Esta hermosa villa boutique está diseñada por un arquitecto con una cocina moderna totalmente equipada, una amplia sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta, una fabulosa terraza en la azotea con increíbles vistas al mar, perfecta para tomar una copa por la noche y ver la puesta de sol. La villa cuenta con 4 habitaciones dobles y 4 baños en suite, además de un inodoro / WC en la planta baja que ofrece mucho espacio para todos, ya sea una familia numerosa, un grupo de amigos o parejas que desean mucho espacio para relajarse y descansar. La villa cuenta con una piscina privada, mantenida deslumbrantemente azul por el asistente diario y la villa tiene su propio jardín privado y área para tomar el sol totalmente equipada con 8 hamacas, sombrillas, mesitas y toallas de piscina. ¡La terraza sombreada tiene una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 para almuerzos al aire libre o cenas bajo las estrellas! Hay una barbacoa portátil para parrillas junto a la piscina o en la terraza de la azotea. Absolutely beautiful villa in a beautiful area.Paula and Metin (the owners) are lovely people and cannot do enough to help you, from arranging transfers to excursions. The location of the villa is perfect, close enough to the sea, the town and supermarket. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa kalan. Paula and Metin were fabulous hosts! A lovely welcome package was waiting for us, but nothing can beat the views... photos don't do the reality of this location justice! The Villa was spotlessly clean, and the pool area was serviced twice daily. The proportions of this Villa, with 4 en-suites, meant everyone had their own space. However of course the pool area was most popular. The pool was just the right size for us. Our hosts were very friendly and responded really quickly, and helped us book a very reasonable private gulet. Lastly, that view from the roof terrace was spectacular, the reflection of the moon on the water was just as lovely as sundowner time! There are three beach clubs in the bay, a short walk away. We have left recharged. Prefer this side of Kalkan as it is much more chilled and still only 5 mins into Old Town by car or taxi (4 worth it!)

A lovely villa

Had an arranged (by Paula the owner) private transfer from the airport to the villa, totally hassle free arriving late at night so couldn’t appreciate the surroundings in the dark Amazing and very generous supply of food and beverages in the fridge on arrival In the morning I took my cup of tea onto the roof terrace to be welcomed by a stunning view of the sea and mountain The pool and sunbathing area was kept pristine each morning by the husband & wife team looking after the villa with weekly changes of bedding & towels and towel sculptures left on the beds with flowers, a lovely touch! The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed A great selection of books for visitors use Easy walk to the sea for swimming A good selection of restaurants near the villa if not wanting to venture into Old Town but great restaurants there too amongst the cobbled little streets! Market on a Thursday is well worth a visit, beautiful fresh fruit, vegetables and the usual bartering for bags, T shirts etc not forgetting the abundance of different flavored Turkish Delights! All in all a very friendly place, would love to visit again soon

VILLA KALAN

Lovely well positioned villa. We had a great stay here and would readily return. The villa was spotlessly clean with the pool and pool area cleaned every day. It catered for all our needs being in a quieter area but close enough to walk into the old town . I can throughly reccomend a stay at Villa Kalan.

Amazing villa

Fabulous experience at this super family villa . Excellent host, super efficient & friendly communication at all times throughout booking process & during stay, our every need catered for . Beautiful stunning location within walk to beach club , supermarket and restaurants. Can highly recommend . Loved the Kalamar area, our first time in this area previously staying in Central Kalkan . Short efficient taxi service into Kalkan costing £3 .

Perfect getaway

From the moment we arrived at the villa, it exceeded our expectations. A beautiful pool big enough to do a few lengths and the villa was incredibly clean. So many levels to see a different view of Kalkan bay. The area of Kalamar was quiet and unspoilt. The villa is well equiped, lots of clean linen and towels supplied. We would definately recommend this villa for a relaxing break

A great villa in a lovely location.

An amazing two week stay. The villa was perfect for our teenagers too. Everyone had their own bedroom with en suite bathroom. The villa is in a great spot near to two beach clubs, both absolutely lovely and the walk to town was a 25 Minute stroll with lovely views. The pool is necked daily And spotlessly clean. Paula responds so quickly to any queries and Metin was really helpful, giving us lots of advice and help to sort out excursions. The roof terrace was a favourite spot to unwind with a glass of bubbles at the end of our fun-filled days. Would highly recommend this property.

A perfect holiday house

A really amazing house - spotlessly clean, spacious and with all necessary amenities, wonderful pool with really comfortable sun beds, excellent air con, and to top it all off the roof terrace to beat all drink spots overlooking the bay. We could not have had a better week - many many thanks Paula

Smart villa with fabulous roof top terrace

Whilst nowhere in Kalkan is probably suitable for anyone in a wheelchair, the steep hillside location does give fabulous views of the sea and the sunrise and sunset. Being somewhere higher up the hill, the villa's ground floor terrace does not have the benefit of a direct open sea view, that villas further down the hill would have, but it does still have a nice view nonetheless. And the fabulous sea vista can be enjoyed over sundowner drinks on the roof terrace! The rooms are modern, clean and well-furnished, showers powerful. Kitchen well-appointed, Slight problem with ants but that is to be expected in the Mediterranean. Owners were living nearby and were very friendly and helpful when we needed them without being intrusive. Would recommend.

Villa Kalan Perfect

On arrival at our well researched holiday destination,Villa Kalan, our immediate reaction was Wow! The approach to the Villa was stunning with the beautiful sparking blue of the pool set in the large private terrace. It was only after a quick dip and a cool drink did our party begin to explore our home for the next 10 days. This Villa was above our expectations and was so well equipped and maintained that we immediately wished we had booked for longer. With 4 double ensuite bedrooms and large lounge sitting and dining areas the Villa was perfect in every way and spotlessly clean and a credit to the owners who obviously had given much thought to ensure the comfort of their guests. The crowning glory was the superb roof terrace with stunning views of the mountains and the islands with boats scuttling back to the harbour after day trips across the sea. Our biggest problem at that point was to decide whether to enjoy the rest of the day and evening by dining on our newly discovered piece of paradise or to eat out ! Well, with over 150 top quality restaurants, many on roof tops with amazing views; an abundance of shops and boutiques; and bar/bistros where you can just sit and people watch, the choices are mind blowing. In the end we chose to eat out but ended up star gazing from our roof terrace and watching the reflections of the Kalkan moon above the Islands We will be back next year !

We are very lucky, we live on the mediteranean coast of Turkey in a beautiful small village called Kalkan and we spend our holidays back in our favourite place in England ~Kendal in the Lake District. Our children ~ 4 of whom were born in Kendal, also love holidaying there and catching up with a lot of our family who still live there.
