The location was excellent. The area was very safe and quiet and the walk to the beach was 5 blocks. The grocery store is about a 3 minute drive. There are plenty of eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. We very much enjoyed the cute back yard. And communication with the host was easy. We had a great stay!

Perfect location

You can do everything within a short walk! We loved the sweet location of this place to the beach, great restaurants and ice cream. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella. We'd certainly stay here again, especially for the great location!

Great Location

Pleasant villa near the beach

Quaint villa that was close to the beach and restaurants. House was well equipped with kitchen supplies and our family of 4 had more than enough room to move around. Loved the backyard space as well. Definitely recommend!

Very Nice Condo near everything

The 3-bedroom, 2 bath Condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Modern appliances, fully air conditioned, and quiet. We would stay there again.

Great location

The house was comfortable and clean, had all the amenities you could need, including beach stuff and bikes. Great location, can walk to beach and many restaurants and bars. Quite, safe neighborhood. Jan is a great host, responded quickly to a couple of small issues. Would definitely stay again.

Our property management company, Covenant Property Group was founded several years ago when it became apparent that many families were tired of paying higher and higher prices for vacation accommodations. Since then the luxury home vacation rental business has virtually exploded around the globe. South Florida, which has always been a destination for vacationers, has experienced a demand for home rentals that is unprecedented. Covenant Properties has grown to become one of the larger, well-respected property management companies in the area. Enjoy the courtyard with Weber gas grill or stroll to dozens of great restaurants or a variety of shops. The villa has Comcast HDTV's and WIFI plus a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for your use.
