✔ Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h. Access to the facilities as pool, garden ecc are possible only after check in procedure.

✔ Check-out by 9:00 am.

As required by Italian national laws, guests are recognized in person upon check-in. For this reason, check-ins will not be accepted at times when the staff cannot carry out this recognition.
After 20.00h , check in will be delayed to the morning after between 9.00 and 10.00 am

OPTIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:

- HEATING ( on a pay per use basis) : 1.90 euros per hour. There is a thermostat with hour counter inside the apartment to allow the guests using it when they prefer.

- WASHING MACHINE : 5 euros / wash

- EXTRA CHANGE OF LINEN AND TOWELS ( only on request) : 16 euros per person. The change of towels and linen is otherwise every 7 nights ( for ex. if you stay 2 weeks the first set is upon arrival,the second after 7 days.)

- POOL TOWELS ( only on request) : 5 euros / each .Pool towels are not included in the towel set,so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance we cannot guarantee to provide them.

- BABY COT with sheets and towels ( only by previous request ) : 45 Euros - to pay locally and to book before arrival

- HIGHCHAIR : with belt. 18 euro to pay upon arrival and to request it at the moment of the reservation ( limited availabiliy)

- BABY BATH : 10 euro to pay upon arrival and to request it at the moment of the reservation ( limited availabiliy)

- The baby sitter recommendation does not guarantee her immediate availability. She is not an employee of Monti 1824 but a freelancer. I recommend making contact well in advance of the date of your stay to have a better chance of availability.

-AIR CONDITIONING ,PLEASE NOTE that from 31 May 2025 to 12th September is included in price . Please note that in other different times of the year it is not calculated in the rental rate but paid extra on place with a cost of 40 Euros per day / 280 Euros per week.
Air conditioning is in the 2 bedrooms with 2 separate machine ( only cool ).

-USE OF PARTICULAR ELECTICAL EQUIPEMNT: appliances such as stoves, heaters, cookers, portable refrigerators and freezers must be declared at check in, as their use is not included in the normal energy costs included in the booking. Their presence involves an additional cost of 30 Euros per night / 210 Euros per week to be paid locally. Charging of electric cars is prohibited and is redirected to designated charging stations (closest to 1 km).

‣ Owners family lives in the farmhouse

‣ The farmhouse is composed of 6 holiday accommodations + swimming pool

‣ The pool is shared with the other accommodations of the holiday farmhouse Monti 1824 ( Leccio Cottage + 5 other units ).

‣ Pool open from April 1st till October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening time 8.00 - 19.30 .

‣ Guests will find only upon arrival a starter kit with some courtesy products to start their stay : toilet paper roll , hand soap, dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets.

◦ To Introuduce people not included in the reservation and not recorded as Mont1824 's guests inside the estate (including swimming pool, garden, apartment and parking)

◦ To smoke inside the accommodation

◦ To light candles of any kind inside the accommodation

◦To organize parties or meetings
