family camps at the Birch Bay campground each year and my wife and I decided to stay in town this year to make it a little easier. The kids loved it and we still got to spend plenty of time with our other family members and friends.

Birthday getaway

Our 2-day stay in Jacobs Landing was excellent. The unit was on the ground floor with easy access to the grassy area out back via the patio door. The unit was tidy, clean, and nicely furnished. It is well back from the road and thus is quiet, but is only a 3-minute walk to the beach.

Stay was quiet

We came to Bellingham to visit our son. The condo is clean and the kitchen was fully loaded, very nice. We had one meal we cooked in and it was good to be able to relax that evening. Thanks so much to the host as the condo was just what we needed.
