Mark was a perfect guest left the property in excellent shape. He is a repeat visitor and we were happy to have him stay again. Our house was superb! The house was clean, well laid out & COOL! The bicycles were our much needed exercise. The owner was so great to work with! When we return to Arizona to watch our grandson play baseball for Royals in Arizona League, I would not hesitate to stay in the same place!

This was the perfect location for us to visit with family in the area. The patio home was well maintained, clean and equipped with all that we needed during our stay. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions and needs.

This home is a perfect place for active adults. Close to several spring training facilities, Westgate and Arrowhead Mall; 3 community public golf courses; 2 private courses with top rated restaurants; 4 community recreation centers within minutes. These offer many fun activities and classes. Community pools, dancing lessons (country line, ballroom, square dancing, etc); golf lessons, bowling lanes for fun or league play; crafts and many more. This is a great home for winter visitors and year round active couples or singles. You cannot go wrong living in this fantastic community.
All damage deposits are 100% refundable except pet fee, if no damage occurs and house is vacated in cleaned condition. House cleaning is available at additional costs, through a reliable business service. $150 will be charged if keys or remote door openers are lost or stolen to cover the cost of re-keying house.
