This charmingly decorated, all tile, 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit sleeps 7! With a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 3 twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there's plenty of space to have a great time! This is definitely the place for making memories with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen feels like home and even has a view of the Gulf to enjoy while you cook. It also comes equipped with a Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker for all you coffee lovers. Additionally, the master ensuite bathroom has a nicely tiled, walk-in shower. Also, enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the living and dining room areas as you relax and watch the sunrise and sunsets with a drink in your hand. Enjoy our amenities that include 3 refreshing swimming pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), a hot tub, a BBQ area, a marina with boat slip, newly surfaced tennis/pickleball courts and well equipped beach front fitness center! You will love your stay in this relaxing SeaSpray unit, guaranteed!
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an email invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicles owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Great Views!

Really like this area because the condos are small, so the beach is not real crowded. Condo had floor to ceiling windows which offered great views. It was like having an inside balcony. Property management friendly and responsive to needs. Pool was great; it started at a few inches and then gradually went to five feet. Great for little ones to play in. The only thing that I did not like was the amount of dogs at the property and they had a small strip of land to do their business; although most of the big business is picked up, it was gross knowing how much it was used. And one big dog did his business and it did not get picked up and of course, my grandson ran through it.

Seaspray gulfside 3/3

We were originally scheduled to stay in this VRBO, but then seaspray called us and said the Owner had a conflict so we were moved to Seaspray Gulfside room 3/3. So....the VRBO fee, well what was that for if we were just moved any way. Then, when we moved to Gulfside 3/3, we have stayed at lots of places, we are not picky, but this place was just disgustingly dirty. The bed was soaked with urine, the entire condo smelled of urine and dirty water. We had to launder our own sheets just to tolerate. The towels smelled of the same dirty water (guests are asked to start the laundry for the 'professional cleaners' but there is no laundry detergent to use). The couches were visibly dirty. The bathroom/kitchen sinks were clogged, the faucets were so cheap that they darn near fell off wall, the refrigerator took 2 days to cool, the pool was closed for an entire day because the wall in the pool literally fell apart, the elevator was non functioning (only one to use), and at no where in the fine print does it mention having to rent beach chairs daily. And the company that rents the chairs strategically places them ocean front so even if you bring your own, good luck getting a good seat. Would never recommend, and will never be back to Seaspray.

Would definitely return

This was our 1st Perdido Key stay. We came here because we heard it was quiet. The room was very clean, view was just beautiful. Although there was some unforeseen noise due to construction, the management and staff were very apologetic and took care of us in the end. We look forward to coming back next year to an even more beautiful property after these renovations are complete.
