Paraíso da Luz ("Paradise of Luz") Casa Berlin is a well appointed 4 bedroom villa located in an enviable position in Praia da Luz, with magnificent sea and headland views (from upper floor) and within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Built in 2002, it has a private pool, a large private garden and superb ocean views. It is situated only 120m back from the sea. To accommodate larger parties, we also have another property, ref. P4068 which is located only 800m away, close to the beach of Praia da Luz (250m) and the village shops and restaurants.

Lovely Luz

Beautiful well stocked home. Great communication. Clean with comfortable beds, windows and large doors letting in beautiful light with amazing views. Pool was very clean but cold in November. Kitchen has everything you can think of and more

Wonderful month at an exceptional property

We are friends and family from the US and ESP who very much enjoyed visiting the beautiful area of Luz. The pictures were true to the house description. Everything one could possibly need was outfitted very well. We were able to handle some chilly days with the fireplace and space heaters, without need of the gas heat. Having an outside sitting area attached to each of the rooms was great and the yard was nicely looked after. The area offers lots of walking routes and local towns to visit. Communicating with Ann and Chris, as well as the property managers, was quite easy. Thank you!

Perfect place in a great location.

The house was really nice, with beds, baths, and plenty of room for 3 couples. The backyard by the pool was a favorite hangout, and the many balconies have beautiful views. The location was perfect. So close to the Atlantic & walking trails, and also within walking distance to town. Would highly recommend to anyone. Hope we can return someday,

Great house

The house was great and the kids loved the pool. It's located in a calm location and takes about 20 min on foot to get to the sand. We had a little problem with hot water but it wasn't enough to ruin the vacation. Overall we recommend and probably will stay there more times. I have to say that the person who represents the owners and takes care of the house could be nicer, the owners I liked very much.

We are a family who are now into our 3rd generation of holidaying in Luz. We adore the area and think you will too!

Why they chose this property

As a growing family we need flexibility in accommodation and this villa provides it. A terrace to every room, each provided with seating and table, gives lots of 'me' space in addition to a beautiful, well kept garden with grass, flowers, shrubs and trees and of course the essential pool and bbq and alfresco dining area. The villa also has a basement which we stocked with family/sports games eg table tennis, pool table and football table.
