We remodeled our whole house and now it’s beautiful. Everything is modern, newer, clean and fresh. You'll love our open concept living with awesome views of the Colorado River. We’re right on the river level, there’s no river rental that is 5 feet away from water like this.

You can prepare your meals in a new kitchen with all new appliances and eat it in your spacious dining room while looking at the water just a few feet away. Sit and chat under the covered patio with patio furniture while grilling on the BBQ and gaze at the sun setting over the mountains and on the river right from your private patio. If you prefer to be indoor, you can sit and watch the river flows by from the comfort of your sofa sectional.

In the cool evening, walk down to your private shared dock 10 steps from the house and enjoy a glass of wine/cold beer while soaking your feet in the cool, fresh, crystal clear river as the water gently flows between your toes.

We are 50 minutes from Havasu but we have no congestion, cheap gas, much more family friendly and our property is on the water which you can not find in Havasu. You can drive from LA (250 miles) in about 4 hours to our house to begin your fun filled holidays that will bring your family closer to each other.

Each unit is fully self contained with it’s own separate entrance, new kitchen, both right on the water with private shaded patio and BBQ grill, but shared private dock and shared parking spaces. You are literally 10 steps and 20 step from Your unit’s front door, that’s how close you are to the crystal clear flowing Colorado River water.

The River Level is controlled by the dam. Spring and Summer have the best water level. In the late Fall water is lower to a couple of feet, From Dec to Feb very little water that in some areas you can walk across our no wake zone part of the river. The rest of the year, in general, the river is usually low in the mornings but gets to 2/3 feet by about 10 am, good enough for jet skis and flat bottom boats, by noon there’s about 3/4 feet of water, maximum 5/6 feet deep. You can park jet skis and flat bottom boats over night but not bigger boats due to river level. You may want to take your jetski or boat out the night before check out for this reason. Regardless of the time of year, even with just a stream in the backyard , it’s a great place to visit with quiet peace and beautiful views.
