Catch an amazing sunrise or sunset view with family and friends. Nice beach house with an open greatroom floor plan and Cathedral ceiling, Recent renovations included refrigerator and LR carpet, updated and freshly painted living area, bathrooms, laundry room, and enclosed outside shower. WIFI, flat screen 32" HDTV with extended cable. Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Direct, private beach trail access. Great location for extended family fun when rented with Copacetic just across the street. Room to park a boat. 2 night minimum rates available in Value/Spring and 3 night minimum in Resort Seasons. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. No Smoking. No Pets.. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.

Amazing long weekend

This house was great for our Labor Day weekend getaway! House was clean and as advertised. The beach was amazing and even got to see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean! Would definitely recommend!

overall it was nice -the lighting wasn't great in the house in the house

Overall Nice -great view of the ocean but was disappointed with the lighting and only 2 TV one in main living area and 1 in master bedroom

Kingfisher Review

While the property is a bit run down and could use a little TLC in places, the location is fabulous right on the beach. The division of the space inside was great for multiple families with a kitchen, dining area, living area and 4 bedrooms with 2 jack-and-jill bathrooms. There was plenty of parking for all our cars. The renters provided chairs, boogie boards, grill, and other items. All in all, it was a perfect place for us.

The house needs some TLC.

Clean the windows, fix the windows...none worked. Fix locks and doors, both old and difficult to open and/or unlock. We encountered a lot of large bugs. Very dusty....the air vent is covered in a lot of caked on dust and there is caked on dust in all the corners and ceiling, etc. Bathroom needs updating.

Good location

Property could use some upgrades. Electrical ( can’t cook on stove ,make toast and coffee at same time . Will kick breaker. ) will kick breaker when running dishwasher if you try using anything else. Hot Water heater needs attention. Can get maybe 2 showers before there is NO hot water. Windows could use replacements. Would stay there again but would be nice to see these things get some attention.
