Experience a peaceful and comfortable stay in a spacious 105 m² corner townhouse located in a quiet residential complex in Lower Peyia, Cyprus.
Ideal for relaxing holidays, winter stays, and remote work, this home offers comfort, privacy, and an excellent location close to beaches and local amenities.
A key highlight is the large communal swimming pool just a few steps from your private patio — close, convenient, and never crowded.
The townhouse features two large bedrooms with high ceilings and comfortable high-quality mattresses designed for restful sleep. Guests often mention how well they sleep here.
A bright living room includes a 65” Smart TV with Netflix, UK TV, EU TV and IPTV channels, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and built-in water filtration system, allowing safe drinking water directly from the tap.
Both bathrooms include showers, and the upstairs bathroom features a hydromassage panel for extra comfort.

Eva gardens was perfect for us. It was clean and very well equipped for our needs. The outside patio was beautiful to sit in and a lovely pool area. We stayed in April and it was so quiet, which is what we wanted. We did need to hire a car to get around but also the local taxi servies were great for short journeys. Svetlana was an incredible hist who looked after us so well. She responded straight away to all our messages. Her information about the property and places to vist really helped us. I would definitely recommend staying at Eva gardens.

The Corner House was really lovely and just perfect for our holiday so comfortable and clean, the garden is fantastic and lovely to sit out in. The house has everything you need and more for your holiday and the pool is great too. Svetlana the owner was so helpful and easy to contact I am looking forward to being able to book again next year.

Wonderful holiday in Eva Gardens

We really enjoyed our stay in this corner house in Eva Gardens complex. Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! Our favourite Corallia beach is only 5 minutes drive from the house, and the famous Coral Bay strip is about the same distance. We liked that in Peyia it was not as hot as in Coral Bay and Paphos during the heatwave. We also appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioners in the house. As for the pool, it is only a few steps from the patio gate, it is large and quiet. Surrounding garden is beyond praise - roses, frangipani, pomelo, passion fruit, avocado, guava... we took numerous photos of the garden alone. Thank you, Svetlana, for your hospitality! We hope to return another time soon.

Very well provided property, everything you could need was available. It was clean and the facilities were excellent. Only negative not relating to host or property was that at times local dog barking could be irritating.
