Nice things come in small packages! While this home is small it is delightfully eloquent. Sparkling clean with a modern interior that you will enjoy.

Beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee and tea bar and a kitchen with all the amenities to prepare a meal. A front porch and back deck allow you to get out doors and enjoy nature; deer frequent the yard often!

There are two bedrooms with cozy queen size pillow-top mattresses and spacious closets.

Relax and refresh in the large accommodating shower that provides 2 body jets, a rain head, and a height adjustable hand held shower head with four spray options. Choose to activate one or two at a time to drench your body in the massaging water!

While you don't need a car to enjoy town, you will need one if you plan to enjoy other activities near Ashland (wineries, Britt Festival, Jet boat in Grants Pass, or paddle boarding at Immigrant lake, etc.

Lovely remodel of a small bungalow. Very thoughtful amenities, both treats and bathroom things. We did supplement the kitchen gadgets a bit, but we cooked and ate there, when we didn’t make the easy trek to town.We hope to return.

The cottage was wonderful! The host left snacks and other thoughtful items to help us settle in and acclimate. The house was absolutely immaculate—I can’t stress that enough. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained.We had a small issue with the lock and contacted the host. She returned our call immediately and explained another way to unlock the doors, which worked perfectly.A wonderful, fabulous place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and the location. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. While we didn’t cook or use the grill, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Communication with host was excellent. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay, the location can't be beat for walking to all things. The one change I would recommend is changing out both beds mattress and maybe box springs for a more comfortable sleep.

Great location to use as a home base, easily walkable to downtown. We felt at home as soon as we arrived and the house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The off-street alley parking is a bonus. We’re already looking at booking again for our next trip to Ashland

Excellent, small, 2 bedroom house, a few blocks from the main Ashland activity and OSF. On the map it looks like the road facing the house might be noisy, but I never noticed. Also the listing says there is a washer/dryer but includes no photo. It's an apartment-sized washer/dryer, in a small, porch-like space out the back, before the outdoor back porch in the photos.Everything worked well, including aircon in the 100F days and it's an actual central air unit, not a mini-split.Some bad news. There was a large basket of snacks on arrival and I am now thoroughly addicted to Cheddar Ruffles. Also I missed the 25 Safeway coupon that was part of it, until I was leaving and didn't need it. drat.

The property is exactly like the listing: squeaky clean with everything you will need, ample safe parking in alley, super comfy beds and pillows, 10-15 minute walk to the theaters, prompt communication with host. I loved it and hope to book again next year!

The property was clean, very well stocked, has a wonderful location and the listing was very accurate. We could walk to everything, loved having coffee on the front porch each morning and we appreciated all the updates. Delightful in every way!

The cottage was simply lovely, comfortable, clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was perfect for attending the theatre, local shops and restaurants. We would happily return next time we visit Ashland!

My son and I recently purchased this property because we really enjoy Ashland. We were looking for a place where we could walk to town and all that it has to offer. Once we saw this little place we just loved it! It's just beautifully done...we hate leaving! The outside looks like many of the other historical homes in this area, but once we walked in we just felt happy and so enjoyed the beautiful interior. An added bonus are the deer that seem to keep the lawn mowed!

We live in Medford, so can be easily available, but come to Ashland often as there is so much to do in this small town.
