Esta bien diseñado 3 dormitorios / 3. La casa adosada de 5 baños está perfectamente ubicada con vistas al campo de golf y en el corazón de Elkhorn Village. En el nivel principal encontrará una sala de estar abierta con techos altos y muchas ventanas para una gran luz. El salón tiene chimenea de leña y TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas. La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y pisos de madera. El comedor es espacioso y tendrá capacidad para 6. El acceso al patio con parrilla de gas y patio son accesibles desde las áreas de comedor y sala de estar.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas y vistas al monte. El baño principal tiene 2 lavabos separados, bañera de hidromasaje hundida, cabina de ducha y vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera que son de tamaño doble, TV de pantalla plana de 27 pulgadas y acceso a baño completo con ducha / bañera combinada y tocador individual. Hay un medio baño en el pasillo que conduce a las dos habitaciones en este nivel.
En el nivel inferior de esta casa se encuentra el tercer dormitorio. Esta habitación tiene una cama Queen size, TV de pantalla plana de 31 pulgadas y acceso a baño completo con ducha / bañera y tocador individual. El cuarto de lavado de tamaño completo con lavadora / secadora está al final del pasillo desde esta habitación. También puede acceder al garaje para 2 autos en este nivel.

Excellent Property

This is our third time at the property in the summer. It is clean and in great shape. It has everything you need including air-conditioning, a pool within walking distance and even a wonderful little stream and waterfall outside. Highly recommended!

Mountain and peak fall color views completely obstructed, with no access to outside patio, as painters has plastic over all windows/ sliding doors to repaint house, during entirety of our stay. Daytime noise from painters outside extended into evenings. Inside of house gas fireplace was otherwise excellent with easy access to Sun Valley Lodge and downtown. Access for biking also top notch.

It was very clean and cozy. The garage was wonderful and fit my 3/4 ton Chevy truck. The location was great with beautiful views. The only thing I would recommend is updating the dining table and the front room furniture. With the TV being so high up on the wall I would recommend recliners. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the unit to others.

Very nice family condo, near to Dollar mtn

We had a nice family stay of 4 nights, very comfortable and as described with all the bedrooms and amenities clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, nice garage and laundry room. Would definitely stay again. Closer to dollar mountain (beginner hill) vs bald mountain (expert hill).

Over the years, we have stayed at a number of placed in Sun Valley, but this is the very best. Clean, well furnished, no issues at all. Will come back to this unit.

The kitchen has everything you need including plenty of kitchen supplies and spices. Plenty of bathroom towels and amenities. The fireplace was great and the grill worked just fine.My only complaint is that the bed in the Master bedroom states a queen. I honestly think it is a full size bed which is boggling that small of a bed is in such a very, very large room. I highly recommend the owners purchase a king bed for the room.

Property nice with exception of furnace problems. Alpine management poor. Heat went off in night. Apparently a reoccurring problem. Notified early morning with promise of heaters. Heaters finally delivered afternoon. Fixed at 4:00 pm. A lot of cold hours without heat. No apologies.

Hi Dennis, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you spent any amount of time without a heater during your vacation. Maintenance delivered space heaters the same morning, within 20 minutes of your phone call. The heater was fixed within a few hours. This is not a recurring issue with the furnace. It was resolved the same day and is working great for future renters.

Accommodations

Our family consisted of two grandchildren, their parent and me…Nana We were completely happy with everything except the lower bedroom. My daughter and son in law were in that room and it was quite inconvenient in two areas. No dresser or nightstand for one side of the bed. It was quite a nuisance without a place to put phones, glasses, books etc, normal things one wants to be easily accessible. They had to had to live out of their suitcases on the floor. There was plenty of space in the closet though. We would return because the condo was the perfect size for us. Clean, beautifully equipped with comfortable furniture and beds…..

Excellent Condo and Location

This is a nice, modern, clean and well located condo. Pictures accurately display home and we very much enjoyed our stay. One small item.....the oven controls are not intuitive. Adding instructions on its use would be helpful. We finally figured it out, but it took some time. Otherwise, everything worked great and very comfortable.

Wonderful stay in sun Valley area

Stayed for a week in August. 4 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. Amazing great room and kitchen. Very nice pool, hot tub and tennis clay tennis courts across the street. We rode our bikes to town several times but does involve some hills. Great area for walking. Is next to Elkhorn golf course and spent a few evening hitting a few balls on adjacent holes. Would definitely stay again.
