Moved to different rental

At the last minute the rental we had chosen had electric issues and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Our contact YPB, LLC found us a new place and we had a great time!

Mice, dirty and sparse, but good location

Great location and nice space for a family, but really disappointed in the upkeep of this place. There were mice in the kitchen and traps already there so the owner is definitely new. Only half of the burners on the stove worked, making it difficult to cook. Not very clean with some trash, left in closets and under beds. Additionally, it was very sparsely stocked with pretty much just linens and towels. Had to ask for hand towels and trash bags. Only hand soap in the bathrooms and bare essentials in the kitchen with worn out pots and pans.

There was dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. There were ants everywhere. Only half of the burners worked on the stovetop. They didnt provide garbage bags or dishwasher detergent. They really didnt provide anything except toilet paper. Overall horrible upkeep and cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a group of 15 friends in our mid to late 20's that got together for a sort of reunion trip. This residence, and the property managers, provided exactly what we needed with the perfect amount of privacy as well. I cannot say enough about the location and how conveniently located it is to the beach. It is a bit far from the pier and more touristy attractions, the front door does not lock, the bedroom tv's did not work, and if you leave food out you will find ants on the counter. Those are the only "complaints", and they are very minor. Perfect experience!

Beautiful property, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location is ideal, close to boardwalk/ beach, and has a wonderful, shared pool. It is big (4B, 2.5ba) and decorated nicely. However, has a bit of a pest problem, esp when it rains (tiny ants, and 1-2 cockroaches at the end), and some maintenance issues that need tending to (missing knob on back door, 2-3 burners on stove not working, front door hard to lock sometimes, no door on master bath). These could easily be fixed and property would be perfect! Management staff was responsive to issues, though. Funny enough, still quite enjoyed my stay.

Very pleasant stay!

Excellent location for us. Short walk to the beach, breakfast within walking distance and lots of restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful house and location

The pictures don't do this house justice! It's much bigger than I anticipated and nestled in its own cute little oasis a block back from the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Disappointed

Overall property was not bad Older home with new HVAC but whole main level stayed freezing. Upstairs warm and toasty! Saw a dead roach, fridge/freezer had to be reset because it was not cooling. Had to throw groceries away from that. Back door has so much wind and cold air coming in from the sides you couldn’t stand near without being cold. Burned out lightbulbs, dusty HVAC return vents, not enough wash clothes and hand towels for bathrooms, and no hand soap except at the kitchen sink, which was half full.

Would not recommend

We were very disappointed with this rental for a number of reasons. Most importantly, the communication was awful. Management did not answer phone calls or questions, and it was unclear who we were to communicate with. Our biggest issue was that we were told the pool was available, which is why we chose the rental. Upon arrival, pool gates were locked and “the pool guy” said it wasn’t available due to cement curing. It was finally open our last day. It was a nice house, but basic amenities were not as expected such as extra blankets, towels, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. Other minor issues included a non working dining room light, unsafe windows by bunk beds, and slow WiFi. I would not recommend this rental.

Great location easy access to beach

Cute house only a couple blocks to the beach , the house was very clean and perfect for out group of 15 people! Only issue was the door stuck when trying to open .

The walk to the beach is 3 to 5 min but you have to cross the street where there is not stop sign or stop light for on coming traffic. My friend and our 5 little boys (6 and under) made it ok. The pool isn't ready yet(needs work. Not because of covid). Overall we loved the location and the beds were comfy.

We enjoyed the location, very close to Oceanfront and restaurants. A few extras would have been nice-hand towels in kitchen and bath on arrival, extra trash bags, and hand soap in kitchen and bath, and hooks or towel racks in master bath. Appreciated promptness from management when we were locked out. All in all, a pleasant vacation with our 3 generations.

Inaccurate Listing and Inaction to Remedy Serious Issues

1) There was no door on the master bedroom, nor on the master bedroom bathroom. No privacy at all. Management/ Owner failed to fix this despite repeated promises to do so. 2) No Pool (despite being listed) 3) No heat. Would definitely look somewhere else for rental.
