I feel so fortunate to have lived in this beautiful area my whole life. I've been a homeowner at Queens Court since 2006 and I absolutely love it here! I live within 3 miles of the condo now which makes it very convenient for my guests since I am available to handle any issues that may arise. Check in and check out is also a very easy process directly through me. I love sharing my condos with my guests and I enjoy meeting so many wonderful people from so many different places. I have numerous guests that return year after year....and I always look forward to seeing them each year.

I am a local girl and I have lived within 25 miles of Emerald Isle since I was born. I have never found any other place that brings me the same sense of peace as Emerald Isle. The happiest and most content times of my life have been right here at this very beach. It is part of who I am and it will forever be my HaPpY place.
What makes this Condo unique
Gorgeous views, beautiful grounds and wonderful surroundings! It's really hard to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1028 square foot, oceanfront condo with such amazing ocean views! This is one of the prettiest complexes on the island and has the easiest beach access of all. The elevator is just outside this unit's front door and then it's just steps to the beach!

Outstanding condo with a terrific view!
We had the pleasure of staying at ‘Jackpot’ 1304 Queens Court in August 2018. When we arrived, Jean met us at the unit and showed us around. The condo was very well maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed when we chose to cook. We also enjoyed the high deck chairs which made viewing the beautiful ocean scenery easy! We will definitely return to Jackpot 1304 again. Thank you Jean for making our vacation memorable!
We enjoyed our week long vacation on Emerald isle in Queens Court owned by Jean Rachide. It was a very clean and stocked with our supplies and the weather was a welcome change from the previous 2-3 weeks prior to our stay. We expect to return there next year.
A Real Winner!
We really "hit the jackpot" staying at Jean Rachide's Jackpot condo at Queen's Court in Emerald Isle. Jean was there to greet us upon our arrival and orient us to everything since she lives right there in the same building. The condo was immaculately clean and was all we hoped it would be. I really enjoyed sipping my coffee and taking in the sunrise from the tall chairs on the deck each morning. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful ocean views from the two decks at the condo, and beach access was super convenient. Even arriving on the beach late morning we were able to secure a great spot for our stuff without being right on top of the other beachgoers. When we chose to dine in, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils and having filtered water was a great bonus!! We were 4 minutes from 2 grocery stores and could also walk to a number of restaurants located in a nearby shopping center. There were also golf carts and mini-golf right across the street. Perfect place for a family vacation! We are definitely looking forward to returning next summer!!
Fun & sun at the beach & pool
Love Emerald Isle!!! Easy going community feel. Jean is a wonderful host. Her condo is always in tip top shape. The view is amazing and the location is very convenient.
Oceanfront view can't be beat. Condo was well maintained, very clean and Jean was a great host.
Queens Court is a gated community located in the heart of sunny Emerald Isle within walking distance to many family favored activities, whether it be an arcade, go-carts, water slide, shopping for souvenirs, dining out, or enjoying an ice cream treat! It's all close by! Queens Court is a three story oceanfront condominium complex within steps to the ocean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a tropical flair and the buildings have lovely courtyard atrium gardens with a waterfall feature. An elevator in each building, lighted tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, convenient outdoor showers and foot washing area, picnic tables with courtyard grills, oceanfront gazebo with tables and seating and an easy private walkway to the beach make your vacation even better.
