We have REMODELED AND REFURNISHED our lovely slope-side condominium for your enjoyment. Situated a scant 150 feet above the base of Breckenridge Resort’s Peak 8, our condominium has an UNRIVALED LOCATION. Simply grab your skis from your ski locker, take a few short steps across the deck and onto the snow, breathe the crisp mountain air deeply as you pop on your skis and SKI DOWN to access either the Rocky Mountain or Colorado Super Chairs and the wide array of trails and terrain that they service. ABSOLUTELY NO WALKING!!!

There are two high-speed quadchairs right in front of Skiwatch, the Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2358 acres available in Breckenridge. Peak 7 has over 300 acres which can be accessed from Peak 8. Peaks 9 and 10 are connected by lifts with Peak 8. The Ski School and Kids' Castle are located at the base area below our building. The base area also has the Ski Hill Grill restaurant and T-Bar lounge, a ski shop, and free gondola and shuttle service to town. Breckenridge lift tickets are interchangeable with Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and other Vail Resort Ski Areas.

Forget the buses, cars, and lugging of equipment that usually follows a long day of skiing. Instead, allow your skis or board to do all the work of bringing you right back to the steps of the condominium. After a quick change, you can relax in the slope-side hot-tubs as you admire panoramic views of the resort and its surrounding mountains.

There is a sauna located in the building. We provide a parking garage that will accommodate 2 vehicles per condo. There are laundry facilities in the building as well. For your convenience, there is an elevator in the building, so you can choose whether or not you want to 'master the stairs' at our altitude. The complex is small and private but does provide onsite building management. If you should have any issues, we are available at a moment's notice. Come stay with us at Skiwatch and you'll have found your vacation home for life!

Rest, relax, and recuperate in this fully-equipped, two bedroom, two bath condominium with NEW beds, appliances, carpet, tile, granite counters, and leather furniture. Beautiful views of the mountains and pine forests can be enjoyed in every season from either inside this bright, corner unit or from the balcony, complete with bistro table and gas grill. Although a complete abandonment of reality. Free bus and the new gondola will take you from the Base of Peak 8 To Breckenridge Village. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is provided if you absolutely must keep in touch with the outside world.

If you love to ski, this is the condo for you. The condo itself is well decorated, furnished and stocked with supplies. The location is the best on the mountain, and I have stayed at several ski in/out locations over the years.

true ski in / ski out on Peak 8

Out the condo front door, down the elevator, grab the skis out of the locker, open the locker room exit door, slap the ski's on, and you're a 1 minute downhill ski run to the Colorado and/or Rocky Mountain Super Chairs lifts. Convenient! Convenient! Convenient! Ski the morning & head back to the condo for lunch (saves $$$'s). Then ski the afternoon and close down the lifts - be the last ones off the slopes and wind up right back at skiwatch. Convenient! Convenient! Convenient! We ate in all the time due to the amount of skiing the family did - everyone's too tired to head out for the night to dine. This saved many $$$'s. Convenient! Convenient! Convenient! Grrrrrrreeat Location!
