Ceci est une villa de luxe 2 lits doubles / 1 chambre Ă  coucher. Il possĂšde sa propre piscine, les terrasses et barbecue. SituĂ© dans un cul de sac de seulement 5 des propriĂ©tĂ©s similaires. Calme mais seulement une courte promenade de 10 minutes de la place du village, qui se vante de beaux restaurants offrant deux chypriotes et menus anglais, tavernes et boutiques. Les chambres ont vue sur la mer et la piscine. Les plages de Coral Bay, le nouveau terrain de golf Ă  Mintis Hills, le vieux port et la vie nocturne de Paphos sont tous Ă  15 minutes en voiture. L'ancien monastĂšre de Saint- Neophytos est Ă  seulement 10 minutes. Toutes les commoditĂ©s que Paphos a Ă  offrir, y compris la plongĂ©e, la pĂȘche, le golf, l'Ă©quitation et les sports nautiques, sont tous facilement accessibles. Paphos est un site du patrimoine mondial avec de nombreux lieux d'intĂ©rĂȘt historique. This villa was perfect for our family of two adults and two children. It was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The pool is very clean and was cleaned several times a week. The place (Tala) is very quiet and beautiful. Ray was always available for us and super friendly. We thank him for his hospitality.

Home from home

From the moment you arrive you feel relaxed and at home. All creature comforts are there for you. Bring your body and let the sun do the rest. You can eat in as much as you want or avail yourself of the many bars and restaurants that will be only too happy to take the strain and give your partner a break too. Beautiful elevated position looking down on Paphos and Kissonegra. Approx 10 mins from the motorway will get you to most areas of Cyprus. Would suggest hire car is essential unless you wish to use taxis. The villa is everything you would wish for in a holiday retreat.

An excellent villa

We enjoyed ten days in this excellent villa mid/end September 2022. Our first impression was "wow, this is fantastic", from the spacious and spotless room layouts to the really practical seating and relaxing areas. Everything you could want to self cater is included, and Tala is a great base offering a selection of top notch restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car, which I would recommend, and enjoyed hot sunny weather every day while exploring the island. Ray and his team were really helpful, responding immediately with any queries. Overall thoroughly recommended.

Great situ, lovely property, one to revisit

This is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious and well supplied property, immaculately cleaned and with such a friendly and helpful manager and pool-maintenance man, happy to take time to give you all the local tips and best places to visit. The pool is an excellent size, and warm enough without heating. It's in a great location for exploring the west coast and ideally situated to go further up to Polis or inland.

Absolutely brilliant and great location

Booked for a family wedding and holiday with friends. Villa was spotless and the owner Ray and Hanna the caretaker were very accomadating and helpful. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and is well located to walk into Tala square or travel to Phafos by bus or taxi. Looking at booking again soon just to relax and enjoy.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa. We know Tala well and the villa was in an ideal location, very spacious and well equipped, fantastic pool, plenty of outside space, including bbq and outside dining area, lovely. Stayed at this fantastic villa for three weeks and had a great time.the villa has everything you need to have a super time in cyprus.very spacious and modern.the pool is really good and the water quality is excellent and cleaned regularly.Hannah the lady who looks after the place is very helpful and a lovely lady.the local tavern Melitzia is the place to eat good food and enjoy the view.if you wish a relaxing holiday in the sun then this is the place for you. Ray the owner is very helpful and will answer any questions you have in a friendly way. I will be booking this villa again. review from Billy in Luxembourg.

Having retired a few years ago I purchased the villa so that my partner Joanne and I could spend some qualilty time in the sun. The villa was therefore furnished and fitted out for us.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I wanted to be near Paphos as I love the harbour area and old town. However I wanted to be away from the town and noisy parts but close enough to get to all the attractions quickly. Being in the hills Tala benefits from a breeze in the summer so the stiffling heat of the coast isn't a problem. The village had to be in walking distance and safe. Tala has lots of restaurants and a few shops so it isn't necessary to go to a supermarket for shopping all the time.
The villa is in a cul de sac and so is not going to have any passing traffic. It is also a very small community of villas and not a large development. All in all it was exactly what I was looking for.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The villa is quiet and yet close to Tala Square. The pool is peaceful and with good views.
It is handy for all the main areas we want to visit.
It is south facing and gets all the sun but also has shady parts to sit under the vines that we planted when we arrived. They do have grapes, many of them, but they always seem to have disappeared before I arrive there!
