Richard kept in touch and answered all questions. The location of the apartment was fabulous. It would make a great summer holiday spot, being so close to the beach.Excellent bus service just steps away!! Also the grocery store was very close, making shopping easy.

The apartment was in a fantastic location opposite a lovely beach (Venus Bay), on a regular bus route, and conveniently close to a Lidl. The apartment itself was very well appointed with everything we needed and the communication with our host, Richard, was first class: he responded quickly to every query and went above and beyond in providing support and advice. Thoroughly recommend as a venue for a couple or a family holiday.

The apartment was well equipped and in a good location right next to Lidl and the bus stop. The pool was lovely , the view to the sea was nice but the view at the other side of the balcony was unfortunately a building site where work started at 7 am most mornings.

I am sorry your holiday was spoilt by the builders behind the complex. They should not have been starting before 8 am and I will get back to the Complex Management Committee to try and resolve this issue.

In a beautiful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, sea view, wonderful pool. Spacious apartment, equipped with everything.The tap only has lukewarm water, but this wasn't a problem in the August heat. Lidl is 100 meters away, no need for a car for shopping. The bus stop is in front of the house.

The water issue was notified when the next visitor reported it. The apartment has solar heating and an immersion. A plumber was called immediately and the issue resolved - it was an air bubble in the system. The water temperature is fine now.

A very homely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and even included an air fryer. Loads of oils, herbs etc if you want to cook. A bit dated but everything worked well with plenty of hot water. Comfy sofa and chairs, dining area and lovely balcony with sea views and stunning sunsets. Lidl next door made catering easy but restaurants nearby or jump a bus into town for a huge selection. There is a decent pool with a few sunbeds and never busy. The stunning beach is just across the road with cheap sunbeds. A lovely wide promenade that goes on for miles. We loved walking along to the harbour this way.

Flat in Kings Palace Complex

Everything was as described in the apartment, lovely views, the location was great the bus stop was a few minutes away so it was easy to travel around. Overall we had a lovely two weeks and thank you to Richard Wilson for the apartment.

When I booked through vrbo I thought it looked reasonably nice. For me and my wife and my daughter. Never been to Cyprus before. When the owner was in contact with me -he gave me all the details and clear instructions on how to get there and an additional contact in case of any extras or problems. He could not have been more helpful, lots of info and instructions in the apartment. The Apartment far exceeded my expectations and was excellent, large living room well decorated and furnished, tv etc and large ding table. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 3 aircon units. The kitchen had all you could possibly want, well equipped - I did not realize it even had a see view on the balcony, with a lovely cool breeze at night. Location was perfect, its own large community pool (not crowded late July). A Lidl right next door. The Sandy beach, Just a 5 minute stroll across the road was a real surprise, lovely and only 10 euros for 3 loungers with shade if you wanted them. The sea was crystal clean and enclosed by a natural rock formation. Shallow at first then gradually got deeper, beautiful to swim in. Local pub restaurants close by all excellent. The owner recommended some, for all tastes - particularly a Chinese restaurant on the the harbor (Superb). I will be booking again and would highly recommend for couples and families

Die Kommunikation mit Richard war super.Alle Instruktionen waren klar und verständlich und sehr umfangreich. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt.Mein Mann, mein Enkel und ich sind immer in den Herbstferien zusammen im Urlaub und hatten selten, eine so grosse Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten und sogar noch mehr. Wenn wir keine Lust hatte zum Meer zu laufen, welches nur 5 min zu Fuss weg war, konnten wir uns im ungeheizten Pool erfrischen. Die Anlage ist wirklich ein Blickfang.Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Lidl sehr nah. Leider wurde ab 7 Uhr auf diversen nahen Baustellen angefangen zu hämmern und sägen. Ich bin eine Frühaufsteherin, mein Mann hat Fenster zugemacht und Oropax benutzt, Enkelsohn hat nichts mitbekommen. Trotzdem hatten wir erholsame Nächte.Die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon waren herrlich.

Für uns war das Appartement sehr gut geeignet es lag sehr zentral und in sehr kurzer Entfernung zum Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor dem Appartment auch Sonntags geöffnet. Der Service am Venus Beach war sehr gut das Wasser sauber möchte man eine Liege sollte man vor 10 da sein. Pafos selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen wir werden wleder kommen.

Lovely apartment

A most enjoyable stay in Richard’s apartment. Everything you could want is there, supermarket and numerous bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool was excellent and was never crowded. There is also a lovely beach with ideal swimming conditions a 5min walk away. Richard’s communication was very quick and everything was very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic family holiday!

What can we say. Right from the booking stage, Richard was an amazing host for our holiday. Happy to answer all and any questions we had, give advise on local transport and suggested sights to see. The apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean and perfect for our family. The air conditioning was a god send and the balcony provided beautiful views. The pool was perfect. We will definitely be looking to book up for our next holiday in Paphos. Can't recommend enough. Thank you.

The apartment was lovely with all the facilities required. Exactly as described in the advert. Lidl was not even a couple of minute walk, along with the bus stops. The balcony view was gorgeous day or night. England may have had a heatwave but I got the weather and the views.

Everything you need

With plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils, a television and stereos, fast internet, and a washing machine this apartment had everything you need for an extended stay. The balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful Cyprus weather and there is parking available. A grocery store is just a few steps away for buying whatever you need for meals.

Fantastic apartment.......

Just returned from our 3 week stay at this great apartment , perfect location with unobstructed views of the sea and beautiful sunsets , the apartment is extremely spacious and very comfortable with all the faciities you could wish for. Just a two minute stroll to the closest beach and a lovely walk along the coastline to the harbour. Within easy walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants and also up to the old town which should be lovely when it's finished !!! We definitely plan to return in the near future. This is our favorite place next to our home.

The 2 bed apartment belonging to Richard is first class, it has pretty much everything you need for you holiday you could stay in every night & cook your food plenty of plates cups no need to wash up every time you eat. Lidl is only 30 seconds away. The bus stop is not much further it will take you up or down the coast & very cheap. We have stayed in this apartment for the past 4 years 1 month in May/June & 2 Weeks in September. Cant wait until May 17 Thankyou Richard Regards Steve & Mary Brooks Cwmbran South Wales

Superb holiday

We stayed in this fantastic two bedrom Flat in Kings Palace complex for 9 nights. We enjoyed the morning breakfasts on the terrace with sea view every morning. Flat is furnished with comfortable sofas and beds, wardrobes in bedrooms with lots of space, fully fitted kitchen, got two batrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). For those who cant stay away from facebook or instagram there is very good wi-fi internet :) Air-conditioning is in every room operated by remote controls. Big plus to this is the swimming pool which is private for residents of the complex. Lidl grocery shop is also just 2 minutes walk from the aparment where we bought fresh pastries and all the food we needed. Also close to the complex (5minute walk) are few restaurants with great service and delicious selection of food and wine, and public transport (airconditioned bus) that will take you everywhere you want to got, for example the port (we walked there the first day by the sea, beatiful) or close-by sandy beach (15min). We felt like home, only on great holiday. Overall, everything was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We definitely want to return and 110% recommend this apartment holiday.

This was so much fun :-)

The apartment was great for us three working girls. The sun and sea were just what we needed and there are lots of bars, restaurants and clubs nearby. Having two bathrooms was a definite plus. The big balcony was great - we had a long enjoyable breakfast there every day looking out to the blue, blue sea. Paphos is really great and the local buses, which stop just outside, are regular, cheap and have air-conditioning. You must go to Coral Bay for swimming and Potima Bay for the fish. Fabulous !!!

Lovely Apartment with beautiful views

This is a great apartment with good facilities. The beds are comfy & the linen & towels provided were beautifully fresh & clean. The Lidl supermarket next door was very handy & the bus stop is just five minutes walk. There is parking under the building if you hire a car. The owner & his representative in Paphos gave an excellent service & were very helpful & met all our needs. I would recommend this property.

EXCEPTIONAL APARTMENT AND FACILITIES

Richard the owner was certainly my guardian angel on the day we arrived. We were actually booked into another apartment on the complex but unfortunately the owners did not turn up to let us in and we were basically stranded. Richard came to the rescue and kindly offered us his apartment (which he was due to use himself) so that we could have a wonderful holiday following my hospital treatment. What can I say... the apartment was more than we could have hoped for, superbly clean with every homely comfort that you could wish for being provided. Two superb sized bedrooms with ample wardrobes and storage, good quality bed linen and towels. It also has two bathrooms (his and hers!!!), excellent kitchen facilities, lovely large lounge area with tall ceilings giving it a very open and spacious feel with quality furnishings. Superb patio area and quality furniture so you can sit and enjoy watching the sunset over the sea and turn to look at the mountains behind you. Excellent bus route which is very inexpensive if you didn't have the facility of a car, also a very ample supermarket on your doorstep. There are lifts to all floors and therefore would suit disabled people too. All in all, this is a wonderful place to spend your holiday and the joy of having a very large pool area and junior pool surrounded by a grassed area and trees is an added bonus. Richard is a very generous and honest person and I would highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Pathos, Cyprus for a holiday to book his apartment and have the luxury of absolutely superb home from home facilities with the added bonus of the sunshine, sea, lovely beaches, excellent eateries in both Pathos, the harbour and Coral Bay all being a bus ride away. Thank you Richard for your kindness and generosity during our predicament and we would certainly love to book future holidays at your apartment.

I bought this flat to retire to Cyprus and the location reflects my desire for a simple beach-combing lifestyle with everything I need within walking distance or a reasonable bus ride away. Unfortunately an addiction to work and a growing number of grandchildren took me back to a life in the UK with occasional forays to the flat and my friends in Paphos.

I hope you like my flat - most people find it meets their needs to have a break and come away happy.

I bought the property as a retirement home - my original short list was Algarve, Lake Balaton and Paphos.

I have associations with all these areas and they are all good for year-round living and have an influx of tourists to help infrastructure quality.

Paphos won because of the long history of the island - Phoenician, early Christian, Richard Coeur de Lion, Venetians etc. It is full of history and warmth.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is in one of the best located complexes in Paphos and Kings Palace has a name for quality. The location is in my view unsurpassed to see and do all that Paphos has to offer whilst not being in an over developed part of town.

We also have one of the best beaches in Paphos - Venus Beach - only a short walk from the property. There is a full service of beach furniture for daily hire, full shower and toilet facilities and even food delivery to your numbered umbrella. A new promenade suitable for walking, cycling etc runs by the beach and all the way to the harbour.

My particular apartment also does not suffer from the noise of the pool area and the sunsets are splendid. The high ceiling in the lounge and the balconies give a very open feeling.
