Denne nyligt renoverede 3 soveværelser, 2 bad villa er kun to korte blokke fra stranden i smukke Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Denne ejendom ligger inden for gåafstand af ikke kun stranden, men også snesevis af gode restauranter, butikker og den verdensberømte fiskermølle. Fantastic Vacation Rental!

I recently stayed at this fantastic vacation rental, and it exceeded all my expectations! A short walk to the beach—no more than a few minutes—and it was so easy to head down to the beach whenever we wanted. The location is perfect, offering a nice balance of being close enough to the beach while also being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The property itself is beautiful, with all the amenities you'd need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals, and there’s a spacious living room that’s perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. The outdoor area is also a great touch, with a patio for relaxing and dining al fresco. Plus, the hosts provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, which made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable.What really stood out was the excellent communication with the host. From the booking process to our check-out, they were incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. They even gave us great local recommendations, which helped us discover some hidden gems in the area.Overall, this vacation rental provided the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway, and I would definitely stay here again! If you're looking for a place with easy beach access and all the comforts of home, this is the spot for you.

Perfect location

You can do everything within a short walk! We loved the sweet location of this place to the beach, great restaurants and ice cream. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella. We'd certainly stay here again, especially for the great location!

Awesome location

Walk to ocean, shops, restaurants, safe, lively neighborhood

My family LOVED this place! Home matched description. Walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Very safe, clean neighborhood. Walk to Publix. Beach chairs available. Nice quiet outdoor seating area with palm trees providing peaceful retreat. Nice tv and sitting area to enjoy Netflix movies and football games. Owners are VERY nice and attentive. Will definitely be back. :)

Pleasant villa near the beach

Quaint villa that was close to the beach and restaurants. House was well equipped with kitchen supplies and our family of 4 had more than enough room to move around. Loved the backyard space as well. Definitely recommend!

Lauderdale by the Sea

There isn't central air. All of the filters in the window type air conditioners were dirty and some had mold. All of the air conditioners had mold in them. The patio door doesn't lock. The washer and dryer are in a room under the carport. Cockroaches in the laundry room. Both dryers were full of towels. The other side of the duplex had renters that partied until 2-3 am. We would not stay again.

Clean and comfortable Lauderdale by the Sea

Enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were sufficient with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The location was great. The apartment could use some updating. The step from the entry into the living room was challenging because it was a tripping hazard

Lovely

The home was lovely and spacious for us all. There was nice space out back for us to sit outside as well. The area we stayed was 5 minutes from the beach with plenty of stores and things to do around us.

Renter beware.

This place is not as represented by the photos or the previous reviews. It’s run down with stains on the good-will furniture, bedding, mattresses, and chairs that feel like they are going to fall apart. If you had visions of cooking in this closet of a kitchen - you can pre-wash every dish before cooking because there is no dishwasher so you have a cleanliness level of what the previous renter left it. Also - cabinets are sticky which matches the rest of the cleanliness of the place including the giant hairball that greeted us when we walked in and the hair stuck to the shower and toilet as we used the washroom that was in complete disrepair with caulking pulling away from the wall. The white tape holding the air conditioners in the walls was a nice touch but the noise of constant room a/c is not endearing. Neither is the back yard with its dirty plastic chairs and a gate with no regular fencing connected to it - zoom in on the pictures. The rest of the place isn’t much better. It’s roomy - yes. It’s dirty and in disrepair - yes. The washer and dryer and in the carport next door - and you get to carry your dirty laundry past the shared neighbors car to do your laundry - and yes - it’s a duplex We stayed there - we made it through but will not be returning. We got our security deposit back - which is why we didn’t complain about the giant hair ball or the misrepresentation of the photos - we didn’t want to lose out on it. We don’t recommend you make the same mistake.

This place is PERFECT

What makes this rental perfect? Location and amenities! Lauderdale By The Sea is a funky little departure from the rest of Ft. Lauderdale, which feels oversized and touristy. Ofcourse you’re just a short Uber ride away from A1A and all that provides, I just like my family vacation a little more laid back. This rental is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. You’re provided with beach umbrellas, a cooler, and plenty of chairs to take with on the way. There’s plenty of restaurants in the walkable area. I appreciate the kitchen, outdoor grill/dining area, onsite laundry, and off street parking. Check in is super easy. We’ve stayed here twice now and are already talking about coming back next year. Plenty of space for the whole family!

Great Place Great Location

We had a lovely stay in Lauderdale By The Sea. The Villa is a short walk to all the dining and the beach while being in a quiet area. There were a few necessities that we required when we arrived and Tom dropped them off promptly. Jan and Tom were very responsive to all my emails. I wished there had been central air but I’m not sure if that is something customary for homes in the area. The box units cooled the whole place with no problem. Having the beach chairs umbrella and towels was so great. Thank you for a great week!

Excellent place close to beach

Unit was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Cute little back yard area for sitting. Blocks from town and the beach, close enough to walk. I would caution others to be mindful of the blinds in kitchen when pulling the wood out of the slider as the plastic slide piece breaks easily. We would rent again, super easy check in and great communication.

It was the perfect spot for our 2 families. The men enjoy Mancave, which is a nice cigar lounge. The rest of us want the beach and shopping. We all enjoy the restaurants. This duplex is 0.5 miles from all three. We enjoyed the outdoor areas, and used the grill. Although we were excited about the bikes, we did not use them. The kitchen was tiny, but we were able to cook for our party of 7 easily. Laundry facility is on property. We met the owner and staff, and all were friendly and appropriate.

Great location

The house was close to beach and cute area with restaurants and shopping. The house had a great backyard to hangout. Everything was great! Only drawback was the isn’t an ice maker in the fridge or trays so we could not make ice. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice Condo near everything

The 3-bedroom, 2 bath Condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Modern appliances, fully air conditioned, and quiet. We would stay there again.

Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay, it was clean, well appointed and in a great location! 7 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I also relaxed in the lovely backyard, will stay again.
