Bedroom 2 has bathroom access and bedroom 3 has private bath and each bedroom has floor to ceiing windows with ocean views.. The kitchen is fully equipped, with wood cabinetry, upgraded stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry breakfast bar and granite.
With 4 levels of under bulding parking, enclosed hallways, a fifth floor, state of the art fitness center, massage services by appointment, a seasonal tiki bar serving food and drinks, this vacation rental has it all.

Beautiful and Lovely Room and Resort

We landed in this unit after leaving a dilapidated unit at Bahama Sands. The owner could not have been nicer. She worked closely with us to ensure we could check in on time, if not earlier. The unit was beautiful. Immaculately clean, bright and cheery, beautifully decorated with a colorful beach theme. Everything was up to date including kitchen, bathrooms, beds, washer and dryer, and TVs. Beds were super comfortable in all rooms. It was like walking into a newly built home with all amenities and tools to make your stay as fun and carefree as possible. Plenty of kitchen utensils, drawer space, pillows, blankets, and even a balcony table, chairs, and rocking chair for two. The unit is a corner unit, which provides a full view of the beach. Just gorgeous. Loved Rare Mar Vista Grande. Plenty of parking, the pools, lazy river, huge hot tub and beach were great. Tiki bar for drinks was a great touch. Felt like we were in the Caribbean! The Resort has the feel of luxury with tasteful upgraded decor, chandeliers, and rugs. The doors to the rooms are set back from the main hallways, providing privacy. This unit had beach equipment, and a convenient trash chute to easily dispose of garbage. There is nothing they didn’t think of! Reserve this unit. You won’t be disappointed! 😊

Paradise found

Our stay at the Mar Vista Grande was absolutely perfect. We had not been back to North Myrtle Beach in over ten years, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The condo was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were comfortable, and we really liked having a bathroom attached for each bedroom. The main feature of this condo is the corner unit windows and balcony. You could see the ocean from every window and we spent mornings and evenings as a family on the balcony. We enjoyed the summer breeze and staying over the fourth of July was great to be able to watch all the fireworks up and down the coast. Even with so much technology to distract us these days...my kids enjoyed being on the balcony and disconnecting from their gadgets to enjoy being there in the moment. The pools were pristine, and even parking in the garage was easy. Thank you Cara at Elite Property Management for a wonderful stay and hosting us.
