Un élégant, récemment rénové partout, un appartement d'une chambre sur une route calme à 5 minutes à pied de Old St et du bourdonnement de Shoreditch.

Cet appartement de conception architecturale et de style magnifique dispose d'une cuisine entièrement intégrée, d'un salon décloisonné, d'une salle de bains / douche, d'une chambre double séparée, d'un balcon privé orienté au sud, d'une sécurité de haut niveau et d'un concierge. Télévision numérique grand écran, Netflix et wi-fi.

Idéal pour des escapades en ville, des voyages d'affaires ou un couple professionnel travaillant à proximité. En plus du lit dans la chambre, il y a un petit matelas gonflable double disponible pour 2 personnes et un matelas futon qui pourrait accueillir confortablement une personne.

Très proche du restaurant «Fifteen» - Jamie Oliver et à quelques pas des bars / restaurants / galeries animés de Shoreditch.

Le marché aux fleurs de Columbia Road est un incontournable le dimanche matin, visitez le célèbre marché de Spitalfields ainsi que Brick Lane pour une véritable expérience East End. Pizza East, The Albion (propriété de Sir Terence Conran), Les Trois Garcons, sont tous des restaurants fantastiques à visiter. (Je voudrais garder cela à jour, mais il y a tellement de nouveaux bars et restaurants incroyables qui apparaissent tout le temps, c'est impossible!)

Southbank, avec toutes ses attractions célèbres - Borough Market, The London Eye, National Theatre, Shakespear Globe, etc. est à 20 minutes en bus ou 10 minutes en métro.

10 minutes à pied de Hoxton Square, 15 minutes à pied de Upper St. Les liaisons de transport incluent Old Street Station (Northern Line, National Rail), Hoxton Station (East London Line) et des lignes de bus fiables permettent un accès rapide à la City / West End.

Clare was extremely welcoming and responsive to communication. The instructions to enter the flat were easy to understand. The flat was immaculate and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. About a 5-7 min walk to the tube and pubs and stores within 5 minutes. In spite of being in a great location the street is very quiet. Can’t say enough about this place, would stay here again!

Perfect flat with everything you need. It’s bright and spacious and there’s even a little balcony to sit and drink your coffee. Extremely convenient location (easy walk to several tube stations but also plenty of amenities within walking distance nearby). The area is pretty quiet (it’s still a big city of course) but would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!!

A true occupier rented flat.

Lively area, quiet flat. Very convenient if travelling via King's Cross or St. Pancras. So nice to visit a flat that was usually lived by someone, as opposed to being sued only for traveller rentals.

cute 1BD/1BA apt near Shoreditch, London

This is a cute, convenient 1 bedroom apartment near Shoreditch, London. The owner is very responsive, and the place itself is very clean and well appointed. It's 3 blocks from the Old Street tube station - very central - with coffee shops, stores and restaurants all around. A great base for a holiday in London. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Remote Work

I had a wonderful stay at Clare's flat. It was well set up for remote working and well supplied for cooking. The location was perfect. .5 miles to the canal, 2 miles to Broadway Market, and 2.5 miles to the entrance of Victoria Park. Great bus access and a quick walk to the tube. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful calm apartment in Shoreditch, very close to the center of London

Very nice apartment for 2 persons, esthetically and practically furnished in a quiet street with a nice little balcony. Very nice communication with the owner, also a very helpful concierge. Everything came off really well.

Great area! Lovely host!

Absolutely loved my extended stay at Clare’s place! The location is unbeatable and her extensive guide to the borough is so helpful. There were two of us and we felt there was more than enough space for us to fit comfortably. The dishes in the kitchen cabinet seemed to be a bit dirty but that did not take away from the rest of the place. The bed was comfortable, the street was quiet, and Clare was very responsive. I would happily be back for another visit!

Exactly as advertised: convenient and comfortable

Clare was a great host. The place is spacious, bright, and very close to the Old Street underground station (5 min walk) which made it wonderfully accessible and convenient. The flat was clean, had plenty of added space for our son (a couch and also an air mattress), and the washing machine was very handy. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from home in London

We had a wonderful stay at Clare’s flat. Checkin instructions were clear and the process was simple. Concierge in the building was helpful and Clare was super responsive to messages, even providing additional suggestions for things to do with kids. The flat is in a great location, close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Public transportation is an easy walk from the flat, allowing for exploring all that London has to offer! Highly recommended this property as your home away from home in London.

Short stay in Shoreditch

We stayed in Clare's flat in Shoreditch for 4 nights. We chose it because of its location being near our daughter. We were very happy all around. The street and the building are both very quiet in the evening yet it is barely a 3 minute walk to the tube. Clare's flat is bright and there was plenty of space for both of us. Clare also left some milk, tea, coffee, etc. which was very welcome after a long haul flight. We would definitely stay there again.

100% recommend Clare's flat!

This was the perfect stay! Clare was beyond accommodating and made sure everything we needed to know was well detailed. Location is perfect...short walk to Old St tube, plus lots of easy bus connections. 5 grocery stores within walking distance. Balcony is just lovely. Laundry is the ultimate perk (no dryer, as noted in listing, but drying rack is provided and we had no issues). Truly felt like I was staying at a friend's place. Thank you for making our week perfect.

Week long stay in Shoreditch

This flat is in a great location, but is very over-priced for what it is. Though everything looks nice, the second we put a laptop on the desk, the entire desk collapsed as it wasn't screwed together. The handle to the bathroom door came straight out of the door the first time we opened it. There is a ton of street noise that carries into the flat, so it was hard to both sleep and work from.

I see that you left this written review 6 months after your stay, and in that time, we have made our apartment even better! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. The bathroom door handle, which I noted in the welcome pack as being a bit loose, has been fixed. Regarding the desk, I was unaware of any issues until you mentioned it, as previous guests hadn't reported it. I have since tightened the screws and ensured it is secure. I apologise for the inconvenience. Regarding the noise, I've lived and worked from home in this flat for over 15 years and have always found it to be a quiet neighborhood. The road was blocked in 2020, eliminating traffic, and there are no bars or restaurants nearby. Many guests who work remotely have commented on how peaceful the area is. However, I understand noise perception can vary, and I regret that it was noisy during your stay. As for the pricing, the flat is priced according to its excellent location and facilities, and we believe it represents good value for money. Thank you again for your feedback. Ensuring guests enjoy their stay is very important to me, and I take your comments seriously.

Very accommodating

Clare was amazingly accommodating for our stay. After letting her know that my girlfriend has a gluten allergy, she provided gluten free specific snacks for us. She was also kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us. Clare was very responsive to all messages, which made the check in process quick and easy. The flat was well stocked with soap, laundry detergent, ingredients, coffee, tea, pillows, and blankets. It was nice to have all the essentials available. We also appreciated the various streaming services provided on the television. The self-made guidebook to Shoreditch that Clare provided was also very useful in deciding where we wanted to go and learning how to get there. Overall, we had a great stay, and would highly recommend this flat for any stay in the London area.

Perfect Spot at Perfect Location

First of all, Clare's flat was soooo cute. It was tastefully decorated and well appointed, especially for my daughter and myself. She has stacks of fascinating books and magazines. Clare kindly provided the basics we needed to settle right in. She also has tons of guidance in terms of what to see and do and where to eat and the local watering holes. Clare was out of the country during our stay in her flat but she was extremely responsive and had very detailed information to address little questions that came up ("I can't get the hot water to cool off, Clare!" Totally an operator error issue as we were not familiar with the type of faucet in the bath!). The location is absolutely fantastic, with options at the ready for food and drink, but also public transit extremely accessible nearby. The coffee shop down the block has nice coffee if you're on the way to a bus or tube station!Last of all, there is a wonderful concierge in the building who is available to answer questions. He was absolutely lovely.Thank you, Clare!!! We loved London and we loved your wonderful flat.

Fabulous place to stay

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. We arrived to find all kinds of treats and a well-stocked kitchen. Coming from the US we were exhausted and it was so wonderful to have the necessities available. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of guide books to plan our trip. The amenities in the bathroom were so wonderful. In fact, the shampoo made my hair the best it’s ever been and I’m trying to get it shipped to the US which is very difficult. Everything was so well organized and comfortable in the condo. The location was really great and easy for us to get everywhere. I like that it is in a quieter area after being in the crowds all day . the concierge was charming and helpful. Clare is the best host. You can tell that she really loves the condo herself and loves hosting and really tries to think of everything you could possibly need in the condo. I am planning on staying there again next year when I come back. I just can’t say enough about how great everything was. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences in the past and was very apprehensive and this was just everything you could want so I would like everyone to know that this is a really great place to stay.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Artsy

This "artsy" flat is colorful and bright. The living area is spacious for a one bedroom flat. There is plenty of room lighting and also nice natural light comes in from the patio door and bedroom window. I enjoyed the bookshelf full of London books, as well as, design, architecture, and fashion books. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking essential. It was nice to have spices, oils, coffee, tea, sugar, honey, etc. provided. There is a convenient washer in the unit but no dryer. The drying rack worked great. The result is that the towels are a bit rough, (no fabric softener!) Bath towels are provided and just one hand towel. (no wash cloths) The shower is nice and hot! I was impressed that there were plenty of pillows for the bed. The bedroom is small and there is no closet access so it does get tight for suitcases. A hanging rack and small storage shelf is provided to help. The host, Clare, is very responsive. This is a very nice place to stay.

Lovely flat

Had a great stay at this immaculate flat. It was very easy to communicate with Clare and she was always quick to respond. She made me feel very welcome leaving snacks, flowers and wine for me. The flat has everything you might need for your stay and is in a perfect location!

Clean, comfortable, modern flat close to Shoreditch

The place is great! Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and bit of character. A short walk to the Old street station (about 5 min). Easy access to the Shoreditch area with a helpful guide to the area written by Clare. Clare was a wonderful host. Welcoming and very responsive. Great access to public transportation, groceries, & restaurants. A perfect home base for exploring the Shoreditch area. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

We absolutely loved staying in this cosy, clean and modern apartment. Great location close to restaurants and bars, and a just few minutes‘ walk from the Old Street tube station. Clare is a fabulous host and was easily contactable for any questions we had throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!
