Overall our stay was great. The location and everything was good. The only thing that I would change is for the cleaning crew to do a deep cleaning. The curtains had stains and the shower curtains had stains and an odor. There was trash underneath the furniture from previous stays. I dropped my earring and had to move the couch out and that’s how I noticed the trash. Other than that, I would stay again.

Spring break vacation

I stayed at this property with my family for spring break every thing was on point it was also close to other convenient locations like restaurants and the Walmart my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the beach was good too we had fun.

Loved this place

This was a top 10 property. It was true to the photos, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking and kitchen to bathroom and beach. It is beachfront and close to everything. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great trip! It was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed except for a washer and dryer. We probably won't stay there again because of this. But you could tell that the owner took pride in their place with the cleanliness and decor of their condo!

Elevator’s are horrible!! The stuff is not friendly at all! We will never stay here again! We loved the location it’s the and convenient to things.We will look somewhere else next year!

The Good:Amenities: We loved the variety of snack and drink options, from the vending machines and on-site store to Bikini Bob's Grill. Very convenient. Well stocked kitchen including an air fryer, coffee pot and Keurig. Pool & Beach: The hot tubs and pool choices were excellent, with plenty of seating available at both the pool and the beach.Quiet Environment: Despite construction on the balconies and the pool radio, our room remained impressively quiet.Location: Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. The Bad: Pictures/description: The room felt more "well-used" than the pictures suggested. There were marks on the walls, splashes on the bathroom door and bed skirt, and a dog cover on the couch.Shower Issues: The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to even wash our hair or rinse off soap.Service: While most of the stay was pleasant, we had a disappointing interaction with the lady working at the tiki bar.Final Verdict: While the place was ultimately clean and the amenities were great, the room maintenance and poor water pressure mean I likely would not choose to stay here again.

We’re glad you enjoyed the resort amenities, pools, beach, convenient location, well-stocked kitchen, and especially the quiet atmosphere despite the ongoing balcony project. We’re sorry some aspects of the condo did not meet your expectations. We were never contacted during your stay regarding the water pressure or the other concerns mentioned in your review. Had we known, we would have been happy to send maintenance to investigate the water pressure and address anything in the unit that needed attention. We would also like to clarify that the sofa cover is not a pet cover. It helps protect the upholstery, as sunscreen and tanning products can easily stain furniture in beachfront properties. Regarding your experience at the tiki bar, the tiki bar and its staff are operated by the resort and are separate from our management company, so unfortunately that interaction was outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you found the condo clean and enjoyed many aspects of your stay. We wish we'd had the opportunity to address your concerns while you were here.
