This is a modern, 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment in a quality development. Situated near the Tombs of the Kings and 200m from the beach, with superb sea views, south facing aspect and landscaped garden and pool area. With patio and garden areas to front and side, sun loungers, gas barbecue and ‘al fresco’ dining area, you can relax in the sun all day and then watch the sun set on your private sea view whilst enjoying your favourite tipple! The apartment is a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport. Transfers from and to Paphos airport are included in the price of your holiday. The apartment is part of a complex with full use of 2 pools, one for kids and a large family pool. There are plenty of local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk of the apartment and the popular areas of ‘Coral Bay’ and the ‘Harbour’ are within a 10 minute drive, where numerous Greek and English restaurants and Tavernas can be found.. Air con is available throughout and is also included in the price.
WiFi is available free of charge and English TV and catch up available as standard.

Spacious Garden Apartment

The communication with the owner, Tony, and Jacquie, the housekeeper, was very good. The transfer on arrival and the kind offer to transfer us on to our next accommodation was greatly appreciated. As was the 'Welcome Pack' on arrival. For value for money for the size and location of flat you will be hard pushed to beat it. The beach is just across the road and some wasteland in front flat, where there is a super coastal path which takes you to the harbour in Paphos. Lidl is literally adjoining the complex which is very handy, very tempting to buy fresh warm pastries in the morning!!There is a regular bus service outside Lidl if you don't feel up to walking the coastal path.The flat is based on the very edge of the complex and has a very nice patio area surrounded by bougainvillia, which provides privacy. There are sunbeds and a large table and chairs in the garden.The pool area looks very nice, but wasn't open whilst we were there.The beds and sofas are very comfortable. The shower room appears to have been recently refurbished and is very nice. The rest of the flat is freshly decorated but the furnishings are serviceable but dated. We had a lovely week. Thank you

Great apartment

Very well situated just across the road from the beach. Also pool very close by. Lovely private sunny terrace. Close to bars and restaurants and a 20min walk to the lovely old town. Lots of buses to take you further afield.

Amazing Apartment & location

Wow! We stayed here for 1 month. This is an amazing 2 bedroom apt with everything included for a comfortable stay. Tony is a great host & very quick to reply to any queries you may have. Jacqui who manages the rental is lovely & very helpful & looks after you for the length of your stay if you need assistance. There are plenty of towels/pool towels provided & a welcome pack of goodies on arrival. The pool is huge & the area surrounding it is lovely. There are 2 sunbeds provided for your use around the pool so no getting up at 5am to put your towel on a bed! There are also sunbeds in the pretty garden in the apt & a bbq which are very useful. The apt has a sea view & the sunsets are amazing! There is a Lidl 1 minute walk away which is a godsend for any provisions & their fresh rolls are amazing! There are also lots of restaurants/bars only a few minutes walk away & an amazing beach over the road. Our favourite beach bar was Sea You bar which is only about 1 mile & easily accessible by bus - the fare is only 2 euros to go anywhere & you can buy a day ticket for 6.50 euros if you want to go to multiple places. We hired a car to explore the Troodos mountains & Omidos is a must to visit. It’s a beautiful little village with an amazing Monastery & lots of gift shops & restaurants. We bought some local wine which was delicious. Kykos also has the biggest monastery on the island & is breathtaking inside. We didn’t want to come home & wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thankyou Tony!

It was lovely to have airport transfrers included. Jacquie the manager was there at the apartment on arrival and on departure, very helpful to show you everything. Good location and view, the patio gets the sun all day which is lovely, however its not far from the main road and there's alot of traffic noise on the patio, although not mentioned but perhaps not a problem for some. Beach across the road where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas. Supermarket Lidl next door very convenient and the bus stop outside, restaurants are just along the road, found no need to hire a car. The pool is lovely, but if you want to spend time around there in and out the pool there are no sunbeds, found taking the sunbeds across road within the complex every time disappointing. It would be a nice touch like other residents if there were permanent sunbeds, who padlock them, alot less hassel, far easier. Excellent communication from Tony the owner, is very quick to respond to all emails prior to departure with all information and during if required.

Relaxing break

We had a lovely stay in this property .It had everything you needed and a lovely sheltered area outside to catch the sun. Lidl next door was a god send. Close proximity to the pathway leading to the lovely coastal walk from Paphos Harbour to nearly Coral Bay. We hope to return .

Lovely private apartment

This was a lovely apartment, very private & quiet,& a real sun trap although a short walk across the road to the pool. The host was easy to contact, also the manager, who was very friendly. The only small downside was the kitchen cupboards could do with a bit of a sort through as they were a bit jumbled & you could not see at first glance where any cooking dishes etc were too & I think these are limited, however, as these were not needed it did not bother us too much. We enjoyed a really nice stay there. thank you.

Lovely place to relax & enjoy the Cyprus weather

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the October sun in Cyprus. From booking to end Tony the Owner very quick to respond. The included airport transfers very welcome. Apartment has all facilities you need & beach opposite not too busy, pool onsite, plenty of food options within walking distance. We really enjoyed Melania restaurant - wonderful traditional food. Very handy to have Lidl on the doorstep & the bus takes you quickly to Kato Pathos or Coral Bay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent location and host

We spend there last week in September 2022. Accommodation is very well located, clean and well equipped. It’s close to sandy beach and Lidl. Sea and air is still very warm that time off year. Tony and Carol was fantastic and helpful. All was very smooth. We will definitely come back.

September break

The apartment was ideal for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, getting sun all day long. We made good use of the two sunloungers, but could see this as a potential problem if you are a party of 3 or 4 people. We were welcomed at the apartment and then waved off by Linda and Carol which added a lovely personal touch. Having taxi's arranged for us by our host took the stress out of organising them ourselves and wondering if we'll be ripped off. Pool area was well maintained and clean. Kings Palace Apt August 22

From the start the communication from the owner was first class and very prompt, from the initial enquiry to finalising the arrival plans. The apartment is as advertised and had everything you need if you want to cook (we didn't as we ate out every night) and with a Lidl on your door step you couldn't ask for more. The pool area is quiet with plenty of space, and well kept. Martin and Linda were perfect hosts and were waiting for us on arrival, and went through all the need to know stuff, although I did have to ring him the next morning for the air con in the lounge/diner as I couldn't get it working, but he came down within 10 mins and got it sorted, but this was me no listening the night before. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Great location

The property is a great location for exploring Paphos and the surrounding area. We hired a car and visited a beautiful winery (Vasilikon). We loved ghe local beach and thought it was even nicer than Coral Bay. The property was very clean and well kept. Thenonly thing that could have improved it would have been a cafetiere (for the coffee lovers amongst us). Will we come and visit again - absolutely !!

Relaxing break by the sea

Transfer arranged from the airport which was completely hassle free and welcomed. Met by Megan who was delightful and showed us round. Property was very clean and well equipped. Quiet sunny patio area and a lovely pool a short stroll away. The sunbeds seem to belong to individual apartments so you need to take them up to the pool from the patio but they are very light weight. Small beach across the road with beds and brollies and great swimming. Located on the outskirts of Paphos but a bus to town ran every 15 mins and cost 1.5 euros and took about 10 minutes. Our favourite local restaurant was Dias Zeus and in town The Harbour and Theo's for fresh fish. Plenty to do around and about but we had gone to recharge batteries so only did one trip - a jeep safari and boat trip to the blue lagoon which was worth every penny. Excellant communication with Tony when booking and prior to going.

SUNNY APARTMENT IN PEACEFUL LOCATION.

Well maintained apartment with all day sun from the L shaped patio. Good selection of cooking utensils etc. Close to supermarket, restaurants and local bus route. Excellent communication and easy booking process with the owner. Recommended.

Lovely family getaway!

Great check in and property managers are very efficient. Good location as close to the beach and other local amenities. Transport links are close by and provide easy access to Coral Bay and the harbour.

We stayed at Tony’s apartment from the19th of June for 14 nights and it’s perfect...clean ,tidy ,with everything you will need (down to a potato peeler 😂) the apartment is big 2 bedrooms with a/c and loads of cupboard space and hangers ..living room has 2&3 seater couches with dining table ..kitchen has all appliances ,large fridge freezer to keep the beers cold ...the outside space is superb getting the sun from sunrise till sunset ..2loungers ,table chairs with parasol ..there’s a Lidl supermarket 200 yards away and a choice of restaurants same distance ..the bus stop to take you to the harbour is at Lidl’s takes about 10 min but if you prefer walking an easy 30 min stroll ..the world heritage site “tomb of the kings “is 10 minutes away on foot ...if your reading this review and thinking of booking ..don’t hesitate..you will not be disappointed..also communication with tony is superb ..nothing is any trouble ..thanks again tony and we will be returning

Fabulouse Large Apartment Near all Amenities.

We stayed at Toney's apartment beginning of October 2017 the weather was still hot during the day and cooler by night...perfect. The booking procedure was quick and easy making it stress free and Tony e-mails you back very quickly and can't do enough for you. Janet who looks after the apartment was wonderful and very helpful and friendly and is just a phone call away if you needed her. She met us when we arrived, our flight was late at 1.00am in the morning but she didn't mind at all and had put drinks and a few essentials in the fridge for us. The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants / bars and a Lidle supermarket. There is a bus service just outside the complex to get you about and is still quiet if all you wont to do is relax outside on the patio without being disturbed by noise. The complex has a large swimming pool and a child's pool and was fairly quiet when we were there. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin the Kitchen /lounge was large with all you needed and was very clean, All rooms had air-con (free) and also had Wi-Fi and satellite TV if you felt the need to watch your favourite T.V shows at no cost to you. The washer was a god send I did all my washing before going back home which was a big help when I got back. The patio area was large and private with a good view with parasol / table /chairs and sun loungers with cushions very comfy. The only down side for me is......please get another parasol for the sun loungers as the sun shines all day on the patio and there's no shade from the sun only if you sit at the table I like to lay on the sun loungers to read my book. Anyone looking for a home from home in the sun with all amenities on the door step and still being quiet..... I would highly recommend Tony's apartment its wonderful.
