Condo de plage vraiment spécial! Incroyable rénovation haut de gamme, vue imprenable sur la plage, murs de fenêtres, mur d’accent avec Smart TV 55 "4K HD et cheminée moderne, et tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles vous accueilleront à la South Seas Tower 3, unité 906.

Les installations extérieures incluent tennis, pickle ball, jeu de palets, pétanque et putting green. Matériel gratuit fourni gratuitement. Premier arrivé premier servi. La location de cale de bateau est disponible.

Excellent communication and welcome instructions. Condo is super clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had nice pans and appliances. Beautiful view and a huge balcony. Easy access to pool, beach and parking. A wonderful getaway and would highly recommend. The Naples Botanical Gardens are incredible and worth the short drive. Thanks for a memorable visit.

Amazing views, very comfortable stay

Loved the room, we were there during off season so at night it was super quiet. The walk to the beach is a bit too long if you have younger kids. It's about 15 minutes from the room to the water. Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, very beachy! Would love to stay in the room again. Lynn was amazing, extremely responsive, would definitely book one of her properties again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beachfront tower. Well supplied, we felt at home our entire time. Great pool to go along with the beach. So many great places to eat nearby, we'll be back for sure. Perfect location for a small family or two couples because of the two separate suites. Appreciate the owners and their communication. Beautiful views

The views from the condo were amazing of both the beach and the city. The walk to the beach is about a 5 minute walk but the sand is pretty packed down so the walk wasn’t bad. I willDefinitely rent this condo again when we return to Marco island and highly recommend this place. Both bedrooms were both king size beds which was a bonus.

Great Stay!

Our family of four had a great stay!!! The condo was the best unit we have stayed at. The overall experience was fantastic from the views to the comfortable feel the updates to the unit, made it an absolute pleasure to spend our spring break trip at. The condo building itself provided a much more quiet experience which we were looking for compared to hotels previously stayed at on the island. We would definitely look to stay again in the future.

Wonderful Spring Break trip!

Our family had an amazing stay during Spring Break 2025, the property has amazing views and a very well-appointed kitchen! My teens (ages 13 & 16) loved the beach and all of the amenities the complex has to offer - a great pool, pickleball, tennis, etc.I also enjoyed how clean and quiet everything was. Location is fabulous for shelling also!! We would love to visit again!

Fantastic property. Just as pictured inside and out. On the beach, with great views from the balcony. Pool was so refreshing. And at this time of year (mid-May) it wasn’t over-crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is fantastic. Just as listed, the view is impressive. Everything is close by. We walked to breakfast every day. The pickleball and tennis courts are right next to the building. If you want dinner on the beach, jet ski 40-plus miles through the mangrove, take a Key West boat trip, take a dinner cruise, or hang out at the pool, this place is a must.Regarding the gated community condo, Lynn was perfect to work with; she gave us great advice and answered every question quickly. The two-bedroom with two king-size beds was very comfortable. The place is clean, comfortable, and most importantly, very relaxing. I highly recommend working with Lynn if you plan on vacationing on Marco Island............Thank You

Property was exactly as it’s represented in the photos. Very spacious for a condo on the beach along with being clean and updated. The check in process is a bit cumbersome so just know that ahead of time. As others have noted, it’s also a hike to the beach from the condo. But, the views are great and the location on the island can’t be beat. Great shelling in both directions from this condo as well and the pool was also nice. Owners were very responsive as well.

Beautiful Marco getaway

Wonderful rental on Marco Island! Condo is very clean, well appointed, and has beautiful views. Walking distance to restaurants. Beach view is great - although it’s a little walk to the water (very deep beach), it’s beautiful white sand, and not as crowded as other parts of Marco. Updated condo makes it a great place to stay - very comfortable, modern and relaxing! Owner is very good to communicate with on any items - pleasant and timely! Highly recommend!

Marco Island Condo

We had the pleasure of staying in this truly beautiful condo for a week. The owners did a complete renovation and the decorating right down to the tile in the bathrooms is lovely. We chose this unit because it has two master bedrooms & bathrooms which worked out very well for our group. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the amount of cooking we did. The best part of the condo was the awesome exterior balcony which was huge as it wrapped around the corner of the building while overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach. I give the condo 5 stars across the board!

Marco Island vacation

This Marco Island condo was lovely and exactly as advertised. We loved the views, decor and that the kitchen had everything we needed the days we cooked. The view from all of the windows was great-we could easily see both sunrise and sunset from the condo! The only negative was waiting for the elevator to get up or downstairs. One of the elevators was out of service the whole week, so we often had to wait up to 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive-this wasn't terrible, just annoying. We definitely would stay here again and recommend this unit to others!

Stunning condo and views

We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) and the condo was lovely! It's a stunning property!!! Completely updated and renovated and decorated stunningly. The beds, while very high up, were honestly so comfortable. I looked forward to curling up in the bed each night. The kitchen was very well equipped. (Note there is a coffee maker not kcup, but filters were there). As others have mentioned, the walk to the beach was brutal. It is very very long...and in 100 degree heat it is rough. But once down there the beach is lovely! The pool was nice, lots of chairs, but only 4-6 umbrellas so people were fighting for them. We came in July, so expected the heat, but the heat in the ocean and the pool was like a hot bath. The unit had really nice towels, and plenty of them. There were also 4 beach towels. You got a full size bar of soap in each shower but bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Check in was pretty smooth...go through the slider doors in the parking deck. They are open 8-4. Other than that, you'd need to wait at either door until someone comes in/out. This would make it tough if you came in late at night. Lynn was amazing to work with. We had an issue with the cleanliness of one set of sheets. It was fixed immediately. She was also on top of answering some questions quickly. She was kind and attentive and focused on us having a great time. It was an awesome bonus to have access to the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and ice. Thank you!!!

Great view and spacious condo!

We rented two condos from this property owner for an extended family of 8. Both units were a great fit for our family. They were clean, spacious, had great views and offered plenty of amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very pleasant. We would certainly stay here again!
