Cyprus, Aphrodite Island, goddess of love and beauty is between 3 continents: Europe, Asia, and Africa. You can enjoy 340 days of sun, winters are very mild, spring and autumn are very pleasant, and the summer is enjoyable.
Because of its location at 300 m of altitude, Villa Temenos offers a panoramic view of the sea and mountains, unobstructed and beautiful. Either during the day or night, the view is wonderful: at your feet you'll have several villages and the mountains surrounding you, banana fields, olive trees, 20 km of littoral (Coral Bay in Paphos). At night the view is magical, the shining lights of the village, the lighthouse and port at Paphos guides the cruise boats that continue their route through the Aegean sea, the stars scintillate on the sky and the bright moon decorates this painting... a work of art.

Unser Gastgeber hat immer schnell und freundlich mit uns kommuniziert, wenn wir Fragen hatten.Der Blick vom Haus auf das Meer war atemberaubend schön. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, ob historische Stätten oder Strande und Buchten waren gut zu erreichen.Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Just returned from a 2 week stay september 2025We absolutely loved our stay! The property was exactly as listed and spotlessly clean on arrival. The host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was crystal clear, cleaned twice a week, and the views are truly to die for – so relaxing and peaceful.It’s only a 10-minute drive to Coral Bay, with taxis easily accessible (though a car is recommended). We enjoyed the easy walk downhill to the village and just grabbed a taxi back. Everything about this place made for the perfect holiday – relaxing, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Très belle semaine en famille à la villa Témenos !

Note 3.5 / 5 Nous avons passé une agréable et reposante semaine à Peyia à la villa Témenos. La villa se trouve dans un endroit très calme, elle bénéficie d'une belle piscine et d'une vue exceptionnelle. Peyia offre des commerces, restaurants, boulangerie, ainsi qu'un centre fitness pour les plus sportifs. (nous en avons profité avec notre fils , 28 EUROS la semaine par personne). Profitez d'aller voir les bains d'Adonis, à quelques kilomètres de Peyia. Les plus = maison confortable avec une vue magnifique et dans le calme. La connexion WIFI est très performante. Chaînes satellite et bon choix de chaines francophones. Possibilité de laver et sécher le linge. Les moins = lits sans sommier et matelas durs. Nous aurions apprécié des volets ou des stores dans les chambres, car nous avions le soleil dès 6h du matin. Le propriétaire est une personne agréable et disponible avec qui nous avons eu un très bon contact.

nous recommandons la villa TEMENOS sans reserve . Une vue exceptionnelle, une piscine chauffée et entretenue et tout le confort dans la villa. Chypre est une très jolie destination a decouvrir et nous èspérons y retourner un jour. Notre proprietaire est toujours joignable et nous a donne de précieux conseils. Alors si vous lisez ses commentaires n hesitez pas a reserver en famille ou entre amis.

"Superbe villa très bien équipée et située dans un endroit très calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. A very nice place with an amazing wiew. Everithing has been made by the owner of the place to make our stay comfortable. The villa was neat, with everything you need in a vacation place. There are every facilities you could need in the village of Peigia that is at about 2km from the villa, post office, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and so on... Robert, the owner, lives in France, but it's very easy to get in touch with him by mail or by phone. An highly recommended place. B. DEQ... France

Magnifique séjour

Nous revenons de Chypre où nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à la Villa Temenos. Cette villa est exceptionnellement bien située, elle offre une vue extraordinaire de jour comme de nuit sur la mer et le village de Peyia. La villa est très propre, décorée avec bop de goût, on y trouve absolument tout le confort, on se sent chez soi immédiatement. La piscine, un vrai bonheur! Tout est parfait! Pas un seul point négatif à déplorer. Luxe, calme et volupté. Un grand merci aux propriétaires de faire partager ce coin de paradis.

3 semaines de vacances gachées !

J'ai 45 ans et pour la 1ère fois de ma vie, j'ai vécu durant ces vacances un vrai cauchemar! Mes 4 enfants, mon épouse et moi avons vécu un enfer durant ces 3 semaines de vacances dans cette maison. Tout était conforme à l'annonce excepté le fait que le propriétaire avait délibérément omis de nous dire que la maison d'à côté était en construction (chantier avec 10 ouvriers), alors que ce dernier occupait la maison la veille de notre arrivée et qu'il savait parfaitement ce qui nous attendait. Pendant 3 semaines, à partir de 8h jusqu'à 16h, cela a été un vacarme permanent: perceuse, scie circulaire, bétonneuse ... (imaginez une perceuse vous réveillant tous les matins à 8h ...). Alors que le propriétaire avait été jusque là réactif et disponible, il est devenu totalement absent et ne donnant plus aucune nouvelle dès que nous lui avons signalé notre mécontentement et lui avons demandé de prendre des mesures pour faire stopper ce chantier. Rien n'a été fait. Nous avons tenté de le contacté à maintes reprises (tél, SMS, mails ...). aucune réponse. Il nous a totalement ignoré. C'est essentiellement ce mutisme que nous dénonçons dans ce commentaire. C'est pourquoi nous avons eu le sentiment de nous faire arnaquer. Nous avons bien entendu réalisé des vidéos et des enregistrements de cette situation et avons même recueilli des témoignages écrits du voisinage. Nous n'allons certainement pas en rester là car nos 3 semaines de vacances annuelles ont été littéralement gâchées par la lâcheté et le manque de sincérité de ce propriétaire.

We fell in love with Cyprus since the first time we came in April 1988. In 200 we bought this villa on the most beautiful part of the island, in front of the Akamas bay. Our guests understand how we fell in love with this villa, which benefits from having 20 km of littoral. Our friends from Cyprus who come visit always say the view is la that from an airplane. A serene atmosphere envelops the place.
