Newly purchased and decorated with upgraded furniture, luxurious linens and a full kitchen with everything needed to entertain. Sit at the beautiful dining area with buffet/bar, round glass top table with enough room for 6. Entertain in the formal living room, or just lounge in the cheerful over sized family room. You won't want to leave this room once you sit in and enjoy the pub style over sized seating with 4 recliners along with a huge HD TV and computer area. Outside is a privately enclosed yard with patio furniture and lovely landscape. For the gentlemen in the house, the family room doubles as a sportsmen Man cave for viewing your favorite Sunday game! With your temporary Resident ID you have access to 33 executive golf courses and 12 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. Whether your a beginner or if have a low handicap. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events. Hello, Our names are Vince and Julia. We have purchased this lovely home in May of 2015. We came to the Villages to visit family here and fell in love with the Disney World for adults. So we decided to purchase here for our dream of retirement some time in the future. We live in Cape May NJ. Vince is an attorney and Julia is a realtor. Our goal is to travel the world then settle down in The Villages sometime .

Walking distance to Spanish springs town center. Our beautiful home is immaculately maintained with lovely updated furnishings. It is a very cheerful and comfortable home offering lots of space (1478 sq ft). So if you want to spend some down time alone, this is the place as the 22x17 family room can be closed off from the rest of the house. You will be close to everything that you could or would possibly need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable at the same time.
What makes this Villa unique
Walking distance to Spanish springs town center. Entertainment and free music, dancing every night. Easy Walk or drive to great shopping and restaurants. The benefits to living in this courtyard villa is the fact that the town center is right at your foot step. Our large family room is separable from the rest of the house for privacy and contentment! As Vince calls it "my man cave" it's very comfortable. Also offers room for sports viewing with guests.

The location was perfect for us since this was our first visit to The Villages. We really enjoyed the house with its many updates and design.
DISNEY, EPCOT, MGM AND AMUSEMENT PARKS APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 HRS AWAY.

My property is also available for year round rental. Rate for year round is negotiable. All quotes are subject to change. The golf cart is included in the rental with a $95. fee. Any damage to the vehicle will result in $500. to cover the insured deductible. Tenant is responsible for towing, breakdown, and repairs while in their custody, control, or rental period. The golf cart must be kept in the garage when not in use and battery charging at their own risk. Tenant must be responsible of the charging cord and be sure not to drive away with the cord attached. The garage is to remain closed at all times other than when the golf cart is pulled in and out. Any lost or damage to golf cart keys will be charged $250. for replacement and or repairs.
