All good except the rainy weather. Limited us from doing what we wanted to do. Hiking, beach, lake activities. Next time we will go on warmer days.

The check-in process was seamless. The kitchen and appliances were clean. We only used the refrigerator. We were in Tahoe for a wedding and related activities.

Spacious, good layout. Complaints: insufficient silverware and coffee mugs! Comforters not at all clean in lower bedroom. But overall good experience.

Good place when a group just needs a place to sleep.

This property is in serious need to TLC. They say there's a professional cleaning crew. If so, they should be fired. They gave us the option to not to stay there once we saw the quality of the cleaning, but where would we go at that point? The whole place is run down, from the minute you see the yard, front and back, which are a mess, and you walk up the old dirty steps that weren't even swept off. Then once inside, the dishes in the cabinets were not particularly clean, the towels are old, mismatched, and paper thin. This just basically reminds me of where a bunch of college students would live. The location is convenient for what we were doing. It was a one-mile ride to the start line of the Bike Around Lake Tahoe event, and it was nice to have a garage for storing our bikes. They were very responsive when I had questions and very nice. But the home itself is honestly what you should expect for this price point. If they took some time to update and clean it, it would have been a much better experience.

It was OK

I selected this property due to its location to the event center & price. It was functional. All the basics were there but not much else. We had to kill several spiders including one that was crawling on a pillow.The primary detractor was an hour before checkout, a man in a white truck sat outside the house and watched as my party was packing up. We assumed it was someone associated with the property. We considered confronting the person but were fearful of retaliation. They eventually left, but it was creepy and intimidating.

Meet All Requirements But Not Luxurious

We have enjoyed staying at Arindam's cabin. The cabin is very centrally located and close to the village. It has more bedrooms than we need but not much more. We were a family of six and was just barely able to find 6 chairs for the dining table. So if you're looking for something minimum, this could be a perfect fit. Other than that, some updates and modernizes would be nice. I couldn't even find any USB plugs in the unit

I accidentally booked the wrong weekend. I reached out to the owner and asked to see if I could switch the weekend. I didn't think it was possible because when I looked for the next week and availability, the place was not showing. He quickly helped me and moved my dates for me. Thank you so much! Our family had a wonderful time at Tahoe!

It was good

The road was very busy during certain window of hours but besides that, the location was super convenient. Did not stay indoors very much during our trip as there was a competition held over the weekend that we attended. Place was clean though and had good amount of essential necessities provided. For sure being within walking distance of the main strip was a major plus for us. Thank you again for letting us stay!

Explore Tahoe

Initial impression was a little underwhelming. The floor rug was ripped, the recliner broken and dim lighting throughout the house. The main floor bathroom mirror had not been cleaned or dusted, but the beds and the rest of the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed grilling on the gas grill and eating out back on the deck. Location was great with exception of being on a busy road making getting in/out of driveway a little tricky. Overall it was a great place to stay after a day of hiking.

Did not realize it was on such a busy street. The accommodations were suitable for our group. Interior needs some updates and better cleanup. The price was reasonable for the size of the home. Pictures on the wall were pleasant.

Comfortable and convenient

Our family of six adults had a nice stay- property is as advertised and is a good value for its proximity to everything. We worried a little about its being on a busy street but was easier than expected to pull in and out of the driveway on Pioneer Trail. The upstairs bedroom’s windows facing the street must have been chosen to be soundproof; shut the windows and the room becomes super quiet, muting the traffic noise below. Would recommend to anyone, including friends and family!

Great price for Lake Tahoe

This house is located in a very convenient area about 1 mile from Heavenly Village. It had everything we needed and the host was good to work with. There are a few lights that did not work and the recliner was broken but the house was fine for what we needed for our 4 day stay in the Tahoe area and did not break the bank.
