Fantástica casa en pequeño complejo exclusivo en la baja Peyia. Aproximadamente 1 milla de Coral Bay y playas y restaurantes y alrededor de media milla del pueblo de Peyia con tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

La base perfecta para explorar la rica diversidad de la costa oeste chipriota. A 10 km de Paphos con el patrimonio de la Unesco, museos y restos romanos, y justo al final de las cuevas marinas y hermosas playas solitarias. La información sobre el área circundante está ampliamente disponible: la siguiente descripción e imágenes se centran en la propiedad de alquiler y las instalaciones proporcionadas.

Situado en un pequeño complejo exclusivo de alrededor de 25 propiedades con una piscina comunitaria situada en hermosos jardines. El complejo está muy bien mantenido con un ambiente íntimo y agradable que se adaptará a los turistas que disfrutan de la tranquilidad tranquila y de buen gusto que se ofrece.

La casa está distribuida en tres plantas e incluye:
Planta baja con área de cocina abierta, área de comedor, sala de estar con sofá cama y área de patio exterior con muebles de ratán y adyacente a los jardines comunitarios y al área de la piscina.
Segundo piso con dormitorio principal doble, segundo dormitorio doble y baño.
3er piso, jardín en la azotea / terraza con área para sentarse en un lado y jucuzzi en el otro. Un lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol sobre la bahía de Coral y tomar el sol.

La propiedad está bien equipada y cuenta con aire acondicionado, WIFI, lavadora, lavavajillas, 2 neveras y TV de pared, así como un jacuzzi. También se asigna estacionamiento cubierto.

Hay tiendas, bares y restaurantes a poca distancia, sin embargo, se recomienda un automóvil ya que la mayoría de las veces hace mucho calor para caminar y hay muchos pueblos y playas hermosos para visitar cerca.

Great holiday home

Great holiday home.TV was tricky to use and only a very limited amount to watch.A/c is excellent and a must in August.Everything you could want for a fab holiday.

Thanks for review - Pleased you had good time. I will update TV instructions to make how to use more clear. The TV operates from an Amazon stick & is loaded with Iplayer, ITVX etc as well as Netflix & std Amazon channels. Unfortunately watching UK TV abroad over internet is complicated as non-UK IP addresses get blocked! So the stick also has the IPVanish VPN - that needs to set to UK to watch UK TV (and turned off for Netflix)

Great villa on a lovely small complex with a beautiful pool. Well equipped. The hot tub on the roof terrace a definite plus. Great communication with John throughout.

Superb town house in a lovely village. Pool area and gardens very clean and well maintained. The house has everything you need and is well looked after. The hot tub on the roof terrace is great to watch the sunset and this area is great for chilling out. There are two sun-beds on the roof as well. The air conditioning works extremely well and there are also ceiling fans in the property.

Relaxing Time

The property which is situated on a very well maintained small complex is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool is only steps away from the downstairs terrace. We would recommend hiring a car, we did walk into the village but it is a long uphill walk. The village itself has some nice places to eat and drink and most amenities. We had a great holiday and would recommend the property.

Light, spacious and airy

This lovely house is light, spacious and airy and also benefits from having a roof terrace which is perfect for sharing a glass of wine while watching the sun go down. The shared pool was never crowded, set within a beautiful garden and we met some charming residents and fellow holiday makers. The house is very well equipped-our hosts have really thought of everything. Although we met residents that managed without a car by using e-bikes and buses, if you are on holiday it’s probably best to hire a car as there are beautiful beaches to discover all over the island. We would love to stay again

Très belle location de vacances. La décoration est soignée. On se sent bien. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui répondent rapidement à nos questions. Arrivée et départ très facile. Mooi vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving

Mooi vakantiehuis, alles was er dat er moet zijn, leuke en comfortabele zeteltjes op het terras. Een paar stappen en je bent bij het zwembad. Bovenste dakterras met de jacuzzi ook heel leuk. Heel erg rustig complex, zalig vertoeven. Enige minpuntje geen toilet op de gelijksvloers.

Fijn huis met heerlijk dakterras

Mooi schoon huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het was er. Fijn (gedeeld) zwembadje. Het dakterras is echt helemaal top. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep soepel en snel. Informatie over de omgeving en restaurants aanwezig. Je hebt echt een huurauto nodig. Zeker een aanrader!

Excellent Villa in great location

We stayed in this villa for 10 days from 8th to 18th July 2022. The villa is great, it has everything you need for your stay. The facilities are also really good and there is lots to do around the area. We would not hesitate to book again when we return to Cyprus.

Fabulous holiday home

The house was perfect, exactly like the pictures . Very clean and extremely well equipped , even ice in the freezer and basic essentials in the fridge on arrival . Pool area is beautiful, and was never very busy . The gardens were kept immaculate. The only very small downside is the need for a cab most evenings . We did walk into the village , but also enjoyed Coral Bay which required transport , but found a reliable taxi driver . The owner was responsive when we emailed with queries when we were there . We even got a slightly late checkout which was appreciated as we had a later flight home Overall an excellent holiday let , would highly recommend.

One of the best complexes in Paphos

I stayed here from the 15th to the 31st with my two children and may I say the house from John and Helen is beautiful and fully equipped, this was our first visit to Cyprus and they made our holiday very special. A truly amazing property and in a very good location. Great beaches and restaurants close by. A car would be idea. Would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Cyprus.

Lovely stay, not perfect but overall pleasant

Stay was overall pleasant, nice and clean, but I rated down on accuracy of advertised and communication by manager due to booking the property in the winter and booking with knowing the fire was a must and arrived and the wire wasn’t in working order, we were there 10 days and it wasn’t fixed or attempted to be fixed so struggled to stay warm. This was a dissapointment due to the fire being a key reason we booked this property. Other than that the stay was overall pleasant. There was no amenities left either so we did have to go and buy toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets so that also. But would rebook in summer as we wouldn’t have had the need for the fire.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed due to log burner being out of action. Unfortunately the top section of chimney had blown off in storm immediately prior to your arrival. This was identified on setup for your arrival by local team who manage property. They will respond & fix issues the same day. However chimney had to be fixed by installation company to maintain guarantee, which took a couple of weeks to complete. It is now fully operational. During winter the air con can be used on a high setting to heat the house & there is also a fan heater in the lounge . Hence the log burner is not the sole source of heating so shouldn't have resulted in not being able to stay warm. I have updated the detailed house instructions to make clear to guests how to operate the aircon to warm the property where required. I do apologise that the log burner was out of action during the cold weather, I would be very happy for you to return in summer. John & Helen

Lovely house to relax in

The property was clean, well equipped & comfortable. I absolutely loved the roof terrace & spent most of the time up there. It is a brilliant vantage point to watch the sunset from. I would define recommend it for both a relaxing holiday but also as a good base for getting out & around the Paphos peninsula

Town house in peyia

Lovely town house in very pretty complex. Everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Beautiful sunsets on the roof terrace while enjoying a glass of prosecco in the hot tub, Great communication with john from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this property.

Toller Urlaub in Irini Gardens

Also die zwei Wochen waren für uns sehr schön. Einfaches Einchecken, da man einen Code für den Schlüssel bekommt. Bei Anreise war Brot, Marmelade, Butter, Milch und Saft für uns bereitgestellt. Danke dafür 🙂 Die Unterkunft war genau, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für 4 Personen echt perfekt. Der Pool war jeden Tag ein Highlight für uns. Einen Abend hatten wir kurz keinen Strom. Nach einem Anruf kam sofort jemand, sodass dann alles wieder lief. Top 👍🏼 Wir hatten alles vorort, was wir für einen perfekten Urlaub brauchen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da man doch einige Kilometer zu den Stränden, Städten und den touristischen Zielen zurücklegt. Bei Fragen, hatten wir schnelle Antwort vom Vermieter bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen !!!

Great property in a great location!

Fantastic house with amazing views especially from the roof top terrace, very clean and modern with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Communication with John cannot be faulted, he is very friendly and efficient with any inquiries. Close to some amazing restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to enjoy and evening on the patio. Big thank you for our welcome, it was very kind and definitely enjoyed on our first morning. Would highly recommend to others!

John & Helen bought the property after falling In love with the house, the complex and
the area in 2016. For the 1st few years we grabbed a few weeks in the school holidays but now the great day of retirement has arrived we spend a couple of months in spring & autumn out here.
We are not usually here for the main summer months of June / September & property is available as a rental. We tend to re-invest most of the rental money improving the property. Over the past few years we have painted throughout inside & out, replaced the patio & roof terrace awnings, re-sprayed the kitchen cabinets & wooded furniture, . replaced the patio furniture & extended the patio. This year we have just had new air conditioning fitted and plan to completely re-fit the bathroom as a wet-room.

The feed back from guests has been really lovely - I'm sure you will enjoy a stay at Irini gardens.

Fantastic house with everything you need to enjoy a holiday with a spectacular roof terrace with sun terrace & jacuzzi overlooking gardens with sea views. Situated on a lovely complex, with beautiful gardens and a communal swimming pool just a few steps away from house.

Great location - situated between Coral bay and Peyia Village, about a mile from each. Both the above have many bars, restaurants & amenities. There is a bus service, but would recommend hiring a car to explore he area. We love the Sea caves road with several sea front tavernas and visiting deserted beaches along the World Heritage Akamas peninsula.
