A perfect place to hold family gatherings as your dogs run in the fenced-in yard. It has covered, gated porches (front with rockers; rear screened w/table). Dog door from house to front porch. Spacious fenced landscaped yard. WIFI, flatscreen TV's in living room and all bedrooms, DVD/CD player, puzzles, games, books, HVAC, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, crockpot, waffle iron, electric griddle, coffee maker, etc. 4 Parking spaces with access on W. Dolphin Dr. Linens not included, please call or order online while booking your reservation. Pet Friendly - 2 pet limit. No Smoking. Please call our office to inquire. Check in: 3-5PM, Check out: 10am.

Beach trip 2024

This property was very relaxing and accommodating to our family and pets. The dogs had great access to the outdoors with safety features that made it easy to allow them freedom to enjoy the outdoors as well. The breeze under the house was amazing when you needed a break from the heat and also very comfortable.

Clean Comfortable Serene

It was magic! We loved it! It was everything I hoped it would be! The house was so comfortable and clean and accommodating! Every member of our family was so comfortable and happy, especially our four legged family members! It was like having all the comforts of home only better! The front porch view of the ocean was incredible! The whole experience was our dream vacation We fell in love with the house. A real Gem!!

Loved the screened in porch. We ate breakfast and lunch there on the days it wasn’t too chilly out. The front porch is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and listen to the waves crash.

Oak Island 2021 Vacation

This property was amazing. The owner did some wonderful updates after I booked that were terrific. The kitchen is beautiful and had all the amenities needed. guest rooms are separated from main living space with pocket doors which was such a nice added bonus. Master bedroom was very nice with a nice updated master bath. Open space under the house was terrific with so much space and seating areas and if you have a pet you couldn't ask for a better home to rent. Our week was awesome thanks to this amazing home.
