"SweetWater" features gorgeous custom cabinetry and granite countertops, a tiled glass and stone mosaic wall in the kitchen, mirrored walls that reflect the beautiful ocean view, a dining area for 2, bar seating for 3, tile floors throughout, a comfortable living room with a Queen sleeper sofa and 46" flat screen tv, bedroom with King bed and 39" tv and a full bath with step over tub/shower. Start your day by enjoying the beautiful Emerald Isle sunrise from the deck off of the living room, then go down to the beach and relax. The elevator and easy walkway to beach are just steps away! Luxury linens and towels are provided. Full size washer and dryer in unit. (Dryer is raised above washer. Step stools are provided for your convenience if you can't reach the inside of the dryer. I feel so fortunate to have lived in this beautiful area my whole life. I've been a homeowner at Queens Court since 2006 and I absolutely love it here! I finally made Queens Court my full time home in January of 2018 and live in the same building that both of my vacation rentals are in. This makes it very convenient for my guests since I am right here for check in upon arrival and I'm also available to immediately handle any issues that may arise. I love sharing my condos with my guests and enjoy meeting so many wonderful people from so many different places. I have numerous guests that return year after year....and I always look forward to seeing them each year.

Gorgeous views, beautiful grounds and wonderful surroundings! It's really hard to find an updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 672 square foot, top floor, oceanfront condo with such amazing ocean views! This is one of the prettiest complexes on the island and has the easiest beach access of all. An elevator ride down and then it's just steps to the beach!

                                                                      We've stayed at this property 3 or 4 times because it has a king bed, it's super clean, has good Wi-fi, the furnishings are attractive and comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and it has a great view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Great location.

                                                                      Jean, the owner of this property, was very accommodating. When we arrived, she even brought a cart out to the parking lot to help us in carrying our belongings upstairs. She also stayed just long enough to chat and to make sure we didn't have any questions. Very impressed with that!

                                                                      The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the condo was clean. Additionally, the walk to the beach was convenient, compared to some other places we've stayed on EI.

                                                                      The reason I didn't give this property 5 stars was because we felt the deck could have been a bit more inviting. The chairs shown in the pic were not the ones actually there when we visited...there was the small table and four, not-at-all-comfortable, plastic chairs. The only other thing that was disconcerting was that the placement of the dryer made it necessary for me to use a step stool each time I used it (I am 5' 4"). Not sure why it was put up on a platform, rather than simply stacked, like most similar units we've seen in condos.

                                                                      Despite the two suggestions for improvement, I would recommend this condo as a nice place to stay in EI.

                                                                      I'm so sorry that the deck chairs were uncomfortable for you. I sure wish you had let me know immediately and I would have purchased new chairs for you right away. I was trying out the plastic chairs because the others rust within a year.....but...it is much more important to me for my guests to be comfortable. In fact, it is my main goal to make sure my guests are comfortable and happy. After reading your review I went right out and purchased a new table and chairs for the deck. They are just like the chairs in the listing photo. They do look a lot better! Thank you so much for the suggestion!

                                                                      I'm also sorry for the inconvenience of the dryer. When I remodeled I asked my carpenter to raise it so I could use the top of the washer to fold clothes and towels on. It is the perfect height for me (I'm 5' 7") and it was important to me to have the folding space on top of the washer. It has been my second home for many years so I remodeled it to suit my needs. I am so very sorry that it was troublesome for you. I now have it noted in my listing that the dryer is raised above the washer...and step stools are provided if the dryer is too high to reach.

Partial week rentals only accepted during Off Season. (Mid-October through May). SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS CONDO OR ON IT'S PRIVATE DECK. If smoking is detected (by odor, ashes, burns, butts or other debris) upon inspection of unit after tenancy a $350 fee will be deducted from Tenant's Security Deposit to pay for ionization/air purification/ cleaning of unit, upholstery, throw rugs, bedding, linens, towels and shower curtains. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED with NO EXCEPTIONS.
