Aspen - Labor Day

Nice location, just a couple blocks from town, and very convenient to City Market. The condo met my needs, comfortable bed/linens, peaceful patio and patio table to get some work done outside, plenty of closet space, good wifi, welcome basket of snacks. The owner was very nice about reaching out beforehand and making sure I arrived and was comfortable.

Annual Aspen Music Festival Vacation

We loved the property! The beautiful balcony looking out on the blue spruces is the reason I chose this place, and I was not disappointed. Had breakfast out there every morning and was often visited by a humming bird. Evening cocktail hour with snacks there was perfect. Kitchen very well appointed with all the utensils and cooking ware one would need. Plenty of closet space and enough counter area in the bathroom for two people to organize themselves. Washer and dryer were convenient also. Close to City market and most of the restaurants we like. All in all, the best place we have stayed in Aspen. Hope to return next year.

Fantastic location and great apartment. Owner is very nice and easy to work with.

We’ve rented in this building before because the location is so great. This condo comfortably fit three of us but it can easily accommodate 4. We cooked a lot on the new appliances, which made things extremely convenient. Big closet and lots of space to watch a movie on the couch, hang out with the family, and move around as needed. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate to move back and have been in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2011. We love raising our 2 children here. We are avid skiers, hikers and cheering on our kids in various sports. Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. You will be pleased at the accessibility to everything Aspen has to offer. Walk to the Gondola, grocery store, restaurants, bars and shopping. You will not need a car here. You can take the free bus to the other 3 mountains, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass and Buttermilk

What makes this property unique

Our condo is unique for 2 reasons. The easy walk to the Gondola. Just walk across the street and 1 block to the Gondola. You will not have to walk up the main staircase. You will come around the back side of the Little Nell. This is a huge benefit in the winter.
Additionally, our condo is situated facing a very quiet park with pond. You will not have foot or car traffic noise at all. Come home after a great day skiing and relax by the wood burning fire place.
