ParaĂ­so da Luz ("Paradis de Luz") Casa Berlin est une villa de luxe de 4 chambres situĂ©e dans une position enviable Ă  Praia da Luz, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la pointe (de l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur) et Ă  distance de marche de la plage, des restaurants, des magasins et supermarchĂ©. Construit en 2002, il dispose d'une piscine privĂ©e traitĂ©e au sel, d'un grand jardin privĂ© et d'une superbe vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Il est situĂ© Ă  seulement 80 mĂštres de la mer. Pour accueillir des fĂȘtes plus importantes, nous avons Ă©galement une autre propriĂ©tĂ©, rĂ©f. P4068 qui est situĂ© Ă  seulement 800m, Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage de Praia da Luz (250m) et des commerces et restaurants du village.

Casa Berlin was just amazing! It was beautiful, it was very clean, it had all the modern amenities and fast wifi. Just perfect. Luz is a wonderful town with scenic sunsets, picturesque ocean cliffs and many delicious restaurants to enjoy a meal at. Just perfect! The hosts were amazing with excellent communication, helpful advice and just great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Casa Berlin at the end of July with family and 16 month old Granddaughter. Absolutely loved the villa and location. Just 2 minutes from the coastal path and into Luz. The villa is quiet, very well equipped and in a great location. The pool was excellent and loved the basement games room. Will return for sure

A fabulous two weeks spent in this villa with a beautiful location. The house is well equipped to eat in but it’s an easy walk to the town along the coast to access any one of the many restaurants. The private pool was deliciously cold and offered relief from the mini heatwave we experienced during our stay. I couldn’t believe that we had 5 toilets in the house - particularly the one in the basement with the washing machine and games room. A high spec home from home

Amazing Villa and location

Casa Berlin was perfect for our family holiday get together. Child and adult friendly we all enjoyed the pool and the downstairs games room where we had a couple of nights of competitions. The villa.was beautiful, clean and very well equipped.....it also has 6 balconies! Amazing views and a very peaceful setting and side of Luz with a short walk along the coastal pathway /road into the lively centre with enough bars and restaurants and sandy beach with plenty of room and water fun activities.5th time of coming to Luz for us. The best Villa. We will.be back. Thank you for use of the lilo's and beach toys too

Perfect Group Getaway with Fun and Comfort

We stayed at this rental house as a group and had an amazing time! The house itself is beautiful and offers plenty of space, making it perfect for larger groups.Two of the absolute highlights were the pool and the basement, which is packed with fun activities like foosball and pool billiards.The owner was exceptionally friendly and always helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from the start, which made everything even more enjoyable.We would definitely recommend this place and are already thinking about coming back!

Lovely villa, great location!!

Casa Berlin is a lovely villa in a perfect location. An easy walk into town to several restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. It’s very well equipped and spotless. Large, well maintained yard. Water views from all rooms. The games room was a bonus for rainy days. Lots of room to spread out. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Thanks for being so accommodating!!

Perfect for our group

This villa was the perfect location for our party of five friends. We found that everything was like in the description. We liked the various terrasses a lot and our kitchen-chief noted that he could find all he needed for preparing the meals. Beside of the very comprehensive briefing I would also like to highlight the pleasant and acommodating email communication with the owners. A place to come back to in pre-season. The only minor issue we found that there is some construction work going on in the quarter, but nothing to really complain about.

Good place to stay with a family or friends

This villa was in a wonderful location and easy to walk into town for groceries or to sit at one of the many cafes along the waters edge. If you like hiking a trail is 5 minutes from your doorstop. It’s also a 15 minute drive to Lagos. When issues arose the owner dealt with them quickly.

Big family group

Lovely garden with pool, barbecue and outdoor seating, nice cozy log burner, games basement and good walking location into Luz and nice sea views. The owners were very responsive and tried their best to make sure we had enough wood to keep warm and also had 3 electric radiators for the bedrooms.Throughout the 9 nights we were there we struggled with the smell of the house. One of the upstairs ensuite bathrooms was very smelly and the basement was also always smelly.Also, the sofa in the living room was big but very old and worn out leather sofa which we managed to cover up with some blankets but found it uncomfortable overall. The beds were OK and slept well.

aangenaam verblijf alleen de puntjes op de i. vuilnisbakken kapot zowel buiten als binnen. deuren die klemmen en kraken. speelkelder erg gedateerd en niet uitnodigend. verwarrend dat de 4e badkamer in de kelder was. oude parasol weghalen zo niet laten staan.

Lovely villa in a beautiful area

We were six adults from the west coast of Canada spending 3 weeks in this beautiful area. The villa is in a perfect location, just a 10 minute walk to town. We loved the quiet at night and the access to great walking. The hike from Luz to Burgau has stunning views and a lovely village to have lunch. The villa is very well equipped and we made many dinners at "home". The garden, pool and patio are a delight and we loved the BBQ as well. Ten out of ten for Casa Berlin!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Wir hatten ein sehr komfortables, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und großzĂŒgiges Haus vorgefunden. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool, der Wintergarten(fĂŒr meine YogaÜbungen), die große KĂŒche, der Keller mit Tischtennis ua am Abend und der fantastische Kamin. Wonderful location; beautiful place!

This VRBO rental was excellent, true to its listing. The property is very well maintained, both inside and out. It was especially nice to have a balcony leading outside from every room so no excuse for not getting some “rays”! The property manager and her staff are so accommodating and helpful. The house is well located and very easy to get around from. We felt very safe there, both day and night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful Christmas break in casa Berlin everything was spot on exactly what we needed. The weather was great during the day to sit by the pool and games room was fantastic in the evenings. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

Nice quiet spacious large villa

We had a great 2 weeks at this villa. Extended family of 8 all adults and one 2 year old. The twenty somethings made good use of the basement games room. Pool was great and well kept garden with plenty sun beds too. About 20 minute lovely scenic walk into the town where the main beach and the restaurants etc are. A bit less to a smaller more rocky beach, which we preferred for swimming. Some lovely restaurants as per the owners’ manual. Definitely recommend the Jazz Sunday lunch and A Fabrica (we went to both twice) Very quiet area, seems to be some redevelopment going on around it. Local property manager was very responsive and helpful. Easy parking. House well enough equipped. No problems. Nice walks/light climbs if you want them. Water sports. All good, enjoy it other guests.

Wonderful month at an exceptional property

We are friends and family from the US and ESP who very much enjoyed visiting the beautiful area of Luz. The pictures were true to the house description. Everything one could possibly need was outfitted very well. We were able to handle some chilly days with the fireplace and space heaters, without need of the gas heat. Having an outside sitting area attached to each of the rooms was great and the yard was nicely looked after. The area offers lots of walking routes and local towns to visit. Communicating with Ann and Chris, as well as the property managers, was quite easy. Thank you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

As a growing family we need flexibility in accommodation and this villa provides it. A terrace to every room, each provided with seating and table, gives lots of 'me' space in addition to a beautiful, well kept garden with grass, flowers, shrubs and trees and of course the essential pool and bbq and alfresco dining area. The villa also has a basement which we have stocked with family/sports games eg table tennis, pool table, football table and darts board.
