Great place to stay in Nashville

Our second stay at this property for our trip to Nash. Great location, quiet neighbors, plenty of parking and enough bathrooms for the entire group. We’re high maintenance and like our space so this property was perfect for our group of 4!

Great Stay!!

This property is the perfect place if downtown Nashville is what you want to see. $15-$25 Uber rides is all it took to get to almost everything. This place had everything we needed for the 6 adults that stayed there. I definitely will keep this place in mind for my next trip To Nashville

Huge space close to Geodis

We came up for a concert and spent two nights at this wonderful place. It seems like an up-and-coming neighborhood that is close to the city. We checked out Centennial Park and shopped at Whole Foods.

Great House in a Great Location

We had three families all stay here and everyone had plenty of space. The neighborhood is close to so many great attractions and also has a few of its own. The host was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Great Place to Stay-Convenient

Loved the house and the property! Convenient to all locations and the soccer stadium. Great neighborhood. Will definitely be back to visit for a game. Fell in love with the Shuffleboard Table!

Gorgeous home

The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s very spacious and open and everything is newly remodeled. The master bedroom with bathroom is awesome and all the beds were comfy. Not a lot of stuff walking distance but everything is a very short drive. Neighborhood is nice too. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect distance to Broadway! Gave everyone the privacy they needed, but also gave us a perfect area to hang together. Very clean and modern design, Made great memories! Would love to come back again!

Amazing Property!

My cousins and I came to attend the Taylor Swift concert and had an absolute blast! The home is super large, clean and stocked. The beds were really comfortable as well. Its within walking distance to a brewery, distillery, an amazing bakery and a smoothie place as well as a short uber to Broadway!

Multi generation stay

Parents, sibling & grandmother stayed for our son's graduation from Belmont University. It was the perfect space for us all. We loved the game room downstairs, & the kitchen was so cool to be able to look down into the living area. Nice sized dining table to eat as a group. And I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood- very safe. We would stay again!

Super close to GEODIS Park & Broadway

Came in to see a MLS game & go out Downtown. Very close to both (10-12 min walk to Stadium, $12-15 Uber to Broadway). Host was super communicative to make sure we didn’t need anything & that we were enjoying our stay. House was super clean, but ialso pretty beat up cosmetically (wall scuffs / paint damage). Beds were very comfortable & we could have had 3-4 more people stay comfortably

Amazing place to stay during race weekend!

My friends and I traveled from Atlanta to Nashville to run a half marathon. We had spouses and kids with us and 502 Southgate was the perfect space. The kids were entertained in the theater room. The adults could hang out in the main living room. At night, the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and super comfy. There was plenty of space to hangout on the property, but also many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely come back. Thanks to Mayra for being an excellent host!

Some of your lights need repair, light bulbs missing and the lamp by the bed in room with blue cover is not working at all, difficult to do some bedtime reading.

Great location, great place to stay!

We stayed here to go to a concert at the GEODIS Stadium in August. It was hot (100F+) outside, but inside this place stayed ice cold (just like we wanted it!). The place was spacious for the 8 of us. The ceilings are high, plenty of natural light, the furniture was comfortable. There are 4 "floors" to spread-out into. The layout of the place is such that you can get away from the crowd if you want by going upstairs to the bedrooms or downstairs to the room with the shuffleboard, or interact with the crowd from the kitchen that looks down into the family room type area or with people on the level as the kitchen in the living room. We walked 3-4 blocks to the GEODIS stadium and walked back after the show. It was far better than dealing with parking or the traffic that we walked past on our way to the show. We easily found delicious local food within a 2-3 mile radius. We will definitely stay here again when its time to go hang out in Nashville!

Homeless on the streets of Nashville

Myself, my wife and daughter and two female friends flew in from Phoenix, and stopped at Costco to pick up perishable supplies for our stay. We arrived at the home on-time for our 3 o'clock check in, and opened the email you sent titled "here are the keys for your stay". Inside the email we were informed that we should have received instructions directly from the host. We did not. We them spent hours trying to get some resolution from your "support center" - who were unhelpful and lacking in English language skills. In the meantime, the food we bought was spoiling, and the ladies were getting very cranky waiting in the sun for your agents to get us off hold. We asked them to rebook us into another property that we found on VRBO, and was told that they could not secure same-day bookings. After getting the number from your staff, we made our own reservation and moved on to the new rental - which was more expensive. No worries - you have a 150% reimbursement guarentee, right? We're still waiting on that. Seems that the lady who did the evaluation included the 3000 deposit into the cost of the cancelled rental, and told us since the total cost with deposit exceeded the cost of the new rental, that we were not due a refund. It appears that all you folks want to do is close the incident out, and not resolve it to our satisfaction. I've been a regular client of yours for years now - and cannot tell you how disappointed I am. You need to work on your procedures!

Perfect Place for Nashville

The home is wonderful and was less than a $20 rideshare cost to Broadway and all the bars. Mayra was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had, which were very few. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The patio opens to an open area with squirrels and birds in abundance. Even saw our first cardinal. The shuffleboard table was a hit as well. This will definitely be our go to when visiting Nashville in the future.
