Trecane es una gran casa de 4 dormitorios con increíbles vistas al mar con capacidad para 10 personas. Situado directamente frente a la playa de Widemouth Bay, North Cornwall, que ofrece atracciones para todas las edades. Esta espaciosa casa de vacaciones con cocina cuenta con cómodos espacios de vida, un pequeño jardín cercado en la parte delantera y trasera, amplio estacionamiento para hasta 5 autos y está a tiro de piedra de la playa. Puede disfrutar de maravillosas puestas de sol, actividades en la playa y buena comida a poca distancia. Trecane es un gran lugar para relajarse y descansar. El galardonado restaurante y cafetería Bay View Inn and Elements se encuentra a pocos pasos. Bude está a poca distancia en coche, también es un paseo encantador. Excelente para clases de surf, bodyboard, inercia, caminatas costeras y observación del atardecer. Es una buena base para visitar Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Padstow y Newquay. Se encuentra, además, a un breve trayecto de Cloverly. Trecane es adecuado para todos los grupos de edad. Excepto un perro bien educado.

Just back from the most amazing week at Trecane. The viws ar amazing and we had such great weather. There is lots to do ! We went coasteering , the monster slip and side and had amazing sunset BBQ on the beach ! The house is just across the road from the beach which as so convenient. We will be back !

Perfect Location

Short trip away to pick up some items in Bude. Opposite beach with great views. Easy Communication with host and everything you need supplied. Would most definatley return and give surfing lessons a try.

Amazing location

Such a great location opposite the beach and a super well equipped house. The owner was so helpful with answering questions about best dog walking beaches and also tips on best restaurants etc. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Brilliant house with great views, all the facilities you could wish for.

Everything with renting the property went very smoothly. The location and house are great with all the facilities you could wish for and brilliant views. If needed you don’t have to go anywhere due to location and for anyone who surfs or enjoys the sea, it’s brilliant

Wonderful holiday home in superb location

The entire process of renting an sating at this property was exceptional. Jackie couldn't have been more helpful and the house is perfectly situated next to a surf shop where we hired boards and wetsuits. The house is well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this property as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location close to the beach

The property is ideally situated within a few yards from the beach with beautiful views overlooking Widemouth Bay. Good sized family house and two very good restaurants within walking distance of the property . Would thoroughly recommend..

Right on the beach

Our family was relieved to be able to stay at this great place for half term in between lockdowns in 2020. The house is spacious and right across the road from the beach, although there is a car park between it and you. Jackie responded to a minor issue straight away by email (no phone signal there) and although the weather was against us pretty much all week, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family holiday

We were a family of 9 and had the most amazing holiday at this house. The location really couldn't be any better. You can be on the beach in less than a minute. So much easier than having to fill a car with beach items. On a rainy day, there was plenty of room for us all to relax in the comfort of the lounge and do a bit of storm watching. The house is equipped with everything that you need and Jackie was quick to respond to a minor issue. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and we also made use of the indoor pool in Bude and also the sea pool which was great for paddleboarding. We are missing our sea view from this amazing property and hope to return again in the near future. Highly recommend this house!

Fabulous location

Ideal holiday location right opposite the beach. Spacious well equipped home with plenty of space for the 10 guests it can accommodate. Property owner was always swift to respond to any queries and details for arrival were perfect. The place you will find yourselves going back to time and time again.

Amazing location, perfect for families

Great property, all the amenities worked and we all felt relaxed, my only criticism was the cleanliness, there was far to much dog hair around, I know it is s dog friendly. And we were not sure if dog are allowed upstairs, we are not dog owners but would prefer no dogs in bedrooms . Overall it was great.

Amazing property - superb location - fab decor - loved it!

The house is right opposite Widemouth Bay with fantastic views. The décor of Trecane is fabulous, simple, yet effective and the artwork is stunning, it felt very homely. It was amazingly clean and crisp. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and utility were very well equipped. Widemouth Bay is excellent for surfing and The Beach House is a short stroll where roast on the coast is a must! Jackie was very helpful before, during and after our stay - we had a lovely family holiday, we'll definitely be back :)

Great place

The house is just lovely, right on a great beach, especially if you're a surfer. Great amenities in the house, fab bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely places to eat nearby and a gorgeous tea room right next door! The sunsets are beautiful and whilst listening to the tide coming in, are very special.

Fabulous property with everything we needed!

Perfect property for our family ... young, old and the inbetweeners!! The location was divine and Trecane is a fantastic property which is decorated beautifully with some amazing artwork ... we all wanted to know who the artist was! We all had a really lovely holiday and staying at Trecane was a huge part of our enjoyment. Thank you Jackie and David for making us so welcome.

Another great stay !!

Another great stay at this fabulous house. Watched the huge waves of Storm Brian from the lounge, just amazing to be so close, but warm and cosy inside. Plenty of space ( and cups ! ) for 10 of us. Jackie was as responsive as always to any queries and offers no hassle booking. Planning our next visit !.

Beautiful, spacious, luxurious - and WHAT a position!

We had the most wonderful stay at Trecane Beach House. The position, right on the beach and to be able to sit in the window, watching the waves, is superb. My wife wanted to stay and move there. The house is beautiful, with everything we could want. So clean, comfortable and relaxing. Surfing was right outside the door, just a few metres away. The Raven Surf School is there and they were great at getting us started. There are great pubs and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away, with great food at reasonable prices. Widemouth bay is also well positioned for day trips to Port Isaac (Doc Martin), Tintagel and Padstow. This is a superb place to stay at any time of year. We were out of season and loved every minute. Trecane is wonderful. Can we go back next week please?

Golden Wedding celebration

What a wonderful way to celebrate our Golden Wedding. The magic started when we arrived to find a delicious chocolate cake and card awaiting us and continued for the rest of the week. There was so much space for the ten of us and the nine year olds loved their bunk beds, while the adults enjoyed lying in the comfortable beds looking at, and listening to, the sea. The location was brilliant...so nice not to have to worry about parking for the beach and Rosie and Josh enjoyed body boarding every day. We had a lovely celebratory meal at Elements ..., so much so that we returned later in the week. We all agreed it was the perfect venue and would love to return.

We are a couple from Kent who have both worked for ourselves for many years. We have very busy lives, working and looking after our 5 kids. We've always gone to Cornwall to get away from it all. We both enjoy coastal walking and enjoy the stunning North Cornwall coast being right on the doorstep.

After visiting Cornwall for many years on family holidays and the hazy days of run to the sun, we discovered Widemouth Bay on a coastal walk one day. We wanted to have a place that was easy to holiday, near the sea and good for the children. Widemouth Bay has everything we need. So after a lot of hard work between us we made Trecane a lovely comfortable family house to spend time in and allow others to do the same. We hope people enjoy the house as much as we do. It really is a place to unwind!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Stunning sea views from the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen window. It's just so relaxing. We love the coastal walks, the sunsets and fact that the pub is a 5-minute walk away and downhill on the way back! There are plenty of takeaway options in Bude, most of the restaurants are offering this service. It's really easy for adults and kids to have a good time, surfing bodyboarding, bike riding, rock pooling, all within walking distance. The coastal path is on the doorstep with so much to see. The pub is good, the convenience store is good and the restaurants are relaxing with good food. You really could have a holiday without even getting in your car during your stay.
