Pebble Beach Condominiums, located on the Crystal Coast, at the southern end of North Carolina's Outer Banks, is one of the most desirable destinations on the North Carolina coast. D-101 is a corner, first floor unit, which is clean, nicely maintained and equipped, recently renovated, with comfortable furniture, two balconies, only a few steps to the ocean front pool, and only 221 steps to the beach!
The price is lower than almost any other comparable unit, since, being a first floor unit, the view of the ocean is limited--though the walk to the ocean is one of the two shortest in the entire complex.
We have local property managers 5 minutes away, Coastland Century 21 Realty, to be available for any issues or emergencies.
Pebble Beach has an ocean front pool, a condo-side pool, a year-round, heated, indoor pool, a nicely equipped exercise gym, sauna, ocean front gazebo, multiple grills and picnic areas, three lighted tennis courts, an oceanfront clubhouse which is available for meetings, reunions, weddings, etc., at a very reasonable rate, parking for boats and trailers, a gated entry with guard house and on-site security personnel, and impeccable landscaping.
For those who enjoy boating and fishing, there is a private marina approximately five minutes away, where a wet boat slip on Bogue Sound can be rented very reasonably by the day or week. There are also two free, public boat ramps on Bogue Sound, within a 10 minute drive, offering convenient access to Bogue Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. There are multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits of Emerald Isle, including a sound front park with dock less than one mile away. There is excellent surf fishing right in front of Pebble Beach, and a great pier one mile away.
This unit was recently updated with easy to clean laminate flooring in the living, dining and kitchen areas. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and bar seating for four. Dining room seats six.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an ocean and pool-front balcony, and its own full bath. Bedroom 2 has two twins and a balcony, and bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and a balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath. Linens and towels are included for weekly rentals from June 1 through August 31 but not when special or discounted rates are in effect.
Note: We also offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, with private dock and boat slip, on Lake James, a pristine, 7000 acre lake in the mountains of North Carolina, where Last of the Mohicans and Hunt for Red October were filmed. VRBO #617996 or contact Lake James Realty in Morganton, NC.

the beach was great and the water beautiful
The placed we stayed needs some up grades. The mattresses were very worn out comforters were also very old. The worse thing was the blender is rusted and there is mold on the seal. That is a health hazard. Was also disappointed in the "heated"indoor pool that was freezing. Will not stay at these particular condos again
To our guests: PLEASE CALL US RIGHT AWAY IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS! We try our best to make every stay perfect. We have our names, cell phone numbers and email addresses on our refrigerator, and we have a note to our guests encouraging them to call us right away if there are any issues or concerns.
We texted Peggy H. on the second day of her stay, to make sure everything was OK, but she never responded. We could have replaced both the comforters and the blender on the first day of her stay if only we had known of her concerns!
As for the pool, our property manager reports that the temperature was turned down a couple of degrees that week because other guests had complained that it was too warm. This has happened in the past and we have always been able to contact management and find a happy medium, but again, we weren’t made aware of the issue.
We are readily available and strive for our guests’ vacations to be flawless. We are anxious to correct any deficiences immediately, and strongly encourage our guests to contact us in a timely manner, 24/7, rather than waiting until their stay is over at which point it is too late for us to respond! Sincerely, Eileen and Al.
Fantastic location - plenty of room - great property
The weather was the only thing I can complain about. It was unusually cold while we were there. But being from Minnesota the low 70's felt wonderful on our skin. It was sunny and breezy. We came home with some sunburn. I wish I had brought a warmer jacket and hat for evenings.
There were 4 of us. Myself, my 24 year old son, my boyfriend and his 13 year old son. We had plenty of room and privacy from each other when we needed it.
We cooked in or grilled out and played board games every night. Walked the beaches during the day. Tossed the football around, shot some hoops at the local park and laid by the pool. We even went to the grand opening at the new Publix grocery store. Great place for grocery shopping and less than 5 minutes away.
The dishwasher leaked the first time we used it. We called Century 21 and they had it fixed the same day while we were out walking the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.
Thank you for the kind review Lisa. Yes, weather can be a little unpredictable in March, but being at Emerald Isle is great any time of year! Regards, Eileen.
Phenomenal stay and extremely nice owner
Our family of 5 (kids aged 5, 8, and 9) has been to Emerald Isle 3 of the last 5 years, and we've always enjoyed our trips. This year, we literally decided to come down for Spring Break 24 hours beforehand. I reached out to about 15 owners on VRBO/HomeAway and heard back from half of them, but I decided on this property in large part because of Eileen's (the owner) super-nice personality. She called me, and I knew with 30 seconds we'd have a great experience. And we did!
We'll definitely be back next year. Not all of the places open their pools in April, so it was really nice that they did here. Additionally, the condo has a year-round indoor heated pool that our kids enjoyed even more than the two outdoor pools. The beach is also just steps away and it's gorgeous.
The condo itself was clean and just what we were looking for at a really good price. Even the property managers at Century21 were extremely nice and helpful. We really couldn't ask for anything more.
Thank you Eileen!!

Scott, thank you for the kind review. It was a pleasure to host your family last year and again this year, and we look forward to seeing you next year! Regards, Eileen.
WANT TO GO BACK
We stayed at this adorable condo a few years ago. It is very nice and clean and has amenities that you don't get if renting a beach house. I am looking into renting it again and highly recommend it to others . In addition, the owners are amazing!
Thank you very much for the kind review. Regards, Eileen
My family and I just spent a week here. The condo is just as it looks in the pictures and the property is beautiful. Everything is very accessible from the condo as well and lots in waking distance.
Thank you very much. We hope you can return. Regards, Eileen
