About this property

4 Bedroom House Conveniently Located Between Stratton Mountain and Mount Snow

Enjoy the tranquility of Vermont while being conveniently located close to both Stratton Mountain and Mount Snow. This 3-4 bedroom home has plenty of room for everyone! The main floor has one bedroom and a large bathroom with shower and tub. The open kitchen is fully-stocked and opens up to a dining room and living room. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck and a view of the back of Stratton Mountain.

On the second floor are two more bedrooms and a bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large picture window with a lovely view of the mountain. The second bedroom is our "bunk room" with two full beds and a twin bed. Plenty of room for the kids!

The lower level has a large space with pullout couches and also a private room. A great space for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoy a fire in the woodburning fireplace on the main floor.

Our home is wonderfully located close to so much that Southern Vermont has to offer. In the winter, Mount Snow and Stratton are very close. Add another 15 minutes to get the family-friendly Bromley. The VAST trail is located nearby as are many snowshoeing trails. The property overlooks the back of Stratton mountain and is on 35 acres of scenic, beautiful land in the Green Mountain National Forest.

The summer is just as much fun. Hiking in the Green Mountain National Forest, exploring waterfalls and streams and Grout Pond are just a few things to do in the summer.

Plenty of space, Beautiful view, clean & equipped with essentials

We are a family of 5 including an infant/toddler. This property had more than enough space for us all. The only downfall is the backyard isn’t suitable for kids to play freely. There are nearby trails, and a beautiful deck to enjoy.

Great location for our skiing/snowboarding weekend!

The house was beautifully kept and Tiffany was very accommodating. The house was only about 15-20 minutes away from the Main Base at Stratton mountain where we spent the weekend. The only downside to this property was the steep driveway that was covered in ice! Our cars had a very difficult time getting up and down the driveway... we almost didn't make it a couple of times! Other than that, great stay!

Was a great location and home and we all thrilled and enjoyed a lot.

We were 10 and stayed there for 2 days. Its was too spacious for 10 people and the location was thrilling. Property Manager was perfrect with the information to reach the home and thats all you need. Wifi is good. Just be prepared with groceries and other food essentials if you plan to stay here. There is a small grocery shop jus in 3 miles but its better if u take things wat needed for you. Property has enough space for parking 3 cars but home to down the slope and try to reach in day time if you plan so. We used tmobile and there is no signal but AtT have signals all over the area. We really liked this a lot and sure recomend.. Property manger is easy reachable and any information needed we did not hesitate to reach her but u dont need to reach her as all informations are sent over email. We got all our deposit refunded and dont worry on the same.. Thanks, Magesh

Awesome house in the woods

We highly recommend this house for a quiet and peaceful get-away. We traveled here in early July and really enjoyed the quiet and beautiful nature of VT. The house has everything you need, it is spacious with a lot of room for guests to sleep. It is a cozy and well kept house and clean too. If you are looking for spending time outside, it does have a decent deck off the living area, but the backyard is not really suitable for letting kids run around. The owners are really helpful and communicate well. We enjoyed our weekend in VT. The house is about an hour to Mass MOCA, which is a wonderful art museum in MA. We also went to a local farm, where our kids loved feeding the various animals and riding a horse. Overall, we had a very relaxing and wonderful stay in VT and this house was perfect!

Great space with a cozy wooded feel.

The property was even more grand then the pictures show. Everyone in our party of 8 had plenty of space, and there was enough room to park three cars in the driveway. The master bedroom has huge windows that look out towards the mountains and woods. Our party didn't make much use of the deck, but it was large enough to fit all of us for the brief time that we were outside (it was cold during our stay). The house was very clean and well-maintained, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that property to anyone looking for a house, close to the slopes. Tiffany was out of town (vacation with limited service) when we arrived, so any communication was slightly delayed, but she was able to answer our questions. The home owners put together a book of local attractions, restaurants, and general guidelines for the property as well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Beautiful, Clean Home!

I just stayed at this home in Jan 2016 for ski trip to Stratton and Mount Snow - what a great central location! The house is beautiful, sleeps 12 comfortably in beds. The fireplace and hardwoods floors with the deck off the living room makes for a very cozy, open layout. We had a great time and Tiffany was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely go back!
