The home floor plan boasts 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a private entrance bedroom downstairs, and an additional bunk room attached to the garage. The home is quite comfortable for 2 families with kids or groups of friends looking for a relaxing vacation together.

This beautiful 4 bedroom house will accommodate your family and friends whatever the occasion. The entry leads into a downstairs media room with a fold out futon couch, guest suite and full bath plus private entrance and fully equipped laundry room. Additionally, there is a brightly decorated guest bedroom off the garage that's perfect for kids which sleeps 4 on two separate bunk sets with outside access to the back yard and dock. Take the tiled stairs UP to an OPEN living/dining/kitchen area boasting high ceiling, contemporary lighting, antique architectural appointments, and beautiful slate fireplace, flat screen HDTV's, private WI-FI & attention to detail of every update & property enhancement. Solid surface kitchen countertops, stainless appliances, microwave, trash compactor, recessed lighting & custom cabinetry enhanced kitchen overlooking the CANAL and private balcony. Master suite & spa bath features a HUGE shower & jetted tub. Upstairs OPENS onto a covered deck overlooking the canal. All rooms are complete with ceiling fans for added comfort. Complete with clothes washer & dryer, two FULL size side by side refrigerator & freezer, and two car garage.

Bright colored outdoor patio furniture located on upstairs open deck and downstairs covered deck are great for gathering with family and friends. Park your boat at our private boat dock. FISH CLEANING station, OUTDOOR GRILL, Partial fenced back yard. Pets (Dogs Only) welcome.

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing time at 213 Windjammer Road! The house was beautiful, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun trip. Our kids had a blast — from fishing to just hanging out and enjoying the space, there was never a dull moment. We caught plenty of fish and made memories we’ll never forget. Can’t recommend this place enough for families looking for a great spot in Rockport. We’ll definitely be back!

Gorgeous home. Super clean and had everything we needed for a week long trip. Decor was beautiful. Location was great. One of the nicest backyards in the neighborhood. Lots of great places to sit and relax watching ober the canal. We took our boat, caught lots of fish and grilled on the outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend!
