Overlooking the beautiful Moraira Marina, and with stunning Sea Views, including the famous Calpe rock, this designer apartment has been completely renovated in 2022 to a very high standard, with brand new furniture, high quality beds, and a complete re-fit of the En-suite bathroom.
This stunning apartment has the wow factor from the moment you enter to seeing the Marina and Sea Views. The perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday to the full.
Free Fibre Internet & Wifi is available, which can also make this apartment ideal for a Flexcation. There is a large new Smart TV for Netflix etc plus, a full selection of TV Channels in English, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Spanish, and more, plus Free Videos on demand.
Ideally located in the quite area of El Portet, with just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful El Portet Bay & Beach, and only a 1 minute walk into the Cosmopolitan fishing village of Moraira with its large Blue Flag Beach, and wide selection of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops.
The balcony is South facing, so enjoys all day sun in the Summer and the Winter, and has comfy lounge furniture to make this a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply a relaxing glass of wine enjoying while enjoying the views and the sound of the Sea.
There is a modern well-Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment has two lovely bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The good size Master Bedroom Suite has a small private balcony overlooking the quiet El Portet road. There is also a very well-equipped dressing room / study, that has a comfortable single sofa bed, and another small private balcony. The stylish master bathroom has a good sized shower, and double sinks. The whole of the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room, can be closed off with a door for privacy from the rest of the apartment, making it a complete bedroom suite. The guest bedroom is a good size. The guest bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin, and toilet.
The whole apartment enjoys a central air conditioning system, so every room, including the bedrooms, can be heated or cooled for your comfort.
There is a private underground parking space that comes with the apartment which has an elevator from the underground parking, and the street entrance taking you directly up to the apartment. So this apartment is suitable for disabled access if required.

Our second time in this apartment as we love its location and wonderful views from the balcony.Only gave 4* this time as some of the kitchen facilities are showing signs of wear and tear, with rust in the dishwasher for example, and the bedroom dressing room shutters still don’t appear to be working, two years since our previous stay. However, these were small details and we still very much enjoyed our stay with all comfort and amenities needed.Great communications and attention from Paula who is a very welcoming and accommodating host for arrival and during our stay.

A great flat all around

We stayed for a week and explored the town and attended family events nearby. The location is was most convenient, had great views, and everything we needed while relaxing at the flat. We really enjoyed being there during festival week.

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Moraira. Beautiful sea views and a 2 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. A proper home from home and Paula couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Wonderful apartment in a great location.

Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again.

Amazing Apartment

Our stay was so amazing that we will be looking to go again next year. Everything was on point, the apartment was modern and fresh, we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice apartment with everthing you need. Nice and clean comfy beds good location for beach, bars and restaurants. It has a underground car park which is handy but not suitable for large cars. Paula is a very nice and helpful lady always on hand to help you if required.

Reecently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, it literally has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday with a view from the balcony that we'll remember for a long time. We had an enjoyable stay in Moraira. The property was beautifully furnished and all needs were catered for. The artwork and the lighting had been carefully chosen. The bed was very comfortable and the dressing room helped to keep everything tidy. Moraira offers plenty of restaurants and shops and the position of the apartment means it is easy to walk everywhere. All went smoothly on arrival as our agent met us and showed us the property including taking us to see the local restaurants and shops.

Firstly, let me say that I am quite picky. Paula’s condo was AMAZING! The property is even better than pictured and the location is perfect. You only need to walk out the door & you are just a small stairway from the seafront with all of its shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean & well appointed. Three balconies were such a delight! Paula was an amazing person and host. The followed some of her recommendations & they were wonderful. We hated to leave but can confidently recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Paula!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very well equipped and we really had everything we needed. Stunning view from the balcony! Excellent location! Our host Paula gave us a warm welcome and the check in couldn't have been better. We could enter the apartment sooner than 16h00 upon our arrival and were allowed to leave later than 10h00 because we had an early flight on the day of our arrival and a late flight back home on the day of our departure (with lots of luggage and no rented car, because we came by taxi). Undiscovered Moraira

We spent 16 nights in this very comfortable and superbly equipped apartment. The beds were especially comfortable and the master bathroom’s walk-in shower was brilliant. Paula met us on arrival and explained everything perfectly, she has a wonderful personality. The location was perfect in fact we didn’t use our car much at all because it was an easy walk everywhere. The shops were as good as anywhere with small privately owned boutiques with exceptional choices. The car parking in the garage was challenging so we parked on the street, if you do use the garage get a very small car. We were there in May so the balcony got the sun about 4 until sunset. We can highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully return.
