This recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is just two short blocks from the beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants, shops and the world-famous Anglin's Fishing Pier. The open great room with its high beamed ceiling has a day bed sofa, HDTV and a dining area that seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds and large walk-in closet. The main bath has walk-in shower. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware, cooking utensils and well-stocked spice cupboard. The villa has been completely renovated and is ready for your perfect beach vacation. You can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, sun umbrella or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. There are even two bicycles for a ride around the quiet neighborhood. Also the home is SUPER SANITIZED before every arrival.

The location was excellent. The area was very safe and quiet and the walk to the beach was 5 blocks. The grocery store is about a 3 minute drive. There are plenty of eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. We very much enjoyed the cute back yard. And communication with the host was easy. We had a great stay!

You can do everything within a short walk! We loved the sweet location of this place to the beach, great restaurants and ice cream. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella. We'd certainly stay here again, especially for the great location!

Great Location
I really enjoyed my stay, it was clean, well appointed and in a great location! 7 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I also relaxed in the lovely backyard, will stay again.

Awesome location
Arrived and found the home to be very nice and clean. Nice neighborhood and very short walk to the beach. We plan to return in the future!Lauderdale by the sea is an awesome town with alot of great and people. Thank Tom and Jan !

Very Nice Condo near everything
The 3-bedroom, 2 bath Condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Modern appliances, fully air conditioned, and quiet. We would stay there again.

Pleasant villa near the beach
Quaint villa that was close to the beach and restaurants. House was well equipped with kitchen supplies and our family of 4 had more than enough room to move around. Loved the backyard space as well. Definitely recommend!

Great location
The house was comfortable and clean, had all the amenities you could need, including beach stuff and bikes. Great location, can walk to beach and many restaurants and bars. Quite, safe neighborhood. Jan is a great host, responded quickly to a couple of small issues.
Would definitely stay again.

Lovely
The home was lovely and spacious for us all. There was nice space out back for us to sit outside as well. The area we stayed was 5 minutes from the beach with plenty of stores and things to do around us.
