Wonderful place for big group

Stayed with a group of 10 and this property more than accomodated us. Lots of room inside the home to spread out and never feel cramped with multiple kids and adults. Love the location, the amenities of the resort, and all the little touches put into the home.

We had a blast staying at the fab five villa. The house was super clean and perfectly themed. The private pool was amazing. The resort pool and slide area were great. We will definitely be staying at the fab five villa again. I'd recommend this house a million times it was perfect.

Family Disney Trip

We absolutely loved staying in this house. My kids had a wonderful time, especially my four year old daughter. She had a very tough time deciding between the "Dory" room and the "Frozen" room. The private pool and the community pool was great. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

Perfect home for our family vacation

Beautiful and clean house. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kids and adults had a lot of fun in pool and especially the game room. Beds were so comfortable, it was hard to get out of them to start our day. Not a far drive to parks. Would definitely rent this home again for our family vacations. Also, the kids loved the themed rooms.

Wonderful Family Rental

We had a wonderful time staying at the Fab Five Villa. The pool and hot tub was a true favorite for our family. The kids especially enjoyed the game room, themed bedrooms, and on-site pool. The pool area is an easy walking-distance away and includes a pool, lazy river, and kids splash area. It was wonderful! The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our week long stay. Scott was easy to work with and promptly answered all my questions.

Loved all the amenities and proximity to Disney

We loved the house and all it had to offer. The only very disappointing thing was the “hot” tub was not a true hot tub and it was one of the reasons I selected this property. It did not get hot at any time even when used as directed. Besides that, no complaints!

Family Disney Spring Break Vacation

This home was as advertised perfect for our family dream vacation! It was perfect for our family of 12! The kids loved the pool to jump into after each day at Disney World and the adults loved the hot tub to relax in! The one and only thing I would say negatively is that the carpets throughout the home need to be steam cleaned, but other than that, the house was immaculate! We would strongly recommend this home for any family as it is perfect for families of 12-14 people and within 10-15 minutes of Disney World! Thank you to The Dobbs for providing a wonderful family memory!

The house itself was GREAT! Our family really enjoyed the upstairs area and the pool. Scott was awesome to work with, too. Every time we needed something he was quick to respond and get the issue addressed. Our only issues were with noise in the neighborhood into the wee hours of the morning and an overcrowded clubhouse. Check your cell phone coverage in the area, too. We had three different carriers and none of us had coverage.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. There is a security guard at the front gate of the resort 24/7. The guard is available to address issues with noisy neighbors. We will post a sign inside the home with the phone number to the guard shack. Regarding the cell service, we are looking forward to the new tower being built near the resort. Until then, enabling wi-fi calling on devices works well.

Spacious Home

I was overall satisfied with the property but felt that the layout and beds could've been more comfortable. A little confused during check-in, having to register with a third party other than the clubhouse and owner who I booked with but it was manageable. First property where I have stayed that made us strip the beds before leaving, but overall I would return to this property. Also for the price there should be air conditioning in the garage playroom.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our home. Most rentals in Kissimmee are managed by third-party management companies, since the owners do not live near by. At our resort, the club house staff manage the resort, not the homes. Regarding AC in the garage, I researched having it installed, but I was not satisfied with what I found. Garage AC units are not very efficient. Most people are outside using the pool during the heat of the day, and the garage is quite comfortable in the evening, so we decided not to install an AC unit.

Needs a deep clean

Overall the house had what we needed for our stay as far as lots of room and the kids enjoyed the themed rooms . But the property is dirty. The carpets are really dirty and run down even bathroom throw carpets felt gross on bare feet . We had a used bandaid and hair tie left in pool area which shows the cleaning crew doesn’t go over the areas with a fine tooth comb . The pool needs to be warmer when you pay for heated pool . And the hot tub also needs to be hotter .

Bumpy start, but enjoyable stay

We got in late and the code didn't work to unlock the door. We don't have cell reception at the property either so we had to drive a mile away to be able to call property managers. Thankfully they did have an emergency line that we were able to get a hold of. Very frustrating, especially since I confirmed code beforehand. Other than that tho we had an enjoyable stay. We love the private pool and hot tub. The kids loved the game room and we appreciated the upgraded TV downstairs. It'd be great if they'd upgrade bed pillows and couches, neither of which were very comfortable. This was our 2nd stay and we've enjoyed it and all the amenities very much.

Excellent stay in a beautiful house

We have enjoyed everything about your home. The pool, Jacuzzi and playroom. Kitchen is very well equipped, great beds. Would definitely want to stay here again. One remark from our kids: some aircon in the playroom would make it even better. Only remark we have is that we were disappointed by the failing service from Global, your service company. I've contacted them because of a late arrival and it took me 3 emails and 2 international phone calls to get some sort of an arrangement. Unfortunately the aircon upstairs wasn't working when we arrived. Our call the next morning for maintenance wasn't followed up in a promptly manner, took us 3 extra calls to get it fixed in the evening. You might want to have a chat with them because your house deserves better service.

Disney vacation 2023

The 6 bedroom house was plenty big, we had bedrooms for everyone. The TV's in some of the bedrooms could not connect, which was a bummer for the small kiddos wanting Netflix or Disney channels, also no good sports channels, we are SEC fans so could not pick up basketball or softball. The house could have been cleaned better, something was splattered all over kitchen cabinets, ( my husband cleaned also cleaned a spot on bedroom carpet). The master toilet I cleaned! The pool was great, although we had to add water 2 times during our stay, which was not a problem. I believe site stated 10 minutes to Disney, but was more like 20 - 30 minutes(this was with shortcut provided by owners), maybe the time of year had more traffic, we were staying 2/10 - 2/19. The neighborhood pool was great. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again, the travel time to Disney was a huge disappointment for me.

Sorry for your disappointment Carol, the travel time reflects to the Disney gate and it is 10 minutes. Depending on the park within Disney world that you visit the time will vary. The cleaners do clean the homes between visits adhering to Covid-19 standards. Should you find any concerns, we ask that you reach out to the PM team for them to correct. As far as the TVs, we’ll be replacing them to comply with today’s standards for streaming.

A Week in Paradise!

This was the first time we visited Disney and didn't stay at a Disney resort. What a fabulous trip! We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room. The adults even designated one bathroom as the kids' bathroom! We enjoyed the private pool nearly everyday and spent an entire day at the resort pool. We were able to cook some meals at the house - the kitchen was well equipped - but we were also close to a number of restaurants. We mastered the "back way" to Disney so we even avoided the worst traffic. Some of our group went to Cocoa Beach for a day, some of us went to Universal for a day - the house's location is really ideal for exploring the area. The kids spent time in the game room and also enjoyed the Xbox. We adults hung out in the great room sipping cocktails nearly everyday. The check-in location is a bit out of the way, but our timing was perfect so we were able to get there during business hours and head straight over to the resort. We couldn't get into the house because we arrived in Orlando early in the day but we were encouraged to use the resort facilities. It wasn't long before we were in swimsuits with drinks in our hands! We all had a terrific time and the FabFive Villa gets some credit for that - I can't imagine being so relaxed anywhere else!

Spacious House

We enjoyed this spacious house for 7 adults & 7 kids. We enjoyed the pool & the game room, & also the Community Center. The kitchen & bathrooms were clean, and there were plenty of towels for all of us. The beds were comfortable & clean except for the children’s rooms with the bunk beds. We washed the bedding in those rooms. Perhaps the prior renters didn’t put the sheets on the floor to be washed. The comforters on the other beds could use a wash. It was unseasonably cold, so we could have used more blankets. Some pillows need to be replaced. The hot tub & pool also were affected by the colder weather, & wouldn’t heat up. We read some of the reviews prior to our trip, and a few issues had not been resolved, such as the dirty carpeting, the frig freezing some food, & plumbing issues with a couple of toilets. One bathroom had a stench, possibly washing the bathroom rugs would help. We appreciated our stay there, especially the location, spaciousness, the washer & dryer, & the nice kitchen with very nice dishware. Thank you very much!

Overall a great time, but with a few bumps

Overall we had a wonderful time, but we had a rough start with having no cell service and inaccurate wifi information provided to us originally. Had to wait to be able to contact anyone including the owners until we were out shopping and got cell service to be able to have correct wifi info. We had 2 separate cell companies and both had absolutely no cell service. Not a big problem once we got wifi set up. We also found a used bandaid out by the pool when we first arrived, that was pretty gross. We overall loved the house. Plenty of space. Super cute theming,. Overall clean. Loved all of the baby gear provided for our 7 month old. Made life so much easier. We loved the resort pool amenities and loved having our own private pool and spa. We were in it every single day of our 2 week stay, except for the very last day when we went to use both the pool and the spa the heat didn't work at all. Contacted the company we were directed to who said they'd send someone over right away, but no one ever showed up. Ruined our last day as that had been our plans for the day. Pool was so cold that it was too cold for my kiddos who normally don't care about cold. There were disappointed tears from the kids that they didn't get to enjoy the pool one last time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would possibly stay again.

MAGICAL

This property listing was EVERYTHING we hoped it would be - plus more! Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) were more than comfortable in this home! The home was spacious, clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and relaxing! We really enjoyed the Disney touch put in every room of the house - it truly was magical. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The fridge/freezer had plenty of room to hold the groceries of our family of 12. This kitchen also has a walk in pantry with plenty of shelf space for all of our non perishables. Garbage was picked up EVERY morning. Another bonus of this property is the aquatic park, lazy river and playground - all at no extra cost to us. The only "glitch" we had was a freak power outage of our home and the one next to us on Wednesday during our stay. We were just headed out to have breakfast with Chef Mickey when the power went out. We immediately notified the owners (Ray and Stephanie Dobbs) and the property managers. Stephanie answered our message right away - and kept in contact with us throughout the outage. The issue was with the power company... they dispatched a team to come out and fix the line to restore our house and the neighbors. Stephanie was truly apologetic for the disruption - even though it was not her fault. She worked with us and went above and beyond to make it right with us. We would definitely stay in this home again! It was an awesome family vacation!

Renter Beware

Pros -spacious -close to parks -proximity to stores Cons -overall responsiveness of property owner and management company -cleanliness -furniture and supplies provided -no cell service for some providers (Sprint/T-Mobile) -lack of towels provided -no AC in game room Upon arrival at the home was underwhelmed compared to other rental stays our family has done. Immediately no cell service for some in our party within the home. Home was not properly cleaned and disinfectant was left out in a child’s room. Also, not enough towels for a family of 8. Emailed property management company of issues and it took them a couple days to come out and remedy the safety issue of no exterior lighting. Major problem with an infant and elderly grandparents after long park days. Power went out during our stay and we lost food, formula, and a park day. VRBO was more responsive and helpful than property owner and property management company. When property owner was finally reached she didn’t even know how long our stay was and only offered a $50 refund. Also, she stated maintenance would by coming by to the check the home and they never did. The security alarm beeped all day. I do not recommend this home or the property owners.
