Welcome to this beautifully remodeled condo located on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe, just minutes from skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort. For added convenience, the Heavenly shuttle stop is only a short walk away, making it easy to access the slopes and nearby attractions.

This charming 1,600 sq ft condo has been completely updated from top to bottom, featuring a brand-new kitchen, modern appliances, updated flooring, and stylish furnishings throughout. The open and inviting layout is perfect for families or small groups looking for a comfortable Tahoe getaway. Bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added comfort, while the spacious loft offers a large TV, cozy sofa seating, and additional sleeping for up to four guests, making it a great hangout space after a day on the mountain.

Step out onto the private master bedroom deck and enjoy scenic views of the Carson Valley, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
During the warmer months, guests can enjoy access to the community summer pool. Please note the pool is currently under renovation and is expected to reopen in Summer 2026.

Great House for a Relaxing Stay

Excellent location

Being located right next to the pool was awesome! Great views from area. Quiet neighborhood. Minor issue with the refrigerator but we didn’t really need it so it didn’t affect us much. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Zepher Cove area

Very nice place, rate is good too. Clean, lots of kitchen supplies in great shape, and quiet neighborhood. Would be beneficial for owner to add a ceiling fan for loft during summer months, otherwise super!

Ski weekend getaway

Very convenient location nearby Heavenly ski resort (5-10 min). Setup was perfect for 2 families - 4 adults and 2 kids - though rooms and furniture were slightly worn and dated. Adequate supplies except could have used a few more dishwasher pods given our stay of 3 nights. Check-in and checkout required going to the main office but was very simple and only 5 min away.

decent stay if you’re looking for a budget rental

Location is the best thing about this rental. It is pretty dated, needs a good cleaning. the cleaning fees should be used to clean this rental. if you’re picky and looking for a clean place to stay, this is not it.

Very nice overall

Nice area and close to the lake. The loft is perfect for kids/teenagers. There isn't air conditioning and it can get pretty hot during summer. There are many fans provided but it was hard to keep it cool. Overall, great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Tahoe 2024

Overall we were happy with our accommodations. Kept us cozy during the worst part of blizzard. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy. Dowwnsides were grill is losing its last working burner, we never got the sauna working and there were some brown stains on some bath towels. We decided not to use them, but there were plenty of other towels to use which was nice.

Short family winter vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect for us and the management company’s customer service was friendly and made everything easy. The only thing I think they could improve is the description of the condo. It says 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2 bedrooms and a loft, not necessarily 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have doors and the loft is more of an open upstairs area without doors. That worked out for us but some people might not like the lack of privacy. Overall, we would definitely return!

Great option to stay near lifts at Heavenly

This is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. It is really close the the Stagecoach and Boulder lifts which makes it super convenient for a day at Heavenly. There are a couple restaurant options in the community or it’s about a 10 minute drive down the mountain to Stateline or South Lake Tahoe, CA for more dining or grocery options. The property was updated in the kitchen/bath areas which we all enjoyed. There are designated parking spots at the base of the stairs right in front of the unit. Communication was really easy with the property managers via text or through VRBO Our only real complaint with the property were the beds. The property was updated, but the mattresses (in all bedrooms) are old, springy and hard. This is a necessary update in our collective opinions and would make for a much more comfortable stay

Christmas in Tahoe

Our stay in Tahoe was wonderful. The travel to/from was disastrous. We lost a day at the start and at the end of our vacation so the money we spent wasn’t worth it for the condo. I wish we would have bought trip insurance! But the office was great. They left a key for us because we were checking in after hours. They left a detailed message on location. Our condo had an updated kitchen. It could use new door handles to the rooms and bathrooms. The laundry room could use a little updating also with the machines. But we were thankful to even have a laundry room since our baggage was lost. So we did laundry every day! Only problem was loud neighbors in the morning and dogs barking at all hours starting in early morning during quiet hours.

Great Home Base for a Tahoe Getaway

We stayed in this home for a long weekend while visiting Tahoe. The home had plenty of space for the four of us (my husband, myself, and our two sons, ages 10 and 13). The home had most of the basics of what we needed for the weekend. There was plenty of parking, and the building was super quiet the weekend we were there. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. My one major complaint is that there were no instructions for how to turn on the heat in the home. There is a very old-fashioned wall unit in the living room, where you move the tab to the temperature you want. But the heat was only in the living room, and the back bedrooms were super cold. We suffered through the first night, and only the next morning did we realize that we also needed to turn on the floor radiator units in the bedrooms. Instructions would have been really helpful. We would have appreciated some throw blankets to use while cozying up on the couch. Instructions on how to use the different tvs would have also been helpful.

5-day stay in Tahoe

Overall experience was good. The only fly in the ointment was the fridge wasn’t working properly and didn’t keep things cool. Called management and they were quick to respond, but fridge couldn’t be fixed until after we left. Management offered to move us to different unit, but we didn’t want to pack up and move halfway through so we relied on coolers and ice.
