This is an exceptional renovated Tyra Summit condo with spectacular views in an awesome location. It's just a stones throw from the Snowflake lift with trails right outside the condo. True and easy ski in ski out. Sleeps up to four.

All the opportunities of downtown Breckenridge are available by just a short 3.5 block stroll either by road or down the Four O’Clock trail.

Feeling too tired to walk? Just take the bus from or to the Snowflake lift. It runs regularly.

This larger than average condo includes:

• A large living room with fabulous views to Mt Baldy , Peak Ten and Breckenridge. Seating for four includes a new queensize sleeper sofa and a new recliner. Flat screen Hi-Def cable TV with DVD player with assorted DVDs. Various books for your reading pleasure. Classic wood burning fireplace and throws (blankets) which make for cozy evenings. The dining table has seating for four.

• The kitchen is a full size kitchen. It comes with all appliances and amenities. All the cooking utensils one could need are included such as pots, pans, dishes, mugs, flatware plus spices. New full size stacked Whirlpool Washer/dryer for your convenience is inside the condo.

• A large bathroom with plenty of hot water, Charter Club luxury towels and AMBR Spa toiletries.

• The large bedroom includes mountain views, a Sleep Number king size bed, upgraded linens and flat screen TV.

• The hall includes an ample hanging area for jackets etc with a bench to change shoes or boots and a boot mat.

• Free hi-speed Internet

• Free parking is right outside the door making for easy loading and unloading with a ski locker by the front door.

• The Tyra complex includes 3 hot tubs and gas grills, one of which is adjacent to the condos walk out patio. The walkout patio has a table with seating for four plus a bench. There is no extra resort fee.

Rates are for two adults . Additional fee for additional guests.

Our condo is perfect for two to four persons and is kid friendly.

Our dream was to live in Breckenridge and this was achieved in 2016 when we bought our Tyra condo as our second home. We strive to offer a five star experience which is evident by our ratings. Why Julie Garson chose Breckenridge

As soon as we walked in the door of Tyra we were amazed by the quality of the renovation as well as the spectacular view and the phenomenal location. The condo is larger than average with a full size kitchen, large bathroom, large bedroom and large living area. The patio is a fantastic place for coffee and taking in the views, including the local wildlife.

We (and our winter Guests) rave about the convenient ski in ski out and proximity to town. We (and our summer guests) enjoy the hiking, biking, fishing and horse riding.

What makes this condo unique

South facing. Walk out the door and experience true ski in ski out skiing down to the Snowflake lift and skiing back via Four O clock or Snowflake runs. Hike less than half a mile and fly fish.

Stroll down to the town for an amazing evening in a fantastic town

Alpine retreat from the summer heat

We enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from the bedroom, living/dining room and patio. The roomy 1 bedroom condo. was very clean, with comfortable furnishings and attractive granite counters in the fully equipped kitchen and in the bathroom. The Sleep Number bed and the cool mountain air contributed to restful sleep, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed hiking and wildflower viewing, bicycling, and magnificent classical music at the Riverwalk Center. We also enjoyed fresh baguettes from Les Francaise Bakery. Julie was most helpful and accommodating. We're glad that we vacationed in Breckenridge!

Great Location for Ski week in Breckenridge!

This Tyra condo on the 4 O'Clock run is perfectly located for an easy ski get away. It is easy to ski home after a long day and skiing out is as simple as crossing a road. The condo itself is small, but perfectly self contained. It was extremely clean and well stocked and furnished. Working with Julie was easy and it is clear that they love their piece of Breckenridge. We hope to be back!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed your late season stay at our second home. Unfortunately with this years poor snow you didn't get to experience skiing out the back door, but it is awesome to have the Four O Clock ski run (ski in/ski out) just steps from the front door. You are right in that we do tuck a lot into our condo with a full size kitchen, full living room, dining area, full bedroom with a King Size Sleep Number bed and an oversized bathroom. We are actually over 730 sq ft and I don't know of any competitors that are larger and indeed many are only 500 sq ft. We are glad you mentioned how clean the condo is , the furnishing and the amenities . We strive to provide five star accommodations so we regularly upgrade items, we also put a significant effort into cleaning and we personally check the condo before emailing guests that the condo is ready. We do hope to see you in the summer or next winter!

A fantastic stay!

This was a delightful unit for my teenage son and me this week. The unit is spacious and offered lovely views of the woods and town from the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils, and the toiletries and welcome packet were very nice touches. Easy access to Snowflake Chair lift made this unit ideal for accessing the slopes in the morning and returning late in the day. Julie was a delight to work with and offered prompt communications. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect condo for ski vacation

My husband and adult son and I had a wonderful week staying in this condo. It was well appointed with everything we needed - even sugar for coffee and tea. Also appreciated the large washer/dryer. And the ski locker is a real convenience. It is truly ski in - ski out, but also an easy walk into Main Street for the evenings. Also a short walk to the town bus system. Julie is a delight to deal with, very accommodating and readily available. Hope to stay here on our next trip to Breckenridge.
