Meticulously crafted with custom wood ceilings, luxurious marble floors, and premium finishes throughout, this residence exudes refined alpine charm and sophisticated comfort.
Perfect for accommodating up to 8 guests, this spacious suite offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms:
• Bedroom A: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom, featuring a luxurious steam shower and dual copper vanity sinks.
• Bedroom B: Queen-over-queen bunk beds plus an additional twin bed, private ensuite with dual copper vanity sinks—ideal for families or groups.
Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, showcasing custom copper sinks, premium Bosch appliances, and a spacious island perfect for gathering. Relax in the inviting living area, adorned with elegant furnishings and centered around a sleek fireplace, or step onto your private balcony for breathtaking views of the gondola and Peak 8’s vibrant summer landscapes.

Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley.
Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.
Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace—perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
