The Pagosa Springs Paradise is warm, inviting and comfortable for the whole family! Plus we are conveniently located to the restaurants, grocery bars and shops!
The kitchen remodel is complete and it looks absolutely beautiful! Enjoy GRANITE COUNTERTOPS and a new DISH WASHER. Also a new STAINLESS SINK AND FAUCET. And brand new gas STOVE! The house is nice and new and very well maintained. It's big and beautiful and there is a lot of space!
The living area is really big and the open concept living, dining, dinette and kitchen area makes for a great place to enjoy life.
We understand that things are a little more difficult during these times than normal so we have instituted:
- A flexible cancellation policy
- Coupons and discounts for future bookings
- Reduced minimum stay requirements
- Reduced daily rates
- Increased discounts for longer stays
- Employing stringent cleaning procedures
- Self check-in tools for no contact check in / out
- Quality work areas and internet for “workcations”
This beautiful adobe style house which was built in 2002 will immediately make you feel at home. The warm colors inside will embrace you and welcome you to Colorado. The house features a very large, central living area with hand scraped teak wood floors and is decorated with a combination of leather and rustic furniture in classic western style.
COLD AIR CONDITIONING AND A PRIVATE HOT TUB! The living area features a beautiful and comfortable leather sofa that folds out to a queen bed, a great gas fireplace to knock the chill off those cold winter nights and a modern flat screen TV.
We recently switched from cable to RokuTV. Our internet access is really good so you should have no problem streaming your favorite channels / apps. Our Roku is in guest mode, so you can enter your app login information and set an expiration date where it will be reset.
The Kitchen has a beautiful central island style setup and has all the modern conveniences that you would expect. It is fully stocked with pots, pans and accessories. The kitchen and the remainder of the house has beautiful and durable ceramic tile floors. You can enjoy some wonderful family meals here.
The dining room table seats 8 and the adjacent dinette seats 4.
The bedrooms continue the rustic theme with beautiful hand carved beds and dressers in the two larger bedrooms. The small bedrooms are equipped with full beds which will delight the younger members of your family.
Outside you will find a two car garage, but I don't think you can actually fit two cars in it because of the shelves and workbench on the sides. There is plenty of off street parking for all of your friends and family!

You have the entire house to yourself. There is a fitness complex with workout areas, racquetball courts, swimming pool and private fishing lakes that can bring much joy and entertainment.
I'll be at your service over the phone. It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Please keep it that way. The house is in a very convenient location. You will find everything you need close at hand.
Recreation Center – You can purchase access to the Recreation center facilities here. You will need your reservation letter from me to show as proof that you are my guest. Here are the fees: Sponsored Guest: 20 Punch Pass $105 12 Punch Pass $75 Daily Pass $7 Shower + Towel $5 Fishing Pagosa Lakes Private Lakes– Before you fish, you will need to obtain a license from the Recreation Center. Take your reservation information letter from me and you will be able to obtain a daily or weekly fishing license. We have some first class fishing just minutes from the house.
Pagosa Lake is just steps from the house, just grab your gear and walk. For the serious fisherman, make sure to check out Lake Hatcher. The strict fishing rules there provide challenging fishing and exciting opportunities. There is also fantastic fishing in the nearby state waters of both CO and NM.
Pets – yes, your pets are welcome, just please when you leave the property make it look as though there was no pet there. Pick up the waste and clean up any excess fur. We do charge a pet fee($85/stay for up to 2 pets and $150/stay for up to 4 pets) because they do cause some wear and tear, but we know they are important to you and we want to accommodate your whole family! If this charge is not passed from VRBO to my reservation system, Ican help you add it after your reservation is complete.
Safety: Property has security cameras: 1 located on the front porch pointed at the front door. 1 located over the inside south wall of the garage pointed at the entry door to the house. 1 on the back pine tree watching the back of the house and 1 watching the hot tub. If you find that one too intrusive, feel free to put a towel over it during your stay.These cameras will be recording during your stay.
VRBO:If you are booking on VRBO, they will show it as a "Refundable deposit paid at property". That is not accurate. The deposit is simply a credit card hold which is authorized on the day that you arrive and then automatically drops off 7 days after you leave. If you leave with no damage, you will never notice it. If there is damage, I will notify you of what I have found prior to making any type of claim against that hold. I'm sorry that VRBO describes it that way, but I have brought it to their attention, and they say it is the only thing that can be done with their system. I think they are just putting the square peg in the round hole. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

This is a wonderful house. I have upgraded it and will continue to strive to make it the best it can be. It's big, but not too big so it's still cozy, it's nice and new and it's in a fantastic location. What's not to like???

Location, location, location! Beautiful house in the pines with open space because of the extra lot next door. Easy access to fishing, skiing, shopping and bars!
