Newly custom built three-story grand home with two 2-guest bedrooms (East+West) and a yoga/Pilates studio. *This booking is for the West Suite only. (You can book both suites in a separate listing.) All new furniture in the two 2 private guest bedrooms with en suite (private) bathrooms. Spacious furnished balcony porch overlooking farmland and historic W Main Street. Ceiling fans everywhere, and gas lights. Stunning views “green space” on a large, quiet lot. Art Gallery on the first floor. Saturday Yoga class for everybody offered to our guests. . 2nd floor kitchenette available outside your suites. Walking distance to “Hallmark movie” beautiful historic, downtown Georgetown. Amazing restaurants , shopping, and bars within walking distance. Rooms have coded digital locks and independent access. New blue house custom built in 2019. Outstanding restaurants in neighborhood. Jane was an amazing host! She made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. There was drinks, snacks, and breakfast items in the kitchen that were tasty! Her dog is adorable and sweet! The yoga class on Sat morning was amazing and peaceful. We loved staying here and will spread the word. My bf had a great birthday weekend!

Relaxing stay in horse country.

The property is spotless and well-appointed. It’s an easy drive to the horse farms and Keeneland, and it’s a little farther to Mammoth Cave but worth it!

This booking includes 1 bedroom and 1 queen size bed that sleeps up to 2 people. Rooms are available to be rented separately or together through separate Vrbo bookings. Bleubird offers yoga and pilates classes and has an art gallery on the first floor.
